Laughable that they want to charge you $$ for pickup of anything because it would be shipped from the warehouse to the RR store but will ship to your house from the same warehouse for free! The difference in shipping being about 3 weeks delay if shipped to home.UPDATE ON OUR LATEST DELIVERY!!We have now had two deliveries to our home in Round Rock (for an online order) on the same item (coffee table) and both times the coffee tables have arrived damaged!!! This second delivery completed just minutes ago, they delivered clearly a floor model or an already returned item since it was delivered in a MOVING BLANKET and not even in a box!!!! The only reason we agreed to do home delivery was because the Round Rock store, the Austin store, and Cedar Park stores all charge $50 to do a store pickup!!! This is exactly why we didnt want to do home delivery, because you can never check the product before accepting it, then you have to wait forever to do a return / exchange pickup. Of course no guarantee on blemish free product, and no accountability. Just sit on the phone in queue to try to get another return or exchange delivery scheduled. Then you have to wait you have to wait and wait for a few weeks for your next return / exchange delivery window to arrive. Then once you get it, good luck on it not being damaged product right out of the box, or right out of the MOVING BLANKET!!! Even then more wait because the return process takes at least two weeks and thats if it is in stock. Thoroughly disgusted with this company.

Have to change rating from 4 to 1 star because its been 15 days since I contacted customer support to send me replacement for a defective part of my center table.. They have not bothered to send it, every time they say it will be shipped in 3 to 5 days, contacted them multiple times.. Now they are saying they need to order part from vendor it will take 90 days to get it shipped.. They dont even provide date when it will arrive.. Pathetic support.. Im really disappointed, will not buy furniture again from here.

Beware stay far away from this place!!! Spent $2,700 on a bedroom set. Even it got delivered one night stand was cracked & headboard damaged. I had to wait wen’s to get these to items replaced. Then removed my mattress to find one board cracked. The first delivery guy most of out the bolt in to tight or whatever he did. So annoyed. Hold time to speak with someone is ridiculous & delivery even worse!!! Never again will I buy not even a lamp from here. For a bedroom set to have this many problems is horrible! Then come to find out there was an extended warranty I was never offered. The rep never brought it up to me at all!! So now I’m out of luck which is ridiculous! So update as of 8/2/2021 now all my flats under my mattress are broken. Seems line the flats which is boards that hold up mattress aren’t even long enough. I’m more waiting for more flats to be delivered. As of last week they were supposed to deliver. I called to confirm. Only to find out that they were going to deliver side rails of bed!!! I said flare to them. So they were supposed to over night flats on Wednesday last week. Today is Monday 8/3 I still have no flats. And also found a chip on top of dresser, bottom of left side of dresser & a chunk off left side of foot board!!! You can barley tell the damage with this color. So that’s why I haven’t noticed. And we’re never home already working & out of town. When we have finally been home we noticed all this other stuff. I’m disgusted with this place. Never ever again!!

Over priced and low quality. I die buy a dining set. They use Synchrony bank for financing. Stay away from anyone using Synchrony. Synchrony is a thief. Rooms to Go didnt care about unauthorized payments being taken from customers accounts. Room To go could care less.

Great deals. Awesome selection for the most part. I would love to see more color options. The brown and beige color pallets leave a bit to be desired IMO but thats what throw pillows and home accessories are for. I love that the sales people greet you when you enter the store but do not encroach on your shopping experience. The fact that they made themselves accessible without being pushy to the point of making me feel uncomfortable...is exactly why Ive purchased furniture from them twice and will continue to purchase from Rooms To Go.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a dining set from the location off Lakeline, the sales associate verified my order was correct at the time of service, everything was in stock when I ordered AND I PAID IN FULL. The day it was delivered my order was wrong and one of the chairs was broken. I reached out to customer service about both & was told someone would be out to replace the two wrong chairs (okay cool, I understand mixups happen) & fix or replace my broken chair and no one ever showed or even bothered to call the day of, one of their associates named Devonte called me and verified the day with me a few weeks prior. It’s now been 3 weeks since they were supposed to come fix it and I’ve still been unable to reach anyone, and apparently they put the wrong date in the system but no one notified me. I tried calling the store for assistance, the female Jessie that answered the phone was rude from jump and just seemed uninterested from the moment she answered the phone. I asked to speak with her manager since she said she spoke with him before taking me off hold FOR THE THIRD TIME and all of a sudden he was tied up and couldn’t/wouldn’t speak to me and would call me back (at this point they had a little over an hour before closing but could only say “soon” when I asked when I’d hear back from him). I asked his name and she smacked her teeth and said Rocky. He wouldn’t come to the phone, they won’t refund my money and just take the dining set back, leaving me with a broken chair and 2 chairs still wrong (someone is supposed to come out in a few days to replace the wrong chairs but at this point I don’t want the set I want my money back). Rocky is a horrible manager, instead of helping rectify the situation he was rude to my mother when she immediately called back, and decided to hang up the phone on her (after saying he couldn’t come to the phone but less than a minute later answering the call). If you could go anywhere else I would. Management sucks and their sales associates gets it from them.

We bought furniture for over $11000 on October 2020, they set 3 delivery dates based on availability. That is totally fine. But broken/damaged items to replace taking a lot of time and effort. Their customer service is super rude and helpless. When I emailed them. They replied with ticket number. And i had two separate tickets. And for almost 1 month nobody contacted me!!!! Crazy! I called customer support, and talked to lady. She couldn’t find any of my tickets. And I offered to forward those emails for evidence and she rudely replied no. They have a lot of problems. I would suggest to avoid this company

Went to Rooms To Go in Cedar Park yesterday. I put together a living room set and bedroom set package. Totalling $8100 I asked for a 20% discount thinking they would counter offer me with 10%. They didnt. The manager couldnt give me a discount at all.I left and went to Ashley Furniture and put together a similar set of furniture totalling $9300. I asked for 35% off and we negotiated and settled on 25% off.I got better quality furniture and paid $6900 which was in my budget.Wont ever go to Rooms To Go again!

I’ve made two purchases at RTG, once at this store and once online. Both purchases were delivered to me damaged.I had to deal with their extremely slow customer service on multiple occasions. I generally wait at least 30-45 minutes before being connected with an agent. I’ve also been asked to send emails to special_orders@xx and have never received a response from that email address regarding my purchases.1. Purchased the Cindy Crawford Park Boulevard and it took about two months to arrive because of the pandemic, which was fine. The couch arrived with damage to the fabric and serious damage to the legs. It took multiple calls to reach someone in customer service to order a replacement. Just to cover my back, I sent an email to customer service just in case they said I didn’t report the damage to them within 48 hours. I never received a reply to that email, even just to verify that my situation was handled. The replacement couch was delivered about a month later with damage to the legs but not as extensive. Because of the exorbitant wait times and my situation at the time I kept the replacement couch and filled in the damage with wood markers.2. I purchased a Hemwick Walnut 60in console, which requires customer assembly. The box it arrived in was severely damaged and as expected the contents of the box were also damaged. I called customer support the same day and was told I had to contact the special_orders email address which previously never responded to my emails regarding my couch. I am currently waiting for them to respond to my email. I have sent an email to customer service to see if they will do something for me.I will update this when I’ve resolved this issue.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. I have been waiting for my furniture since July 23rd and it has been delayed everytime. And they notify close to the delivery date. One time they called me the day before delivery that my furniture was not going to be coming. And then they promised I was going to get it in September and now it is being delayed again to October. How is it that you are advertising that you all have this stuff and you don’t. It is very frustrating. After this rooms to go will not get my business no more due to poor customer service and manufacturing concerns. My item shouldn’t have been on delay so many times.

So went there for a mattress after visiting mattressfirm. We got the exact opposite experience in rooms to go. The person we got a tour with was very intimidating, trying to get close to you to sell his bulltalk and trying all kinds of phrases quotes or personal sentences just to try and get us to buy something. Also there was too much closeness when he is in his sales pitch,, even took a line saying since you have curves....why dont you just leave customer be.Other sales personals were very unwelcoming and they are having their own personal chats like they are at a hotel lobby.I would prefer going by myself next time instead of tagging along a wanna be sales Person who only likes a commission.

Let’s start off with the fact that they took my last ONE STAR review down as “spam”...but basically they LIED about our delivery date and promised that we wouldn’t be sleeping on the floor for over a month which was the only reason why we bought from here. They sent us a rug(the wrong one we ordered called them for an exchange and got a date) and got a table we ordered not our bed frame. Spend almost 2k on products and when our bed frame finally got here it’s been damaged and so has our apartment wall. I tried to have them call me back on customer service on MULTIPLE occasions and no one called me back. They came by today to find out they gave us the same wrong rug to exchange. So after almost 3 months of dealing with this B.S I can safely safe NEVER go here absolutely horrible service onsite and with customer service as well as the deliver(assembly) crew. Also Sharon was our sales person her and she is full of empty promises and only cares about one thing when it comes to customers and it’s not the satisfaction of helping people furnish their homes it’s the money. Real tacky and tasteless. At least try better to hide that or act like you care.

In early July Sales team promised to deliver by Aug 6 and hence I cancelled my order with another store and ordered here. On Aug 5 delivery calls me saying store split my order and rescheduled delivery to Aug 11 and Aug 14. they dont know reason and I should call the store. The store said there was some problem with goods and they cannot do anything. Call customer service but I cannot guarantee any solution. Must say furniture stores are audacious these days believing clients are at their mercy as they have no option but to wait else risk another delay with another store. Purchased a mattress from R2G and was given an email confirmation for a specific date. Day of delivery, we were informed it would be delivered between 8am and noon. 2pm we called customer care and were given literally four separate lies as to why it wouldnt be delivered and was automatically scheduled for two weeks out.Lie #1: No one was home when the delivery guys came by.My husband and I work from home; nobody came by.Lie #2: Just checked with dispatch. They actually came by at 5:30am. Not sure why they came so early.We have a Nest camera at our front door. No one came by. We checked...Lie #3: Just checked with dispatch. There must have have been a defect with the mattress. We cant deliver any sooner.Lie #4: (after calling back) We dont have it in stock. Thats why it was rescheduled.Im not sure if the biggest issue is with customer service or dispatch, but its almost comical that they gave us so many poor excuses in such a short amount of time. Delays happen, but lying to your customers about it is unethical.We have guests coming next week so we are going to have to take our business elsewhere on short notice.From reading other reviews, it looks like they arent even bothered to resolve the issues with their services. Theyd rather refund and count their losses.R2G is no better than a car dealership; gets you in with smooth talking, but could care less about you once you leave the lot with their merchandise.

I came in to purchase a couch for my new apartment and had an excellent buying experience! I had a very specific set of features in mind and Daniel was extremely helpful in finding a beautiful couch that checked all of my boxes. He was clearly very knowledge about the available products and patiently spent the necessary time for me to come to a final decision. I especially appreciated this because so often salesmen can be overly pushy or try to rush a sale and not give you time to think. Daniel displayed a professional balance between attentiveness and respect for my buying preferences. I hope to have his assistance again should I have any future furniture buying needs!

Even made a change after I had made the purchase and was leaving. I made a detour to recheck my purchase and discovered I had not picked the right recliner. I’ve bought two bedrooms sets from them and I have to say they have horrible customer service. Delivery dates change an hour before it’s supposed to be delivered with no warning and someone laughing saying it won’t be delivered today after I’ve already taken off work. Then they say it will be another week before it can get delivered. Then the dresser has a hole in the back of it. I broke the wood planks to the bedroom set moving. I called customer care and they don’t have the part and they tell me to call the store. The store representative is so rude and impatient says that he doesn’t know what I’m talking about and I have to come in. I’ll take my chance going to Home Depot and having planks cut. This will be my last interaction with Rooms to Go. I’ll be shopping at Ashely’s for all my home needs.

I placed an order online and they were scheduled to deliver my furniture on Thursday. The delivery windows came and gone and they never showed up. So I called them and they said they were still going to try and deliver that day but that never happened. I took all day off waiting for them, I canceled appointments for them! So they called and said they would come Friday. Again, they never showed and I had to call them and again they said they were still coming. Spoiler alert! They never came and they never called. I’m just about done with them.

Never will I again order from RTG. It’s taken over a month to receive the delivery of a mattress for my son. Their wait times are bogus. Started with a delivery window of 11-3, I sat and waited all day. Then they updated the time to 2-6. I have spent my entire day off waiting on them. I have three other items I’m waiting on that were supposed to have been here last Wednesday and my husband was 5 minutes from our house when they called to say they were in our drive. By the time he arrived they were gone. Now we have to wait another 2 months for those items to be delivered. I don’t even want the stuff now. This has been a horrible experience. Never again will we spend our money at Rooms to Go.

The purchase process was easy, except we bought the extended warranty. We told the salesman we were moving out of state and he assured us the warranty was nationwide. When we had a claim, there were no authorized repair facilities in our area. We were told they could ship us a new sofa, but we would have to pay shipping which would be more than the price of the sofa. Do NOT BUY the Fortegra extended warranty, it is worthless.

We bought a recliner sofa and within 2 days after delivery, one side wouldnt recline. I called customer service and was literally on hold for over an hour. Finally got ahold of someone at the actual store and she said she would have someone from CS call me. Two days later Brenda from CS called and I told her exactly what was going on. Two weeks later a repair man came out, pushed a couple of buttons on the recliner and said, Gonna have to order a new motor, should take about 2 weeks, when it comes in, call CS and schedule a time for me to come out and replace it. My question is, since it was already on the work order, why didnt the repair man have a new motor in his truck? Who knows how much longer I will have to wait until I can enjoy my purchase?

Came in looking to purchase a new sofa. Brandon assisted me. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick out an option that really works for my space. He was patient while I looked at some options on my own. He helped me narrow down my choice and convinced me to purchase a warranty for my new sofa. I wouldnt have but after hearing how much additional value it added to the couch I am happy I did especially since I have a dog. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Very friendly atmosphere. After going through many tragic ordeals lately, like many others the process of replacing lost furniture due to the winter storm is stressful enough as it is. But Chris an associate there is amazing! I didnt have to worry about any of the small details and paperwork, she took care of all of that. I was able to get in and get out very quickly, and she was the most genuine store associate that truly cared about helping me and my family when it came to saving money and finding great prices. If you go to this location, ask for her. 5 star review for Chris, absolutely exceptional customer service.

Jules was great! I came in looking for 2 particular bedroom sets that the website showed they had in stock to be disappointed that they did not. Jules was nice enough to look up other locations and let me know where the bedroom sets were so that I could look at them but too bad for me not too close. She was not pushy but still assisted me by providing me space to look around the store for other options. I did find one that I liked but again not in stock but she explained why and I liked that because she did not have 2. Not here fault at all but a little frustrating because I was expecting to get a set by end of next week. She set realistic expectations and advised me of possible multiple deliveries because of availability and she was nice enough to add a note that I would wait until every piece was available to deliver so if I have to wait longer, that’s quite alright. She also explained the warranty in detail and how it work and what it would not cover up front. Even though I have to wait a while for the bedroom set I don’t mind waiting for something that I want because I don’t want to settle.

We shopped around all day on a Saturday going to multiple small and big furniture stores looking for a nice recliner that was in stock (or close to it). We knew this was a tall order as all furniture places are currently struggling with supply. Chris was extremely helpful but not overbearing or pushy what-so-ever. She was able to help us pick the perfect fit for our needs, under budget, and explained rooms-to-gos amazing warranty! We are supposed to get our new recliner Feb 22nd. If everything goes according to plan I will keep my review as a 5/5 we were very impressed with the customer service, selection, price, and warranty.

Dont purchase the extended warranty on your furniture. It is scam. In the store the sales person will tell you it will cover anything and if they cant fix it they will replace it. It is not true. You will be bounced back and forth between the Fortegra, the company that manages the warranty, and Rooms to Go customer service department who has an average wait time on the phone of 30 minutes or more only to find out that there is a fine print the sales guy did not inform you about. It doesnt matter whether the furniture technician they sent tells you the item your purchased was cheaply made and that is why it broke. He will write his report in a way that your issue is not covered. Bottom line, still paying for $4000 living room set with a defective sofa. Take your money and your business elsewhere.

Terrible. Do not waste your money! We were pushed to buy a warranty. Rooms to Go sold us a sleeper couch with a manufacturer default without telling us at the time time of sell or later. It broke after one year. The warranty company is third party Fortega, we had to do all the legwork and its taken since February and we still havent been helped yet!!! So if you want easily broken, cheap, furniture for your house with no credit and no money down, and no interest charge this place is for you all the way. And good luck if Austin at Rooms to Go Lakeline answers your phone call, he has zero passion for resolving customer issues and giving solutions, he is on the defensive and unprofessional. We will continue to update until this has been fairly resolved quickly and a call from the branch Manager or above apologizing.

My experience in store was great! Jules was awesome. Anything i needed during and after purchase this store helped me with. The third party delivery was not very professional and left a mess in my driveway. Also the manufacturer of my bed left out hardware and gave me two left legs to my headboard. With 2 calls to customer service this was resolved and i had my bed assembled a week after delivery. With that being said i do really like my furniture.

We purchased a sectional and when it was delivered, it was missing the end piece. No one contacted us, so I contacted the store and spoke to Jordan the store manager. He said that he will submit a ticket on 9/1. As of 9/3, still no call from RTG so I contacted the store again and this time spoke to my salesman, Anthony. He spoke to Jordan who told him I will hear something by 9/6 or 9/7. AT 2:00pm on 9/7, I called the store and spoke to Jordan. At that time he tells me, oh that piece is not available until 9/22. I asked what happened to my piece that is missing and he said it was given to the next person in line. I asked to talk to the General Manger, Jason. Jordan stated he will ask him to call me when he gets back, however Jordan did not bother to tell me that Jason will not be back for 3 days. I had to ask when will he be back? I was assuming he was at lunch or in a meeting. Nothing is upfront with them and you as a customer have to do all the questioning to find out the facts. They are not trustworthy!!

Do not buy from them:1) bought almost 5k in furniture2) they promised delivery past the home entrance of items on its boxesBought sofas, bed, tv stand, lamp.When delivery people arrived, they unboxed the sofas to bring them to the house, in the way to the house (stairs) they scratched it. When I called them out, they dropped everything outside the house, even when I asked them to complete the job I paid for (bring items inside). They said: ‘you are accusing us of damaging the product, so we will leave everything outside’, however, they entered the house, not to bring the stuff in, but to take a picture of the house, even when I did not authorized them to do so.When I went to complain at the store, two people toldMe they were not supposed to bring things inside, when we saw the sales person, he showed them the notes that stated that the items wouldBe delivered past the home Entrance. At that point the store manager came out, and promised to look into this and come back to me by 12/15, and I heard nothing.Furthermore, the bed was incomplete(no footboard), no footboard, so I have my visit tomorrow, have a scratched sofa, with no adapter for the electrical pieces, with no bed, and no certainty that this peopleWould actually take care of the issue.Please do not buy here, you have options.I also have a video where they flee from the delivery leaving all the boxes outside, and they coming into my house without authorization to take pictures. Willing to share with rooms to go people to see how terrible of an experience they are providing to their customer by selecting abusive delivery personnel not properly trained.

Worst customer care and worst delivery service. We have ordered Kingsize bed frame along with night stand and dresser in Feb2021. Night stand and dresser are scheduled to deliver in April21. But the Kingsize bedframe is estimated to deliver in June21. After that it was pushed to deliver in July. It was scheduled to deliver on time window 9 am to 1pm CST. on that day the delivery kept on pushing from 9 am, and we had to step out for doc appointment at 2pm, at that particular time the delivery was attempted. When we called for reschedule the delivery window was given Nov2021. Even the customer care is worst, to talk with customer care person you have to wait in line for 25 to 40 mins and if you opt for call back, we never get call back. And also their online orderstatus does not have any option. Overall I strongly suggest do not buy anything from RoomsToGo

It was a very positive experience. Rebecca was very helpful and it was a very smooth process. We have been shopping at this store for more than 2 years and always had good experience. Truthfully, we went to several other places before stepping in to Rooms-To-Go. We were drawn in by the Labor Day sales and really enjoyed working with Kevin! He was informative, personal, but definitely gave us space to move through the store at our own pace. We never felt pushed into a sale and all of our questions were answered in a very professional way. We ended up purchasing two sets- one for our more formal living room and another for our game room- and have been happy with the process! As we picked the sectional that we liked, he showed us cool details that we did not know it had. He explained some other info about financing, delivery and setup...clearly. Rooms to go closed an account due to no activity. We decided to buy another living room set which they made us open a new account. We later find out they kept the old account and with the new one had the same charges on both of them (double the amount we owe). Heidi was very rude from customer service or where ever she was from and denied us info to fix the problem. Now the long process to fix this which is hurting our credit. Will never buy from there again.

Super chaotic labor day weekend. Most of the items are not available. There is a wait of 15-45days (or more in some cases). My sofa and bed was sent to me in 3 piece order. I will get sofa in 2weeks. Yet to get my love seat and bed. It us scheduled for Nov delivery. Shipping needs to be worked. They charge so much.
