We’ve been to this place a few times for my kids who are really into Pokémon. Great selection. After about 5 minutes I start to go stir crazy in there ‘cause it’s not my jam at all, but what I absolutely love is how passionate the clerk is about creating a positive and exciting experience for the kids. The card world is just stupid right now, and he’s really intentional about staying up to speed on pricing and selection, knows his stuff REALLY well, and the kids think he’s pretty great. Go, you won’t regret it.

I love the selection but its too expensive. Also not for the first time, I left today because I didnt get any help. The cashier just sat there and glared at me. I didnt dare ask to buy anything. Such terrible service i dont feel comfortable. But still, if I win the lottery, Im buying one of almost everything in the store.

Tons of Pokemon plushes and other merch as well as one of the larger collections of TCG packs and singles in the area. Definitely recommend if you are a Pokemon fan.

This place is awesome if your a collector of anything Pokémon. From cards to toys they have it all. They are Reasonably priced on most items and have a lot in stock. They have cards from Japan also. And a good selection of storage options for your cards. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful store full of great gift ideas for anyone who knows and loves pokemon characters. Excellent costumer service. The guy who helped us was not only knowledgeable about each pokemon character, but gave us really good deals including beautiful gift wrapping for all the different types of gifts we bought. I highly recommend this store for kids and adults. There are gifts for any occassion and definitely family friendly.

Great location, and very good customer experience. Employee really helped out one of my children pick their first pokemon deck and give a good setup for my child to play as a beginner.

I found this store from a quick google search. I just came from purchasing a booster box of the latest SWSH Set Battle Styles. I had a great experience I didnt get the gentlemans name but he had a Squirtle hat on. Customer service was great and their prices are very reasonable. There is a card shop less than a mile away from my house but I will be coming back to this store moving forward as I was attended to much better and the staff was very knowable about the product. I feel better supporting this store than the other shop who will remain nameless but I did leave a review about them and its not as good. 15/10 would recommend Pokemaniacs!!!

Staff is friendly and helpful, but individual cards are extremely overpriced. Often 2-3x what they are worth. That being said, the line of pokemon plushes and merchandise is pretty decent.

Stopped by and noticed that they have Hidden Fates packs but selling for $25 per booster pack 🤔 better off buying from a reseller on eBay.

Amazing store! I found it while visiting from Minnesota. It has a huge selection of Japanese imported and hard to find Pokémon goods. If you collect Pokémon figures or plushies this is the place to go! Prices were significantly cheaper, or comparable to their internet counterparts (some items were not even available to buy online). There were no counterfeits or cheap knock-offs like you commonly find on Amazon and elsewhere. The employees were great, and had exceptional customer service. They love what they do and it makes the shopping experience even better. The store is run by Pokémon fans, for Pokémon fans! I highly highly recommend giving this store a visit!

I would say its a small store but its just the physical size of the store. Which isnt fair. Lots of cards and stuffed pokemon. Almost all of them and the more popular ones. Fun little store.

Would give a 5 star but the long haired guy with facial hair at the Lakeline location is kind of rude and doesnt really seem to care about the customers. Not very enthusiastic either. If youre going to go to Pokemaniacs go to Barton, the younger lad there is always greeting me and is very kind.

Lots of merchandise but nothing really said buy me. Employee was nice but when you have too much merchandise that no one wants it felt like a waste.

Stock isnt always full but the team is great. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service.

We drove from Fort Worth to come to this store because our 10 year old birthday boy got money and gift cards he wanted to spend on Pokemon cards. With Jennifer at the helm, this was the best experience EVER!! She was so very sweet and patient helping our little one focus long enough to choose what packs he wanted from their seemingly endless selection. She even gave him a birthday bundle that included a coupon for a single card. My wife and I ended up making three trips back in before we left the mall. Jennifer took SUCH good care of us so we just kept spending money. If you or your child are fans of Pokemon...this is THE place to go!

Is the worst store that I visit. You cannot return anything at all. That include new product with ticket and everything. Plus super expensive, bad costumer service. They never explain that when You buy something. All stores make returns. Best brands accept returns even ir you dont have the receipt. Thats the reason the store is always dead, cero costumers. Not recomend the store.

The staff is very knowledgeable about Pokémon TCG and the products. My 10 yo son will spend 30minutes looking for the right booster box set he wants to purchase, and the employees there will recommend different products and patiently answer any questions he has. I’ve been impressed with two gals who work there who are very good with younger kids. Rather than being annoyed or blowing off my son and his friends when they’ve been there, they treat them like valued customers which I appreciate. We continually go back and spend money there because they do such a good job of making shopping there a positive experience. Great store! Highly recommend a visit to this shop.

We go every year for christmas while in town. Gentleman thats worked there since they opened is super nice, helpful, and friendly. Can give great tips and suggestions for gifts for little ones and knows what youre describing just about 100% of the time of you dont know what the pokemon name is.

This is a cute shop. The service is amazing. The people that work there know everything about pokemon, and are wonderful with children. My daughter lost her favorite pokemon pin. We went in to ask of they had one they did not. They took my number and texted me that they had got one in. We go every time we are at the mall.

While I think the main purpose of the store is selling Pokemon TCG stuff, the plushies are great. I picked up a pillow sized Snorlax, and I feel like a kid again if I sleep with it.

I never knew how to play Pokémon and someone recommend a trainer kit to learn how to play. I learned how to play and I had a lot of fun! Apart from learning how to play the store is full of a great selection of cards! I recommend!

This is an amazing store. I have never seen a store so committed to pokemon. Stopped in while traveling through Texas. I am so stoked that i did. I bought a full unopened box of 36 packets of the Evolution series. And behold i feel like i won the lottery, see picture. A rare halographic charizard. Thank you Pokemanics for being so awesome.

Went in today to return 2 stuffed toys purchased for Christmas that were also purchased by someone else for the same child and I am told they dont do refunds only exchanges. What grandparent needs Pokemon stuff. These were a gift, I am on a fixed income and the clerk was unable to point me toward any signage that stated all sales were final or exchanges only. Very bad customer service and very poor business practice. I wont shop Gamefellas anymore now knowing that they are owned by the same person.
