Out of mocha white chocolate. The second drink I chose, a vanilla mocha was too bland. Long line again, so I did not go back through, a waste of $5.00.

My daughter gets the Carmel frappuccino sub almond milk no whip cream for her allergy. The lady messed up and put whipped cream on so she just scraped it off instead of re making it. I had to say something again about her allergy we stated at the ordering. I will never return. It I hadnt been watching my daughter would have had stomach problems for days.

You walk in and it smells like you died and went to heaven, and I dont even drink straight coffee! The staff was quite busy trying to keep up with drive-through customers as well as walk-ins, but I didnt mind, considering the environment inside. This new location is very spacious with their indoor dining, so you CAN spread out easily...but outdoor seating is also available. Used the indoor dining to hold a new student orientation for an incoming exchange student. He said hed never been to a Starbucks, but wanted to try it. My treat! Hes enjoying America!

As always service and product are top level...Im a true coffee ☕ person and whenever someone asks what I want for birthday or Xmas I tell them a gift card...I always go to this location and even when theyre busy I stay and wait..

Traveling from Indiana, stopped to take a break from the road. All the baristas were super helpful and very welcoming. They even gave me a trenta cup of water without me asking but I really appreciated the thoughtfulness. I carry a Nalgene bottle with me everywhere and with the pandemic, you can’t refill personal cups or bottles at the moment. Thank you guys for being awesome!

The girl was very rude, she had brown hair and a pink apple watch. she wasn’t wearing a name tag (which is against dress code. She had an attitude from the very start and was acting like we were inconveniencing her. 10/10 do not recommend coming here.

This is a typical Starbucks, most of the time my drinks are ready for pickup by the time I get to the store. Only once did I have to wait for a while. Super convenient for Coe students, it will be nice when the seating area is open again.

Recently moved to the SW side and didnt really want to be traipsing all the way to our old favorite at Williams / Edgewood. 1st Ave has filled in nicely...so nice that I go here rather than the Wilson Ave Hy Vee. Theres nothing at all wrong with that locale, BTW. Theyve never messed up an order, I just like to order via the app and pick up at a drive thru.

Condescending and rude girl working the drive through on multiple occasions. Messed up sizing on drinks and food orders. Done with this location. I’ll drive further for better service.

I stop here on my way to work. I havent had a Starbucks en route to my office before so I am getting spoiled by this store! The staff has been very sweet in the morning hours. Drinks are consistent and delicious every time.

Everyone here is friendly, but this is the slowest starbucks in town by far. Everytime I come here im always waiting at least 15 minutes for 1 drink. Not sure if they are understaffed but def avoid this starbucks if you dont want to be late for work.

First time visiting this location was great. Ordered ahead, items were ready on time, staff was friendly. Today I ordered on the app and waited in line for 25 minutes just to get my togo order. I like that they have you pick up in the drive but not when the line isnt moving. Need a way to get togo orders on time. Not sure what was going on today but moving very slowly. Then they didnt have some items I ordered because they discontinued them but didnt mark them unavailable on the app. Hope this location works out its kinks because its pretty convenient to downtown.

Im not sure why they keep pushing the app use when you still have to wait in the line, pull up to the speaker, and give them your name to pull up the order. Then continue waiting, and when you finally get to the window you still have to wait for your drink because they didnt make it.Every time I have been to this location there has been a line going around the entire building. I wait over 10 minutes everytime and more often than not around 15 minutes. I understand this location is new, but if you cant keep service times to a reasonable amount you are probably shorthanded.

The directions for the drive thru were a little hard to figure out when it was really busy. But the staff were awesome and as always the drinks were tops!

Soooo excited about this location and I hope it grows and stays around. Employees, although many still in training, are genuine and take the time if you have it, but save it if you dont. Havent been inside yet because, COVID, but looks nice. Brand new building and location. Collins Rd will ALWAYS have my heart, but this one will grow on ya (and is much closer to my area). Keep it up guys & gals!!

Brand new store. Staff was friendly and helpful. They are still getting oriented so give them some time. Drinks came out as ordered. Definitely will return.

As one of this Starbuckss partners, Id say that we do as good of a job as we can and we are getting better!👍😊 We opened on the 24th of October in 2020 during a pandemic with over 20 partners but most of which being new hires with no barista experience(me included). We then had a covid-19 spike in cedar rapids that shut down all Starbucks in the city... besides us😬😬😬😬(were the only ones who did our holiday launch on time tho🤷🏽‍♂️). But we made it work and I apologise for any negative experience that this reschedule process may have caused as we are taking this extremely seriously and quarantining any of our partners with a primary symptom that cant be attributed to anything other than potential covid-19. This leaves us some days with 3 people on the floor including our manager. But well make it work for yall, and I promise to do my best as this is my first real job 😁. Thank you for sticking with us through this rough launch. We will get better as we learn.!!! We hope to see all of your faces(through car windows as only our drive thru is open and we are discouraging walk ups for the sake of everyones safety, but especially yours!!) See you soon🥰👌
