It looks like they’re not affiliated with Einstein bros anymore and don’t serve the gourmet bagels (Cheddar Jalapeño, Green Chile, etc.) which were the best bagels I’ve ever had. Also they stopped serving some of the best shmears for the bagels. They can’t even use the Einstein bros app anymore for payments so I am stuck with a $25 balance on my account. Splitting up with Einstein Bros was a really bad decision IMO.

I always get the Caribou drinks which are great I love them but the Einsteins Bagels could use some workThe first time I wait here I got a bagel sandwich with Crispy Chicken. The breading on the chicken could be wiped off really easy it was kind of gross. You could tell that the chicken had been microwaved. It was something I might have made myself when I was in college not something I would ever eat again. Today I thought I would try something different and got a french toast bagel with cream cheese on it. This is one of my favorite things to get when Im craving something sweet. At first I thought it was a little salty which was a little odd but it was fine. As I went on it started getting an onion flavor which I did not enjoy it all. Im not sure if it just sat next to and onion Bagel or if it got a little bit of an onion mix in it but it was definitely gross.The service is good and theyre always very nice but the food just is not up to par so I think Im going to have to pass on this place from now on.

The very first time I walked into this place I requested a bacon and egg on an asiago bagelIt came with cheese on it and I did not request any cheese. They argued and told me that particular sandwich I ordered came with cheeseI looked at the guy and I said I told you I dont know what I want but I just want an asiago bagel with just egg and bacon on itHe proceeds to tell me that particular sandwich comes with cheese on it. I did not say anything about putting cheese on a bacon and egg bagelI also watched these people taking debit / credit cards and cash at the window without washing their hands or changing glovesI came to this place a total of four times and they argued with me when I simply state I want a simple bagel with only bacon and egg on it apparently you have to always tell them no cheese every single time you go in thereI hope they said its better than the original post

Came for my favorite nova lox on a sesame bagel. We pre-make our sandwiches in the morning, so it has to be on a plain bagel, was the response. I asked for another sandwich on a sesame bagel. We cannot modify it, we can put a sesame bagel on a side!!! So much for freshly made bagel sandwiches. I just walked out. Sorry if I sound hangry, but I blame you for it.

Very disappointed that break fast bagels are not made on your choice of bagel any more and are pre-made inthe morning, I have been coming here at least 3 times a month for my French toast break fast bagel with egg bacon and cheese and was told today I had to have it on a PLAIN bagel because they are pre,made,no thanks I left instead,probably wont be back

Fiancé went to get me a Farmhouse sandwich with sausage on it instead of ham. He called me and told me that they can no longer do modifications to sandwiches because they pre-make all of the sandwiches early in the morning so its not an option. What kind of a restaurant pre-makes their sandwiches and refuses to let people order what they want?! Apparently this is a gas station now 🙄 I told him to leave and hes getting breakfast from somewhere else now. We wont be back.

Had a super breakfast here today. Will gladly return when the opportunity presents itself.

Very good coffee. Maybe the best of the big chains? I always get good customer service here. Atmosphere is cozier than Scooters SW and bigger and more private than Starbucks SW. Love their food options from Einstein Bros as well. Bagels are not as good as Paneras but when used in their sandwiches, the result is very good. Try the Nova Lox...crazy menu item (if you arent from NYC) but crazy good!!

Great place to go and have coffee. Nice to be able to sit and relax at your own pace. I did not feel like I was being rushed out like some other coffee places make you feel. Blended (fraps) actually have a coffee taste to them. Staff was very nice. I recommend this establishment.

Always consistent with a smile. Erin is wonderful here. She is always happy and goes out of her way to say hello to the regulars. Keeps me coming back!

Everything Ive tried off their menu has been delicious! I love the coffee, bagels & sandwiches while i study. They have such comfy table & chairs too, making it a great atmosphere to get out of the house for a few hours every weekend! Try it and enjoy trivia questions & coupons for savings!!!

I agree. It’s absurd how long it takes to get a simple bagel without cream cheese. You slice it and toast it! Omg. What’s worse, they’re not even busy!! They need to get it together. No excuses.

My husband and I frequent Einstein and Caribou. We always order the same thing. We ordered the Farmhouse like usual. Upon opening the wrapper, we discovered that one half had no egg and the other half had no meat. How that happens is a mystery since the eggs come as an entire piece.I called to let the manager know. He apologized. Offered a free sandwich next time but we dont live in the area.I tried to order a bagel with pumpkin schmear only to be told that by preference they dont carry the pumpkin schmear....So, I ordered the pumpkin walnut bagel with honey almond, but when I got it, it had plan cream cheese.I had a few coffee and the lady taking the order asked if I want to use 30 points to upgrade to a large instead of a medium I said sure! When we got to the window I was handed a medium.My husband ordered 2 french toast with honey almond schmear and when I opened the bag ti give it to him half of the schmear was in the bag and not on the bagel. What was on the bagel was all over it and half the bagel was missing cream cheese.I dont like to complain but this is alot of things to have wrong in one visit. I would hope that these are things they can work on in the future.

This location hasnt been open long, so hopefully it will improve, but there is something seriously wrong with the way its run. The wait times for a simple bagel and cream cheese are just absurd. Im not sure if they are just understaffed or if the ordering system they have bogs things down, but either way if you are in a hurry go somewhere else.

Went through the drive through at 8pm on 3/12 and tried ordering a bagel with cream cheese, and the girl working said she couldnt give us one cause the kitchen was closed.Asked if she could still sell us a bagel and repeated the kitchen is closed ...and when we went to leave we saw the girl looking at us and laughing with a friend (or coworker) and walked over to lock the door and turned the sign off.We even saw bagels on the rack inside. We almost were gonna just go in, but when she went to lock the doors- we arent coming back to this location now.

Ive not been there but have tried a couple different bagels. Absolutely love them. Going to stop in soon for a special coffee, maybe tomorrow!

Alright. Pretty cramped seating. Good bagels but their coffee is off at times.

Weve gone through the drive through and ordered in store several times and its always went well. Very occasionally they will be out of something if you go later in the day.

Terrible service, it’s ridiculous how long it takes to get a bagel with cream cheese. Then today I tried to use my reward points because they said I get free drink after so many but the cashier didn’t know how to reedem them so I had to pay for the drink. The point system is dumb since you can’t even reedem them. Plus when I got my bagel there was hardly any cream cheese on it 😔

We called ahead to see if they had a dozen pumpernickel bagels. They didnt but told us they would make them before we got there. Cant get much fresher than that.
