Ashley has the best customer service and a fantastic attitude. So very helpful, patient, kind and professional.I called her Lakeline Mall store to find out why another location wasn’t open (I wondered if the location had been closed). She made a couple of inquiries but couldn’t find out anything. Then Ashley asked what she could do to help - I explained I may have a Protection Plan claim. She told me my options and I was so impressed with her helping me I decided to drive way over to her store.Once at Ashley’s Lakeline Mall location, she was able to look at the glasses, suggested a couple of options. Very helpful resolving the problem I had. Ashley was so helpful, I decided to buy a 2nd pair of sunglasses!Go to this store!

Great service..Damian was awesome..very helpful and friendly. Had a nice selection of sunglasses. Will definitely refer friends and family to the Lakeline Mall Sunglass Hut when shopping for eyewear..

I went in for adjustments, the young lady who helped me was very friendly and professional. She fixed my crooked frames in 2 seconds and cleaned my sunglasses, I was very happy to finally wear my sunglasses after they been in a drawer for months. My husband and I love shopping at this location because of the service we get here. Will definitely be back to get a new pair for this summer.

Last week I went into Sunglass Hut in Lakeline Mall and ordered a pair of Coach Sunglasses. They shipped them the next day and should of been delivered to my apartment on Friday. When I got home no glasses. I have contacted the store and they said it wasnt their problem. But they did give me a 1 800 number.I called that number Friday last week and reported the glasses not delivered. I didnt hear anything back from them. So I called back on Wednesday this week nothing was a accomplished. They told me UPS is investigating the issue. Still have not heard anything from them.So I called the Sunglass Hut again today with still nothing done. I was told the first person I talked to didnt notify UPS about the missing glasses. UPS didnt get a signature when they dropped the glasses and should have dropped the package at the apartment office. But they didnt do that.The Sunglass Hut has not resolved anything. They have not contacted me to fix this problem nor has UPS contacted me. I just keep getting the run around. I will never purchase anything from this company again. If I treated my customers the way they have treated me I would never sell any cars.Very annoyed.

I bought sunglasses on Saturday at Lakeline Mall, II came back on Sunday to return it , they refused to take it back , they found chip on glass on internal side. Im not professional and i still cant cee that chip, and I think if its there so they sold me with chip. Sunglasses were in their box Saturday and Sunday so I physically could not make chip. They use dirty tricks to avoid returns. II Don recommend buy here again.

Summary: Tried to return Lens cleaner, which the Domain store had said I can return. The female store manager (I believe her name is Saud) said they dont return Lens cleaner. She couldnt receive authorization from her regional manager for this major $15 return, so she took down my name and number to call me back at a later time. She never called back.I have had several issues with different Sunglass Huts. I bought the Lens cleaner at regular price at another store, but it was supposed to be on sale. The Domain store failed to give me a price adjustment because they needed to visually see the time and the receipt only did not suffice. I live near Lakeline Mall, so I decided to go here for the convenience. Austin traffic? Closer to home? No brainer. I went in after already experiencing several frustrating customer service occurrences at other stores.I explained my situation to the store manager. She then said we dont return Lens cleaner. Its just something we dont do. Ive never returned it before. She then asked me to give her some time to call the regional manager. I guess returning a $15 item is a huge deal for a big retailer like Sunglass Hut. She failed to get in contact with the regional manager after about 15min. My patience is running low at this point. She then opens the item and starts saying well it looks used, while playing with the container and flipping it upside down. She says there is nothing she can do. But she does offer to write my name and number down, so she can give me a call later on. I promise Ill call you once I hear from my regional manager. I never received a call back.When you purchase at Sunglass Hut, you are purchasing expensive, quality items, which should come with a certain level of customer service. You should be able to go to any of the stores and receive the same information because the policies at all stores should be the same. The store manager put on her legal hat and interpreted her own version of what store policy was/meant.I ended up returning all my items to the Domain store, including a pair of brand new sunglasses and care items for it. I cannot financially support or give my business to Sunglass Hut. They lost a customer for life.Takeways:1) follow up. Its crucial to stay alive in the customer service industry.2) receive training in Sunglass Huts return policy. As a manager, you should not have to call your regional manager to inquire about a $15 return. If another store is allowing you to return something and upholding the store policy, you should be able to do the same and resolve the issue. You work in support of each other, and in summary, work for the customer.3) dont interpret your own version of store policy.

Kevin is the worst sales person ever in this store. He was completely ignoring the customers and being arrogant. I asked for a different colour and different size and he asked me to look by myself. Never ever visit this store

I visited this store last week and the price of the sun glasses were over priced when compared to other sunglass hut stores. Kevin was the store person and when i showed the coupon they said i cant use this. Even store manager suad is very rude

Not a great interaction. Walked into the Lakeline location today and was greeted by a long haired gentleman. I nodded and scoped out the place for their selection of Oakley sunglasses. I asked if they had in of the Asian Fit Oakleys in stock. I got a dead-eyed stare and a sarcastic,Thats not something that existsI was a little taken aback. I just found out about this fit from Oakleys website, and even saw a few reviews online. Another employee leaned into the conversation, and we both said,yes, they do existI got another dead-eyed stare, no offer for assistance, so I smiled, said thank you, and walked out. Pretty bad customer service, especially since i drove out to the mall just to go to the Sunglass hut.
