Extremely happy with their work - worked with Ibrahim on the sales side, and he couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Great follow-up, and when we had to pause because we found a crack in the slab that we wanted to have looked at, he made sure to get us back on the schedule fast! Installation was flawless - the guys were professional and polite, and explained things along the way. We’re probably going to take the carpet off our stairs in a couple months, and will absolutely use them again. I’ll happily recommend them to friends and family!

We had our living area and hallways replaced with the wood-like tile from Anchor Floors and they did an amazing job! Mike was very helpful in getting us a quick estimate and getting the job scheduled as soon as possible even though some unfortunate events caused our initial install date to be moved back, it was still done very quickly and professionally. The installers were great and did a fantastic job with install and cleaning up afterwards. We will be going back for sure for any future jobs.

We had to unexpectedly replace our floors after some water damage. We spent MONTHS dealing with our insurance and the flooring company they recommend, finally got fed up enough and found Anchor Flooring.We walked in on Friday, had our in home consultation on Sunday, and had completed floors by that Wednesday! Ibrahim and his team were fantastic! We got exactly what we wanted and for 40% of the quote given to us by the company our insurance recommend.We ended up going with the tiles that look like wood. They are perfect! Also, shout out to the tile-layer who worked around our extremely heavy antique desk that doesnt fit through the doors without removing them.We will be going back to Ibrahim and Anchor Flooring in the spring to get the other bedrooms done. :)

We LOVE Anchor!! They demolished our old tile, wood, and carpeting AND put in new wood-look tiling in the whole house AND replaced all the baseboards in the whole house in only 5 1/2 days. We used Anchor Floors to install wood look tile in our house and I’m so glad we did! I shopped around in July, comparing prices, tile options, reviews, etc. and decided to go with Anchor. John explained the differences in tile, helped me with tile selection, and brought samples to my home the next day so I could see them in my lighting. He measured the areas and gave me detailed quotes on tearing out existing tile and separate quotes for the bedroom, which we weren’t sure about yet. John gave me a very competitive price and we decided to go ahead with the bedroom, altogether about 1500 square feet of tile. He explained the entire process and communicated updates while the work was being done. This was at the end of July, and I had to go back to work at the beginning of August. Working from home and having two kids at home, living and working in a construction zone was not an option. John was able to start even earlier than he initially told me, and got the job done in 7 days, from start to finish! His crew did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier! They went above and beyond, exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring.

Anchor Floors did all of our floors 2 weeks ago. We had the original (2008) carpeting in the BRs and living areas, and we had the basic 1 ft square tile in the entryway, bathrooms and in the kitching/dining and laundry/pantry. They removed all the flooring and hauled away. The tile removal is a messy job because it creates a lot of dust - so expect plenty of cleanup afterwards. They did the whole house (1800+ sq ft) in 4 days. The crew showed up every day as expected and definitely worked hard to get the job done ASAP. For a small fee they also handled moving the appliances (washer/dryer, oven, refrigerator) and hooking them back up again. They also remove the toilets and replace them with a new wax ring to seal. The whole house was done with the wood-look ceramic tile. One thing I love about the way they do it is that they use extremely small grout lines, which helps it look natural and will keep it clean. Ibrahim is the store manager. We met him in the showroom, then he came out to do the estimate. He stopped in during the installation process and said he will be coming back again soon to check on it. He is extremely nice to work with and cares about the customers. We love the end result!!! It feels like a new house and it looks so much better than the old flooring. I would definitely recommend using Anchor Floors.

We had a fabulous experience with Anchor Floors and we highly recommend them. After having multiple companies come out to give us quotes (some of which failed to get us a quote), we chose to move forward with Anchor Floors as they went above and beyond in explaining the differences between the products and helped us identify what best fit our needs (we have two large dogs) and wants. Ibrahim was very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. The install process started on time and took exactly as long as they said. Our installer, Ivan, was meticulous with making sure there was appropriate variation in the coloring of the planks next to each other. He also made sure that cuts, especially around rounded places, were done with precision. The finished product is absolutely beautiful. Weve had the floor for just over a month now and it has so far exceeded our expectations. Thank you Anchor Floors!

Ibrahim and his crew did an excellent job for us. We replaced the tile in a half bath due to a water leak around the commode. They replaced the subfloor and installed the tile. They were extremely helpful in assisting us with selecting the tile and made some good recommendations. Only one minor negative, I had to remind the crew to put down protective covering on the floor leading to the bath. I recommend them and would use them again.

Much more than Floors. Excellent quality job.We took a quote from anchor floors in March before the lockdown for replacing upper floor carpet with wood/vinyl. Due to Covid we decided to wait and then went back to them around September. They were happy to have us back and honored the previous quote. This time we decided to not only replace carpet with vinyl but also upgrade our lower level tiles. Within 1-2 weeks the material was ordered and work started. After the final output we were so happy that we decided to do few more accent wall projects using tiles on family room wall.Again totally impressed and happy.We were able to do all work while working and studying from home as the work was being done.1. Ibrahim is not only a sales guy but has great design ideas. We actually went with his designs in some places and are very happy. He makes good honest recommendations from colors to designs to everything.2. Ibrahim helped us choose grout , tiles , made recommendations based on our current home look and feel. They make sure you dont forget anything involved including baseboards, quarter rounds or grout. Ibrahim explained everything and kept us updated. Abraham was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend using anchor floors if you are looking to update anything in your home. They go beyond new flooring. My husband and I had been looking around at different floors stores for a couple months but working with Abraham was the right call. We told him about wanting to update our floors from tile to hardwood but we also mentioned yo him that we wanted to upgrade our fireplace as well. Abraham was able to help us upgrade our fireplace and now our whole house has a new look. It was wonderful to work with them. Even the crew was clean and courteous and we will be definitely be using them again for our other household projects.

I cant say enough about how pleased I am with Anchor Floors. I was shopping for new flooring options and had onsite appointments with a couple of other installers. I was unimpressed with the other product offerings, their sales representatives were very uninformative, and their installation lead times were close to a month out. I needed it done quickly because this was a new investment rental property and I had a tenant lined up to move in 2 weeks later. I stopped by Anchor Floors and Ibrahim was very informative explaining all my options. Right then and there, I selected an option and scheduled installation. Within 3 business days, they had completed installation of over 1,600 square feet of luxury vinyl planking including a stairway. They hauled off my old carpeting and cleaned up everything. The floors look magnificent and the whole process was very efficient, professional, and painless.

The guys here did a fantastic job on our floor. Needed to fill in a sunken livingroom to level the floor and remove some existing tile. Did all that, smoothed the floor and laid down about 1250 square feet of tile. Looks great, guys did a great job trying to keep dust out of the rest of the house and did a real good job cleaning up after they were finished, removed all the old tile and carpet. Could not be more pleased!

We just had Anchor Flooring put in NovoCore flooring. Ibrahim was a wonderful help in listening to what I wanted and then picking out pieces that matched my description. (Not an easy task...thanks Ibrahim !)The crew that installed the floor were wonderful. They moved furniture very carefully. They were very tidy...it is a messy process but they were constantly cleaning. Ivan and his crew put the felt pads I had purchased on all chairs and sofas.I will most certainly do business with Anchor Flooring when I change the carpet in the bedroom.I would give them 5 out of 5 stars !!

Anchor Floors was first on my list of places to check out when I decided to re do my floors. We stopped in one evening and the owner was in the showroom and he was fantastic. Answered our questions and offered a lot of detail. I scheduled an in home quote for 2 days later, 25 mins past my appt time I reached out to see if they were still coming, Yes 15 minutes behind I was told. Then I got a VM that the showroom manager would be coming instead bc the owner was stuck on 35 in South Austin (I live in N Round Rock), obviously he was more than 15 minutes away. The other manager came to my house, didnt even introduce himself, walked in and asked so what is it youre trying to do? We explained the project, he opened up a bit (yet threw in a few jabs about us apparently not caring about resale value bc we chose Luxury Vinyl over Wood Look Tile) then when he went over the quote I did let him know I was getting other quotes as well. He said if I take off these few items can I get your commitment to do business now? I said no bc I wanted to get other quotes as well. He said Ok and walked straight to the front door! Aside from this bizarre super salesy interraction Im blown away that I did not get a follow up from not just the man who quoted us (Abraham?) but also the Owner who was originally supposed to show up then sent a replacement. As I was told check out Google reviews figured Id give an honest opinion on MY experience with Anchor Floors.
