Nadine in the bakery made my daughter a custom birthday cake on only a few hours notice and was just professional and as nice and thoughtful as can be, its rare to get customer service like that too often these days! I could tell when I called in the middle of it she was hard at work and super busy! The cake looked and was amazing! Thanks Nadine we will be back thanks to you! Hard work should never go unnoticed or under appreciated because good help is hard to find! Thanks for saving the day for my daughters big 18th birthday!!! I added the decorations but as you can see beautiful work on this galaxy libra themed cake!

Overall great company to work for, great benefits, only thing while working here for almost 9 months is that their pay is 8.75 to 9 dollars per hour. places are hiring for way more then this. I think there should be a minimum pay raise much higher.

Normally shop here but ever since they changed/updated their Randall’s app I have constant mistakes ie not getting the clipped deal price or just for you price and also have not been able to redeem any rewards as my account in the app has constantly shown 0 points even though I am able to see how many points and rewards I have at the bottom of my receipt. I’ve called several times to try to get it fixed but so far no luck and this has been for several months. So I’ll just go to H‑E‑B it’s easier and less hassle.

Have been shopping here for years. Staff has always been friendly and goes that extra step to help..I really appreciate their efforts to make shopping enjoyable. Clean and bright store without the impersonal feeling of the newer look stores. Keep up The Good Work and I will keep coming back!

Nice store, excellent deals with their Randalls savings card, and Randalls app. This store has a Wells Fargo bank inside, a pharmacy, large floral department. Its not a big store which makes shopping easy to locate items. Good variety of products at good prices (with your card). Really like the baked goods section and its breads and desserts.

Ive spent the entirety of my 4 years here in the Austin area exclusively grocery shopping at HEB. I recently moved to Cedar Park and Randalls is the closest grocery store to me. I needed to pickup a few items and decided to try Randalls out. The store is clean, the employees were mostly friendly, and their shelves were extremely organized. I dont think Id buy anything from their seafood or meat markets, HEB quality looks and smells much fresher but Ill for sure use Randalls for standard grocery items.

I love their return policy. I bought rolls I have never had before and was told if I didnt like them I could return them. Wow

My first choice at Randall’s is the early morning homemade bakery items. But the lady behind the counter is a little rough with her customer service dialogue. She’s a little hard around the edges, and doesn’t own anything, but what she does know—is in the bakery shop. Ask her a question about bakery because if you ask about the milk isle….She doesn’t know because not her lane.

Nice store. Its the only place I know that sells Clearly Canadian. Expensive, but worth it!

Conveniently close and easy to get in and out of -- no long slow lines like elsewhere. Buy my beef with them is all the money Ive wasted on their in-store bakery products. Almost all go right into trash for being stale or poorly made. Watch out for their bagels: they have the consistency of rolls not bagels. These birthday cupcakes must have been a week old. Ruined the moment.

It was a bit overpriced hard to navigate through the whole store kind of confusing setup. at checkout it was extremely confusing because the prices that I was seeing on the shelf was not the prices of the actual product

I love Randalls. Simply to be able to shop with a peace and ease. The competition is always packed with people; long lines and crowds, and crowded parking lots. Ill shop at Randalls any day. Ill pay the few extra dollars just to have a relaxing shopping experience.

You get the feel of a small store, but the selection of one of the superstores.. I really like that I get all the selection I need without feeling overwhelmed.

You can always count on horrible service at this location and poor quality produce. Bagger combined glass Ragu sauces with my bread! While loading my bags into my vehicle, 2 bags were torn, I almost lost my stuff! Cashier was ok. Back to HEB or Walmart it is.

Pleasant shopping with certain good sales. But they need to bring back issuing rainchecks. Too often lately, I go there and the main item I wanted on sale is simply out of stock. So, what a waste of gas. Id like to be able to get a rain check for that item since I took the time & gas to show up.

Higher prices than other markets, but quality of items is better. No matter what time of day I shop, it is never busy!

They advertise free flu shot with insurance all over the store. Front, inside, by pharmacy. I checked with pharmacy for the shot. I was treated like I was a bother. Would not leave back counter behind the counter and said it would be 45 minutes. No one else was in line. Googled CVS. They had a two minute online sign up and I was taken care of in minutes. Point is if you are going to advertise a service be prepared to offer the service in a timely manner. Or at least have pharmacist with skills to explain the issue for delay if there is one.

Randalls is overpriced and never has anything. Their produce is terrible too.

I love Randalls love the cold cuts there but today there was two gentlemen just standing at the deli counter just having a conversation not recognizing me but then another customer arrive and both of the workers were eager to help him I had to tell the workers that I was there first and then they finally helped me

First time back in Randalls since the start of the pandemic. They may be a bit pricier than HEB, but they also carry some items not stocked by HEB. So I like shopping both.

Went to pharmacy for a flu shot. Never seems to be a wait, go into a private area to get it, no CO pay for us with insurance. People are nice and we are in and out quickly.

Fast service great food at the deli and has saved my butt a number of times putting holiday meals together.

Usually helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Good selection.

It is a good supermarket with weekends special sales. Without sales, it could be a bit pricey than others.

Disappointed the manager didnt bother to answer a call to the wine department. After a 5 minute wait to have the case opened for an expensive wine we wanted to purchase, we walked out. The cashier, though, was very courteous.

Randalls is a comfortable environment, friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Prices are a bit higher than HEB. But I feel like the store is very clean and the staff is extra friendly.

Nice grocery store with easy parking and a good layout. The store feels open and clean rather than crowded. Good selection, and they have a Starbucks if you want something while you do your shopping! Staff are friendly and quick. Also host voting during the elections, which is great because they are a very convenient location for it. I only dont go here more often because theyre forget away than HEB, but I do prefer this store.

It was a little pricier than other stores and the scanned prices did not reflect the sale price. Manager fix the issues and adjusted the price.

Bought a few items for dinner, one of those items included tortilla chips that were in the front of the others. Got home, opened the bag, chips were stale. Whack. Will never shop here again. Especially if they’re keeping chips that were expired since September!!!! Y’all suck!!!

Randalls is great for decent quality foods at a fair price. Theres always something on sale, no matter what youre looking for. What I love the most is the select options on produce. Cant find everything bit youre likely to find both organic and conventional seasonal fruits and veggies.

When I shop at Randalls, it is usually to pickup something from their sales ad. Their sales are fantastic. Their meat department is top notch. They have great customer service, always asking to see if I am finding everything I need. It is a thrill to see my grocery total, apply my Randalls card, and watch the numbers drop.The Randalls card is free to receive and free to use. It doesnt take long to setup and use right there.

A little hectic, but to be expected for a holiday weekend...sold out of cherries. The staff at this location on a Saturday afternoon were very helpful and I appreciated that. There was an obvious traffic controller to checkout lanes with a beautiful attitude. We checked out quickly and I really enjoyed my experience with Saleem.

A fairly standard supermarket, but I always find good produce. There is a Starbucks inside as well as a large wine selection. Excellent service at the pharmacy. There is also a seating area to eat the prepared foods that are available. There is also a Wells Fargo Bank branch inside. There is a Golds Gym in the same parking lot if you over indulge.

I grew up shopping at Randalls/Tom Thimb but here in Austin I shop more at HEB.....thinking to resume my loyalty I have been disappointed by the customer service here....it feels like a.club....if they know you then you get to have special treatment....if not....well not so great.You should always be looking for new guest....too many other solid places to shop...with better prices .

This Market has become a favorite because of the friendly staff it has, the prices too are very affordable to satisfy every individual’s needs without bias.

Expensive. Disorganized. Just go to HEB.

Weve used the Rx here for almost 20 years. Our friend who was a pharmacist there is no longer there, but the pharmacy people do a good job. I always shop the specials when Im picking up my wifes Rxs. The regular pricing is high, but they generally run really good meat sales on beef & sometimes chicken & even fish now & then. Got a great price on porterhouse tonight.

Your typical grocery store, but with a very dedicated staff I have to say. They have a nice bakery section,their seafood is of good quality and they have a nice selection of meats too. Always, check their meat bargain bins. I have even made request in the past and they have managed to get what I wanted. While they did remove the self-checkout registers, they keep a sharp eye on the line and will get staff on them asap. This location has a Starbucks coffee too. One of my favorite aspects of the store is they help the community by giving disabled folks a great opportunity to work for them.

Came here to early vote, it was a very short line and everyone was wearing masks. Would recommend coming here to vote early or vote, if it is another polling location.

I went to the pharmacy yesterday. No one was in line. A man with a face mask on behind the counter looked at me then looked away. I said, “excuse me” so he looked back, “do you know where I can get face masks?” He stared at me and then said, “Amazon” and turned away. The opposite of helpful, reassuring, caring in this pandemic time.

They have a great floral and plant selection, however the majority of them are just labeled a generic term and no plant name or care for each plant. This is disappointing for me. The checkout lines take forever and are loooong. The 3 employees I spoke to were all very friendly and nice.

Im very satisfied with their cake decorations and floor staffs. I ordered a cake for baby shower, everything turns out well. Definitely recommended... thanks again to all bakery staffs and cake decorations.

I cant stand the day front end manager. I prefer to go in the evening. They have a few deli items I enjoy unique to Randalls so I do shop here some. Some of the employees just half rear their job but some are hard workers and they are like family to me. The employees need to be treated better with decent wages and adequate hours to survive on.

Typical grocery store, employees are friendly and helpful. The produce and meat departments are well maintained and products are freash. My only complaint would be the prices, even with a membership card the prices are a bit steep.

I usually dont review grocery stores but today was a day I had to. It started with no carts but the kids cart inside, had to grab one from outside on the other side of the building. Than having a hard time finding what I was shopping for. The signs point to the wrong aisle and not much selection. The cashier was nice and only reason Im giving it a 2 stars. The bagger was the worse and the main reason I am writing this review. The young man clearly didnt want to be there to work. Was told by his supervisor to uncross his arms and start helping. I was doing fine bagging my own groceries until he stepped in. He tossed my fruits and vegetables in the cart. Gave us ripped bags and almost dropped a lot of our groceries. Just the experience alone I wont be going to that Randalls again.

The deli is great, good service at the deli and the bakery is good as well. The meat and seafood section is great. Meat is nice and pink, seafood is fresh and cold, service at seafood counter is always spot on.Service ☆☆Unfortunately the service at this location is the low point. The employees walking around seem to be avoiding eye contact, moving fast to avoid customers. The checkout is the lowest point. Very few checkout lines even during peak times. Slow cashiers, oblivious managers unwilling to open new lines.Side note: When youre charging more than the competition down the road (HEB) shouldnt your prices be better? Store layout is frustrating. Remember to use your gas points!Final verdict: The location saves this place. Deli, bakery, seafood and meat counters are better than HEB and standout. Service needs significant improving to even come close to HEB. Allowing voting here is also appreciated.5 year Cedar Park resident.

Its my favorite grocery store. Its Safeway on the west coast so if youre familiar with them then youd be fine in here. I believe the pieces are comparable with HEB and I think will soon offer curbside pickup if not deliver as well.

Always has the best meat at a reasonable price. Store is always clean and well stocked. But best of all is the people that they hire.

Could not find for the life of me find a person to help me with lifting water into my cart. Two customers finally did it for me. I had quit going to Randalls because of terrible customer service and their high prices. I thought I would give the store another shot but they disappointed me again. Even though Randalls is very close to where I live I will never return there. Also, other people must feel the same way I do because there were only 6 other customers. I counted!! I DO NOT recommend Randalls to anyone. I would give this 0 stars but since that is not an option I have to give it one star.

Pretty good. Not as good of a selection as HEB. Prices are as good. But their sales are good. Have a few products that other stores dont have.

Not a fan. Filthy foyer, high prices, limited healthy food options but very friendly staff. Check out lines are held up by items on sale not being available and everyone has to wait while a stock person brings item to the cashier. Thefe is also waiting required while cashier gets CS to demonstrate how customers points are applied to purchase. Too many games are involved in order to get the good prices and customers not playing the games are required to wait in line longer for the ones that play for discounted total while the non player has to pay inflated prices. Its just awful. Efficiency is not what this store is about. Thank goodness the staff are sweethearts.

This is our go to grocery store. They seem to be a little bit higher on certain items, but in the long run the convenience and overall quality of the store is perfect. Wheel of the rewards program as well.
