Very helpful for older jet ski parts and service

Purchased a 95 Seadoo XP and needed to replace some parts. Did a Google search that led me here and I have to say it was a wonderful experience. Jess knew right away what I needed and sent an invoice and shipping information minutes after getting off the phone and the parts arrived 2 days later!

Im refurbishing my Challenger, called Jess and was amazed! The prices are good, but each job I mentioned he went into checklist mode do you have this, do you have that, your going to need one of these and in the order of assembly. I got everything I needed at a good price and learned more about what I was doing, no way I call anyone else in the future.

I got burned on a 98 xpl aftermarket mpem, called Jess late on a Friday and he shipped an OEM mpem the next day. Put it in the ski and it fired right up and ran like a top. Stay away from aftermarket and just give Jess a call, it ends up the same price and no missed weekends on the water.

This is a no bs operation, you get expert knowledge and the best price. I always buy used parts and got great deals on a mpem, crank shaft and seat cushion the past 2 years. I live in Austin and can pick up parts same day at the shop or lake Travis.

Get you back on the water is why I called, and I am back on the water. I went through a myriad of parts suppliers and mechanics and finally called Jess and he gave me solid direction. I am back on the water because of Jess and youtube videos. These days, expert knowledge comes best from part dealers, then use youtube.

I pulled my recently acquired 97 GTI apart late Sunday and found the stator in pieces. I came across a link to Westside on a seadoo forum while researching aftermarket stators. On a whim I messaged them at 7pm that night and to my surprise 5 minutes later Jess calls and says he has the parts and gives me a price that sounds fair and includes free shipping. I tell him that sounds good and 5 minutes later an invoice is in my email. Fast forward to Wednesday where I was anxiously awaiting the mail lady. The parts arrive and are perfect, they looked barely used! One hour later the ski is back together and running like a champ! I will never order another aftermarket product if Westside has a good OEM part in stock! Thank you guys for the awesome customer service!
