I had a seamless experience with them, I had a rush order that I needed by end of day and the owner stepped up and said he will drop everything to help me. Within a few hours he texted me to let me know it was done and the work was high quality.If you need any monogramming done this is for sure the place to get it done, and the price is very competitive

They ruined my $1,000 platinum wedding band they put a reversed M and the quality of the engraving is awful it feels like a cheese shredder on my finger every time I put on my ring.

Raz was great helping us refine a gift idea, and it was a great hit with our friend. We brought in something to personalize, but they have many great gifts you can buy there and personailze if you dont have something in mind. They do stitching and engraving, at least.

I was very pleased with a slate plaque that Raz helped design for me. It included considerable writing plus a picturesque background setting. I was impressed with Raz talent and eye for selecting a beautiful background image and font style for the plaque. He was very pleasant, patient and easy to work with as he spent time with me in finalizing the design. My experience was very positive. I would highly recommend Lakeline Monogramming.

Over priced everything. Poor quality and bad customer service. Just put any price they want to get. No standard pricing its all about the negotiation and how much they want. Bad business.

I came in here to get some Christmas stockings monogrammed on the 21st and I wanted to get these done by the 23rd. I know it was last minute, but they made it happen during a busy time and did a great job. They even worked with me on the pricing so I didnt have to pay all of the rush fees. I really felt they wanted to help and provide good service. Ill definitely go back in the future, but will try not to wait until the last minute next time. Haha

I was referred to them by my father so I thought I would give them a try. Not only are their prices competitive, they offer quality work, good service, and in a timely matter. I will be taking all my company shirts that need to be embroidered and let Raz take care of our custom designs. You should check them out!

I read the negative and positive reviews here, and it seems like two different stores. All I can report is that my experience was pleasant and enjoyable. They did a rush job putting my daughters name on her lab coat. The work was high quality and exactly what she wanted. Since they created the design on the computer right there in front of me, we could approve the design immediately. They called when the lab coat was ready, and the price seemed reasonable. I would definitely go back for any future monogramming work.

DO. NOT. USE. THIS. BUSINESS.Let me say that they do work fast.... they promised to have my item done by Saturday, and it was ready by Thursday, which may very well be the problem. They couldnt do the work to exact specifications, which I compromised on, and only did HALF the embroidery work... the rest was SCREEN-PRINTED on! Which will definitely wilt and peel under the hot sun.And EXPENSIVE..... RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE! I almost had to [take out a loan] to purchase my order!DO. NOT. USE. THIS. BUSINESS.

Ive been using lakeline monogramming for years. They have never disappointed me. Always super friendly! Turn around time is speedy. I find their price comparable to other local places.

I had the best experience with this place. I had some some shorts made that were supposed to have a saying embroidered on them but when I got them from the seamstress they told me the person who was supposed to do it backed out at the last minute. So I was stuck finding somewhere that would do this difficult last minute job, I was told great things about Lakeline Monogramming so I decided to give it a go. They did an awesome job and made the day. Thanks again I will definitely be going back.

I called before I went to the store when I got there the guy wanted to charge me 3x the amount of I took it elsewhere I only went there cause the guy that does the work for me is outta town and I fou d the ones at the mall but the guy charges to much he wanted to cha he me 200 for a small embroidery and elsewhere you pay only 15.oo so I took my stuff and left do not recommend

AWFUL job! I took in a pair of scissors to have a few characters engraved on them, and the end result is just awful! The letters are not aligned and centered. It looks like someone just engraved the letters and didnt care how it looked. Oh, and they wanted me to pay $26 for ruining my scissors!

Horrible with costumer service. I have a Yeti cup that I asked to use black stickers to spell my name followed by RN. I went to pick up and they forgot the RN letters. 2 days later went back again and the letters are not even aligned with my name. You can see it. Im so frustrated with this poor service. They had one simple job and screwed big time.

Liars, Thieves, Shoddy Workmanship! DO NOT PATRONIZE THESE SLIMY CON-ARTISTS.Zero stars are too many. Let me provide a negative number rating.This place is a group of thieves and liars. Do not do business with them. They damaged my fine leather portfolio and did a shoddy job on the attempted embossing and then had the nerve to demand payment. They scraped the back of the leather leaving permanent marks. The embossing was not even complete and clear. They said they could do fine work and then produced crap. I requested a call and they did not return my call. I attempted to contact and Mohammed avoided my call. When I expressed my complaint he lied and then demanded payment for the botched job.This is not a way to run a business. Boycott them and make them go out of business!

1.0 star rating 12/13/2016Absolutely Bad Customer Experience and complete unprofessionals. This store is run by Iqbal, Sami and Shiraz and these are the people who will dupe you with your money. They charge hundreds of dollars for boggy work and they justify it blatantly. A mere print on a T-shirt will cost u 5X times more than any other place. They charge more than the market price. I caught them shouting at one of their employees denying the pay. My jaw dropped looking at the Shop Owners pathetic behaviour towards the employees.

Horrible customer service. Called for a quote and the man who answered kept interrupting me and patronizing me when I was trying to understand his short, unclear repetitive question of how wide how long. Wouldnt go here even if it was free.
