Thank goodness my sister introduced me to Big Lots. I love this store. Sometimes I just need one or two items but HEB is just too packed and I know Big Lots has it, thats definitely where Im headed too.Big Lots has great customer service, very clean facilities, great prices and they stat relatively stocked on most items and you can get lucky with some items that randomly arrive at the store for a short time.Definitely one of my go to stores now and the prices are great!

A store with a lot of variety. Went to just pick up an online order for a Christmas tree and browsed around and found other interesting things to buy.

One of my favorite store, always clean organised but the best thing about it is the customer service ,and specially the nicest lady I have ever meet Anne the lady in charge of the Fornuter stuff she is the right person in the right place , hope everybody learn from hear how to treat customer help them listen do her best to get you exactly what you want with big smile and very kind hearted.

Why on earth are the the best parking spaces reserved for Pickup Customers Only?! They dont even get out of their car and they get the prime spots right in front of the store! That sends a clear message to me that I am not an important customer to them, so I will spend my money elsewhere.

I just want to give the Cedar Park Location a thumbs up. Over 3 weeks ago, I think I had called probably every Big Lots stores in the surrounding Austin area. I had an usual request for my sister who lives in Houston , she was missing part to a lounge chair that got lost in a move. Every other store I called they were polite but I didnt feel hopeful that I would get any help. It wasnt until I spoke to Ann at the Cedar Park store and she listened very carefully to my request that she said she would do her best to help me. Ann took my name and phone and as many others had done it was a long shot. I was totally overwhelmed with happiness when I received a call from Ann this past weekend while I was in Houston and she told me she had kept my name and #. She found the part off a damaged chair. It was a miracle. My sister and I were ecstatic that Ann followed through. Today when I went to the store, I was greeted by the Big Lots staff, I knew Ann would not be there but Janie in the furniture department was expecting me. I have to give Ann and the staff at BIG LOTS my sincerest thanks and gratitude . It is great to know that there are still wonderful employees like Ann, Janie and Sharon the cashier that really care about their customers and provide exceptional service that gives customers like myself a reason to keep coming back to shop. Thanks a million.. Great Job Ann and thank you Janie! . You made my sister and I very happy.

I just want to thank Janie (furniture dept) for everything that she did for us yesterday. She went an extra mile to help us get the daybed that we so much wanted and needed to get. From the minute that she greeted us at the furniture department to the very last that we spent there, she made sure that we had a great shopping experience. I want her and the rest of the staff at the Cedar Park store to know that we appreciate the outstanding customer service that we received at their store.

The Big Lots is Cedar Park is great. Clean and well stocked. They always send coupon stuff and the quality of the merchandise has improved over the past few years. I even like their furniture.

I go here often and I always get great deals. They also offer military discount which is nice too

I had a wonderful shopping experience at this store. The employees were so nice and helpful. I found so many great items. They made public announcements supporting and thanking first responders doctors nurses and offer a 15% discount to them. I am so happy with everything I bought. I cant wait to go back.

Today employees of Big Lots Cedar Park Texas confronted a mother and daughter about not wearing a mask, other shoppers who also expressed their concern were verbally chastises by the woman saying she had a medical reason for not wearing a mask. The woman had no proof of a condition only yelling without any effort that she could not get enough oxygen, and there was no explanation for the daughter not wearing a mask.Thumbs up to Big Lots, running them off.

Love the new layout. Took pictures for inspiration/ convincing my husband we should buy a few things. But to the employee, A caucasion woman with orangey haired messy bun, please keep 6ft away, thanks.

Everything was fine except that what we really wanted was at another store in another town, so we had to make another choice. Other than that..great customer service!

Amazing Deals ...I got the most lowest prices today ....Rice Cooker, Kitchen utencil organizer, storage containers nd other home essentials, kid toys, jackets (were very few, got a 149$ spider jacket for 15$, belive it, absolute steal) ... just one word, ultimate bargain.Plusi got a new member subscription 15% off ... which further reduced the total.I was there just for Rice cooker nd got 12-14 items more .. ha ha .. but all good.They have lot of clearance sale, check it out fast.Staff is super friendly aawell

Always a great store to go to for the essentials. I really dont like going to big stores like Walmart because its always too crowded. Big Lots is just right.

I actually went yesterday on December 21st. Was disappointed to see 95% of the Christmas items gone and already putting out Spring items. Even though it is close to Christmas, I felt that rushed feeling of pushing out Christmas. Alot of stores do this with all the seasonal items. Its sad.

I can always find a great value when I want to spice up some home decor. New pillows, a blanket, a rug, candles. Throw in some unexpected treasures found and it can be dangerous to turn me loose there often.

Ive heard about Big Lots. My first time ever visiting one. It wasnt as big as I thought it would be.Pretty small actually.

Store interior has been improved greatly. It does not feel cramp with all the bulky items, but rather a very open feel. Items are reasonably priced. There are some good deals on certain days. Good selection of furniture and bedding. Staff are attentive and are always welcoming as soon as you step in the store and as you leave.

Love to shop there, they also give offering a 15% off discount to healthcare, first responders, military and Veterans for a limited time.

This Big Lots is clean, well organize, the staff are friendly, helpful, and if you need to return an item. No problem w/no receipt if your a rewards member. Store also carries so many nice home decor and goods for less. Def a place you like esp in savings.

The store it self is always great with deals and well cleaned. But the Customer service at check out tonight was HORRIBLE. Not even the standard Hey, hope you found everything ok happened. Other times no problem always a repeat visit but tonight wasnt the best night.

We had not been here in years. Came in today to look at recliners. Ended up buying a very nice and comfortable rocking recliner for less than $200. Robert and Reina were extremely helpful, professional and courteous. Huge selection of nice quality items at excellent prices. Very impressed with cleanliness and organization of store. I was expecting much cheaper prices. I found a lot of stuff I could find at the dollar store for more than a dollar. Found other things that were unique and affordable, but selection was limited. Personally, thrift stores or Walmart are a little better for selection.

This location is bigger than most of their other stores around northwest Austin. The store is always clean and neat. What keeps me coming back to shop this location - its definitely the employees. I believe 100% in customer service.

I can get what I need here! Just bought some new pillows and shelves recently. The have a good selection of linens, kitchen gadgets, food, garden furniture and even beds! I like going there!

So much selection with good pricing. I bought my ceramic Farberware knife from there.

Its been awhile since Ive stepped foot in a Big Lots. A lot has changed, more furniture presence, less general merchandise. Wow, no baby section, diapers etc?

First time going here. What a wide selection of merchandise. I found what I needed and a few other items. The store was clean and uncluttered. The cashier was very friendly.

We shop here once a month for our kids lunch box supplies. Keep your eye out for coupons for up to $50 off $200. Got to keep an eye on the dates, but the store is always clean, check out staff helpful, and you cant beat the deals.

I had to exchange 2 small heaters. I had the receipt and the process was very easy! The people that work for Big Lots are very nice!

I used to think big lots had good deals but they are kind of on the expensive side. This store was recently remodeled and now, unless youre in desperate need a piece of furniture, they dont offer a whole lot. Sometimes they have good sales but you can basically get everything they have at walmart for a 3rd of the price.

Originally a discount store around 12 years ago it made sense to shop at this chain because of prices. Now and for the last 11 years its been an overpriced 2nd hand or returned or donated inventory of almost expired food, Ashley furniture rejects and cheap junk usually priced higher than anywhere else.

I bought a couch there and when all the pieces came in at different times they went above and beyond to make sure that I got them. They helped me load it into my truck. It was a good experience would by there again.

Miss the prices they used to have

Big Lots is an awesome store to buy from but even better to just wonder around. You can find great prices on many items.
