Amazing people they helped me with my after market stereo when it wouldnt turn on and they fixed it I highly recommend them

Terrible! The guy that took my call was extremely rude and didnt take any time to help answer my questions. All while I was stranded in a parking lot because my starter had officially given out. NEVER go and spend your money with them. They cant even be bothered to answer questions.

I called in and was told I would be called back to set up an appointment and my call was never returned. I gave them some time and called back a couple weeks later and the guy was rude over the phone and didn’t seem to want to take my business so I told them I would go elsewhere. Would not recommend anyone trying to get their car fixed here.

Reasonably priced for work. Work is done right. They know what theyre doing. Had an issue one time. Turned out to be a fuse. Asked what I owed and was told nothing. I insisted on something. Was told, OK, give me a buck then. Good service. Great people.

After purchasing an alternator from Sunline and installing it into my car we had to take it here to be tested. Turned out the one we got didn’t work. Jim was very helpful! He didn’t even charge us to test the alternator and let us know it was bad. You hardly find service like this anymore. Highly recommended!

Best in town

Took my car in to fix a reduced engine power issue. Was told numerous times it would be done today or tomorrow. 14(!) weeks later it still wasnt finished. Apparently he only worked on it in his spare time and lied about how close it was to being done each time I called (because no one ever called me with an update and no one would return a call if they werent available). Its crazy to think someone can go 3 1/2 months without their car. Its also crazy to work on something in your spare time when someone makes an appointment for your service. If you cant figure out the problem, fine, but let the customer know so they can take it somewhere else. I finally gave up on being patient and took the car back. The problem is nowhere near fixed. Horrible experience.

Jim definitely knows how to run a business I go there for everything from computers to alternators.

I have been to this place twice. My only gripe about the service is that getting then to call you back is a bit of a struggle, though that can easily be remedied by making a polite phone call later in the day.That said, they do great service, dont charge very much relative to the competition, and the service they provide has a high degree of quality.Example: They rebuilt my alternator rather than charging me an arm and a leg to replace it.Go to these guys first.

Didn’t even go in due to the guy on the phone being so rude. I was asking simple questions about to service I wanted done and he was just so rude the entire phone call. Won’t take my business and money to places that can’t be kind a respectful to the people paying them.

Jim repairs all my starters, havent had a problem yet. small shop, really busy. Those who say they are rude either are rude first are just arent asking the right questions. Very knowledgeable. When guys like Jim go away, there wont be anywhere to go...youll be stuck with high labor costs and incompetent techs.

They rebuilt the starter in my 91 minivan, and it cost what they said it was going to cost. They were done less than 2 days after I had it towed there. Id definitely go there again.

VERY BAD. They have had my car in their shop for over 2weeks now and every time I call them they tell me they will have it done in the morning and its been a week of that now and I am still without my vechile. NEVER again will I go to them or even refer anyone to them. Stop telling ppl u will have their car done a certain day if a week later its still not done!!!😠😠😠😠😠😠
