During the Texas winter storm we had a pipe burst in our kitchen and it flooded everything so we had to put in a new kitchen. Cabinet IQ did an amazing job with it! Even though they were slammed with other storm remodels Linda was on top of everything and worked with us through every detail of the remodel. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs kitchen work done!

Cabinet IQ has really good designer and workers to install cabinets and counter top. We ordered cabinets of a local manufacture due to shortage and quality of the cabinets is pretty good.

Cabinets Plus was the easiest vendor to work with during my recent bathroom remodel. They delivered and installed exactly as promised, and their quartz fabricator/installer was also top-notch. Linda Esserman, my sales rep, was so helpful and responsive to all of my communications.

I can’t say enough how amazing the installer Steve is. On top or being incredible sweet and kind, he stayed a my house until 10:30 at night making sure it was done so I could get my appliances installed the next day and to take my counter top measurements as soon as possible. My whole experience with them so far has been amazing!

We wanted to build a craft room and brought our idea into the office. Micheal looked through the options and helped pick out great choices for what we wanted. We compared the prices and cabinets to Lowes and Home Depot, but Cabinets Plus is clearly much higher quality at a comparable price. The cabinets themselves are thicker and stronger, the undermount, soft-close drawer slides are adjustable with excellent quality, and the finish is top-notch. We had a minor problem with the manufacturer not delivering a drawer, but after calling the office and letting Micheal know, they delivered it the next day. Really happy with our purchase and we would definitely buy here again or recommend them.

Just to give future customers a heads up, Cabinets Plus charge $250 for a quote thats usable towards cabinets you end up purchasing, but what if you dont like their quote and dont want their services?? No other cabinet makers in the area Ive spoken with to this point has required any such fees for quoting. Ive talked to a dozen so far. Not one charges. What theyre doing is trying to financially lock you in to using them in whatever capacity to generate the sale before the sale exists. There are MANY other places to choose from in the area without this practice.

I was referred to Cabinets Plus USA by my broker, and have never regretted to select them on my kitchen upgrade project. Nick was super responsive and helpful on adjusting the design, and making suggestions, he got tons of experience. It took less than a week to manufacture the cabinets, and just a day to install. Great experiences working with cabinets plus. Client loved the finished product for their remodel. As a builder I have worked with a number of cabinet makers and companies and would recommend them.

We had damage from the freeze and had to replace all of our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. I shopped 3 diff vendors and chose Cab Plus based on service. Linda was excellent to work with. Everybody we interacted with was great and zero complaints. We chose some quick ship cabinets and never felt like we were treated “less than” for not doing semi custom or custom. Would highly recommend working w them!

We had a very small bathroom remodel that Linda helped us out with. From the moment we walked into the showroom, to the final installation, we couldnt have been happier. Even though our project was small, Linda treated it like it was huge. Her effort and communication throughout the process was fantastic. The installation crew was on time and did a wonderful job. We did a major kitchen remodel a few years ago and bought the same brand of cabinets from a different independent cabinet store. I wish we would have used Cabinets Plus instead. Comparing the shopping and design process and ESPECIALLY the installation process, Cabinets Plus was significantly superior. Go see Linda, you wont regret it.

We visited show room twice and had a great experience with Dave Issac, super helpful and helped us nailed down a customer pantry set for our laundry room and adding cabinet handles to all our cabinets in our move in ready new construction, that came without them. (76 in total)The installers did a good job. We do need a new door, that is in order. Opportunity to do a better cleaning job, but still overall great experience by Dave.We enjoyed working with them so much, we’re considering placing a coffee station and would come back here.Update: Door replacement completed!

Unfortunately, working with cabinets plus has been a huge headache from the start. Our contractor recommended them and we’ve been working with Nick. Despite ordering our cabinets and countertops and being promised everything would be installed by mid-August, here we are THREE weeks into September and our kitchen is still a mess and according to our contractor he can’t get any firm communication or date from Nick at cabinets plus when it will be finished. They incorrectly cut our stone for our island completely forgetting the overhang for the bar, they forgot key shelving elements we had discussed, trim pieces need to be reglued, crown molding that was in rendering wasn’t included and when asked, we were provided an option that looks completely different and we didn’t like it, measurements were supposed to align with current layout but cabinets were short on one run causing us additional expense to re-tile etc.... all in all these “issues” have yet to be resolved and the fact that we can’t get a confirmed date of when it will be fixed is unacceptable. We’ve had to change our move date 3 times because of these delays and having recently just had a baby this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had and will never recommend or work with cabinets plus again. Doubting at this point our kitchen will ever get fixed. UPDATE: The owner reached out shortly after this review and as of 10/3 the cabinets have been fixed and we are satisfied.

Had a quick guest bathroom countertop replaced. Sent a yelp request with what I wanted - not even all that specific, no picture. Got a quote within hours, people showed up to measure witting a couple of days and the removal of the old countertop was done within a week. Investor Depots pricing is great. But more importantly, their service before and after the sale is great. They offer all levels of service from the novice to the experienced. Chris spent a LOT of time with me making sure design and measurements were correct (even though we changed our design multiple times). He was never impatient and always answered the phone. Jose was fantastic at our install and was very meticulous. After living with the cabinets for a few weeks, we needed some adjustments and they were more than willing to come out and make sure they were operating properly. Their selection of cabinets, tile, granite and flooring are excellent for any level of remodel you might require. They should be your first stop for your home renovation project.

They came up with a great layout for both kitchens and bathrooms, showed us 3-D Renderings of the spaces, talked through functionality, and most importantly delivered exactly the product we expected.
