He was extremely polite and knowledgeable and didn’t rush us as we took our time and explored several different options. He didn’t try to steer us toward the most expensive one. He simply let us try them all and gave us great information about each. In the end we felt very confident about purchasing the higher-end mattress (the store’s good return policy helped also). Overall, an excellent experience. Highly recommended.

$500 was the most I would pay for a mattress I told the manager. He showed me a couple and then I asked about a couple that were only 200-300. What impressed me the most, was that Sasha (mgr) didn’t say anything about the cheaper mattresses negative compared to the more expensive ones. I ended up buying the $200 one which I am quite pleased with the sleep I get for the last month. Definitely a far, far superior sales experience than at the other 3 stores I had tried!

Especially, since we needed a regular Twin size to fit our antique beds not an XLtwin.Only negative was Cedar Park store is just a showroom. So we had to drive to the Austin store to pick up the matress box the next day.

I have never felt so unwelcome in a sales situation in my life. I’m not sure the gentleman that was there on Labor Day wanted to be there. I am assuming he does not work on commissions because it took him 5 min just to get out of his chair when I walked in. Made me feel very dumb for even asking questions. Just bought a new Tempur Pedic mattress, we are replacing our 17 year mattress with newer technology. Sasha was very knowledgeable and helped us select the best mattress for our comfort level. There was a special and the purchase also came with a gift card this weekend, so we were able to get a protective cover as well for free. The process was painless and we look forward to another 17 years with our new mattress, thanks Sasha for your help.

A little smaller than the other Denver Mattress stores, but most of the popular mattresses are on display. The staff are easy to talk with and not too pushy when it comes to sales nor are they biased towards the store brand.Make sure if you buy here that you triple check their delivery schedule. I was told 3-10 days when I ordered which became 3-4 weeks when I called to follow up on the delivery. This is a long time to wait for someone to deliver a mattress from San Antonio to Austin. Even worse is they were going to have an employee go pick it up on the weekend without paying him for the work, on his own time.

For starters, we were greeted by the salesman that made us feel at home by speaking our language and invited us to try a couple of mattresses that would suit our needs.We’re going home with the mattress we like and with the guarantee that if we are not fully satisfied with it, we can take up to 4 months to exchange it for a different mattress.

I went in based on a friends high praise for the company. I am so glad I listened and found a super comfy mattress based on lots of help from Donnie. Donnie knows his stuff and its so nice to be in a store trying to get you the best mattress for you rather than the most expensive. Thank you for a truly pleasant store experience and I cant wait for my new bed to arrive!
