Yesterday I came in to get new soft nose pads put on my glasses and have them adjusted. I did not have to wait and the lady took time and care to make sure my glasses fit well. Very pleased with my experience. Great place!

When I needed a quick fix with getting a new lens replaced in some cantankerous old frames, I went to the right place. Great service, and I have never felt more informed about my eye health. The doctor was very informative and the staff super helpful. Wait time was short, and they were very cautious and had excellent Covid measures to keep their customers safe.

This team did a great job handling my glasses purchase. I say team because there was obvious attention to the customer from everyone in the store. This is so good to see as customer service is very important to me. The communication by Davin after the sale was excellent and they even fixed a pair of older glasses I had so I could use while I was waiting for my New ones to come in. Great eyeglass office. The service is great. Friendly and thorough. Didnt realize that they had a full eye exam office in the back. Doctor was great. Had an awesome experience. I was at a dance class and this female had on some niceee Chanel glasses, I asked where she got them from and she said Fine Eye wear in Cedar Park. I was like Cedar park is way to far for me to drive but I love her glasses. From the moment I walked in Fine Eye Wear I felt like a celebrity. They were so nice and kind. I worked with Devin who was AMAZING!! He not only is there for a check but he cares about each customer and gives them his all. I love this place and I get my glasses from no where but here. The pros are they have a wide selection of designer and non designer frames, the staff is awesome and the office is nice, clean and cool. The cons well there are not any, the glasses are not to expensive but hey for authentic Chanel frames what do you expect? I love this place and on a scale from 1-10 I give them a 11

Everyone here is super professional, helpful, and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. A while back, my glasses broke and I needed to figure something out quick so I could go to work that night. They told me that because of the pandemic, they were unsure how long it would take for my new glasses to come in. However, they didn’t hesitate and were able to fix my old ones as good as new so I would have something to wear until the new ones come in. I would recommend these guys for anything!! Fine eyewear has wide and unique selections on frames that so far I dont find any other places can compete with that. Davin helped me to pick up my frames and lens. And I really recommend him to anyone. He is very patient and always gives good advices on which frame will fit you the best. I had my annual eye exam with Dr. Le. She definitely made me feel very comfortable with her professional knowledges. I will come back every year !

Dr. Minnick is hands down the best eye dr. I’ve ever had, she is so thorough and patient, she really takes her time and makes you feel super informed. Davin is the best when it comes to fitting my glasses and helping me choose the best frames. Overall, I can not recommend this place enough!

I was out shopping at HEB just picking up a few things for work, when I noticed the optical center to my left, I just had to go in and check it out. Omg, Ive never been so impressed with the collection of different designer brands in one setting in my life. Marcie immediately waited on me. She gave me impeccable recommendations on what I was looking for, I ended up purchasing 2 pairs of frames. What a great experience. The owner was so sharp and full of class, she treated me like royalty. I highly recommend coming here and purchasing your next pair of frames. Tell them I sent you.

My husband and I have been going to Fine Eyewear in Cedar Park for a few years now, and I can’t express enough what a positive experience we both have had there. Dr. Minnick goes the extra mile to make sure she makes the right diagnosis. I have never left feeling confused or doubtful. The entire staff is helpful and so friendly, and I highly recommend them for any eye problems. Also, they have an incredible stock of frames to choose from, including Chanel, which are beautiful. I spoke with your receptionist. She could see how I would be upset with you providing a different receipt which reflected no insurance to be billed. The doctor herself did say no 49.95 exam but understood how that cost without co-pay could have been understood that way. I did try to resolve with you. I told receptionist to inform office manager and doctor of my feelings on billing my insurance more than the actual cost of exam at 139.00. You were billing $228.00 and I paid you $94.00. I very much know the inner workings of insurance. I spoke with my insurance company regarding this transaction, they appreciate the information. I was not rude to anyone at all. I never received a return call from office manager or the doctor so I posted what I felt true and right. Another post was present from someone on insurance also. And, you guys pushed many many times on billing my insurance. To quote the doctor saving $45 is saving $45.00 and I agreed. The doctor knows exactly what she said to me. I was never rude to anyone at all, that is defamatory. I am the customer, and to not have anyone call me back with my concerns is bad business. The Chanel frames I like for 619.00 I can get on-line for half that price. Same frame, same model. The doctor did nothing in the exam that you couldnt get at Target for $50.00. And, to agree with another post, there is a reason they overcharge, they have many people on payroll. You should have called me back. Now, Im done with this conversation.

She provides the most comprehensive eye exam I have ever experienced. She is careful, thorough and gentle in her examination. When I had an ocular emergency, the staff made sure to get me in immediately. Saving myself from a trip to the ER. The Optical Staff not only have great taste, they will come to know your style and preferences. The kind and knowledgeable staff will tell you exactly what you need. I appreciate not being a number or oversold.

I love my new eye doctor! Dr. Minnick was a refreshing change of pace. She explained everything she was checking, how it was relevant, what I might expect in the future. Just outstanding. The office staff is amazing, and Davin especially: he is the whole reason I changed eye doctors. My former office gave me guff about my frames and ordering a new side piece... I walked in to Fine Eyewear off the street, explained the situation to Davin, and even though * I didnt buy my frames there, and * they dont carry my brand ... He helped me order a new side piece and even put a heat shrink on my broken one to hold me until it arrived. I will never go anywhere else. ❤

Long story short - ordered a pair of Maui Jims for myself to try on before buying. I got a call the pair was available but didnt get in until the following week (6 days after the call). To my dismay I was told (with no remorse or care) that the pair had already been sold.The staff didnt really show much interest in the whole situation, not even an apology was offered. A piece of advice, a good dose of old fashioned customer care would go a long way, at least apologize for wasting my time. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

My wife has had a truly tough time getting progressive lenses that she could see with - dry eye issues etc. We live in San Marcos and had gotten glasses from three different Drs or optometrists and ultimately had to return the glasses because she just couldnt see well enough with them. We were so desperate that we decided to drive over an hour and a half each way to work with Andrew. He was awesome in terms of understanding and explaining the technology of the lenses themselves, choosing the proper size frame, and doing elaborate measurements to order the exact right lenses.Were very happy with the final result and highly recommend Andrew and Fine Eyewear!

I went in with a problem with my glasses that had come from another shop and they were great in helping me fix the issue. They spent a good 30 mins with me for no charge, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be back when I need some new glasses.

Everyone is very friendly, helpful, professional, and the office itself is clean, modern, and in a great location. Me and my wife has ordered pair of glasses each and i ordered a sun glasses with power. The collection is slightly limited but has great options to choose from slightly priced ones like Lindberg and Channel. Me and wife loved the Lindberg glasses - they are amazing. Infact one of the best glasses i ever had. They are pretty light and very comfortable. The sunglasses of Rayban are thicker because of my high power - but they are serving purpose very well.

I cant say enough about the folks at Fine Eyewear. Dr. Minnick is a class act with staff to match. I have been a patient for three years now and have never had a single issue. Every visit is hassle free; if anything, I am more of a hassle after my appointments with multiple questions (which Clarissa handles like a champ!). Also, I have purchased 4 different pairs of RayBan sunglasses from Fine Eyewear and have loved every one of them. This is a one stop shop with amazing people to help you out! Do yourself a favor and check these folks out, you will NOT be disappointed. DO IT! =]

I was really frustrated with the way they charged. Without any consideration for patients budgets, they run highly technical tests that normal eye exams from any other optometrist dont offer. You wont find out about these extra tests until you are ready to check out. Then they asked us to come back three times, charging us a doctor copay each time. Fine Eyewear likes to position itself as better than the rest. You will be treated very kindly, and then overcharged like the royalty they seem to believe you are. The cheapest pair of frames they offer are $199. The people are very nice and accomodating, but there is a reason they can have five people behind the counter with no one in the lobby for hours at a time. If you enjoy flushing your money down the toilet, I highly recommend these people.

We make yearly eye appointments for our entire family. My wife and I live in Germany working for the US government; and when we go on vacation to visit our sons and granddaughter, our first priority is to get our yearly eye exam. Because of this, we’ve decided to just do our yearly eye exams all together when we come to Texas. Dr. Tran-Minnick is very professional and caring. The staff has always been friendly and helpful at making appointments, via email, for the 4 of us all in a row on the same day. When the 5 of us (with granddaughter) came in August, we were greeted as VIPs. Our 4 individual appointments went smoothly and the staff was very helpful in making sure that we were satisfied as they have done in the years past. A million thanks to Dr. Tran-Minnick, John, Clarissa, and the rest of the staff whose names I can t think of at present. No one could expect any better VIP service than you provide. We look forward to our yearly visits.

This is not the case it FE.The optometrist component is fantastic. Dr. Minnick is an incrediblythorough physician. She genuinely cares about your eye health,probably more than you do. Shes highly knowledgable and is able toexplain your condition to you in a professional manner that you canunderstand. We all take our eyesight for granted but not Dr. Minnick.Shell take care you. I wish my other doctors were as awesome as her.In addition, this place has the most amazing selection of frames. Ifyoure just looking for something to slap on your face so you can seebetter then yes, you could go anywhere and theyll get the job done.However, if you want to get a pair of frames that perfectly suit youand are chic, then you should go here. I always get compliments on myframes. Frames tend to look all the same, but FE has brands that Ivenever seen anywhere else. Theyre super luxe and are striking andunique. Like a beautiful pair of shoes, you dont need more but youdefinitely want them. Especially while walking through theirstorefront.The opticians there are really great at helping you find frames thatfit the shape of your face and compliment our personal style. Theyre kind and patient and have never steered me wrong. The lenses that Ive gotten with my frames have always been of high quality. Theyre durable and sharp. Even at night, I see well - no issues with glare. Ive never regretted buying a pair of frames here. Quite the contrary. The only thing I regret is not getting a second or third pair.
