Extremely helpful. Went above and beyond what i was expecting when i went to go get a stripped screw remover from a fuel tank. Took it out, re tapped it, and spent time sharing knowledge. Would recommend

Excellent. Worked with Robert on an emergency harp rod repair after I was sent the wrong part, and the sender would not replace the harp rod. Robert was knowledgable, helpful, and very pleasant. Now in this case, the manufacturer is actually coming down to help fix the part, so Robert gave the part back with a very reasonable charge for the research he had done in figuring out how to fix the part. I HIGHLY recommend him.

I needed a machined hole drilled in a boat rudder and they did an excellent job and same day.

Dont machine cylinder heads, but was polite and gave me some ideas where to find a shop that does.

Rude and didnt have any idea of an actual metal machine shop around
