Brought one of my vehicles in for an alignment today and was very impressed. Got me in and out on time (had an appointment), employees and manager were very friendly. They were clear about explaining the results and the price was fair.

If you are a young woman, I recommend bringing a man with you in the car if you want to be given the time of day. Went this morning to get an oil change, got pulled into the bay and the man immediately started working, no one came up to ask me what oil I wanted, I wanted to know the price difference between a synthetic blend and full synthetic but no one had said a word to me before he started pouring full synthetic into my car. After he was done I asked him what oil he used and told him I really would have rather had a blend, then he laughed at me, told me I should have told him sooner. He then reached into my car and started using the dial to navigate the menu, I asked if he was looking to find the “remaining oil life” screen and he ignored me. Then an $85 bill later I left. Only gave 2 stars because the job was done quickly and efficiently, I understand businesses are short staffed and busy, and I know my sticker says what oil I got last time, but just acknowledging the customers wants and need would go a long way. Just won’t be returning.

Have used express oil for the last 3 years. Always love how they are honest about what needs to be done and not. Upfront with pricing before attempting anything. Will show you what is wrong and explain why if you are someone who needs that peace of mind. Came to the location to get a vehicle inspection. One of the employees came out within about 3 minutes and said the inspector would be with me in a few minutes. About 15 minutes late the manager came out and said it would be a few minutes for the inspector. He advised he was also an inspector. I was there about 45 minutes before leaving without getting an stare inspection. While there they did have multiple vehicles being serviced. Two vehicles were serviced in one lane and a 3 had been inbfor a bit getting serviced in the same lane. Not to mention the other lanes that vehicles which all pulled up after me where getting serviced.In your response that there were multiple inspections ahead of me is a lie. There where no vehicle being inspected in front of me. I was the only vehicle in line at your inspection bay. Go back a review your camera mounted outside your inspection bay and the one inside your bay. Look for my white F150.

I have been going there for years now. It is so important as a woman to have a place you can trust. They never ever talk down to you or mansplain. They always show you and explain clearly what needs to be done and why. I wont take my car anywhere else.

I went in knowing I needed an oil change and tire rotation but nothing about how these were done or the competitive prices. The team at Express were so kind, explained everything thoroughly, and were very efficient! They did not try to up-sell me on any products or services. Highly recommend!

I was recommended by Jed with Mobile auto clinic to use this location because he used to work there. Setup an appointment for a 4pm alignment on 10/15/21. I took into consideration the age of my truck (an 86 c10) and I know most shops wouldnt be able to do work on classics but I went on a recommendation from a former manager. Got there and was refused because it was too complicated to do. I asked for an alignment check but they claimed they didnt have the specifications for it and that it was one their employees (that does alignments) last day. The appointment portal I put in my vehicles details went all the way back to the 1980s and complete with a gvwr too. I should have initially called. I believed they could have done an alignment check on it, just not on a friday and last minute.

Ive been going here for oil changes the last few years. Theyre always very friendly, speedy, and professional. Ive never had any complaints. Ill continue going here every time and recommending it to friends. :)

Bobby the district manager, has a difficult job, and the bad work and lack of integrity he must use to get thru is work week is shameful. I came in for a quick oil change. They fast talking sales rep talked me into changing my serpentine belt, and promised my vehicle be ready at 10:30 am .. Being new to the area I strolled down to Harbor Freight, got back at 10:10 my vehicle is up on the lift, the mechanic double talks at me then shows me an estimate for $1100. It was my understanding they would change my S-belt and oil change for $270 .. Not true .. The belt brakes 4 days after they do the work and Bobby tells me the warranty is void and dont bother having the vehicle towed over

Ive been getting oil changes for three decades and youd think Id seen it all but I was genuinely impressed with the awesome and fantastic service provided by the team. The personnel there are very well managed, courteous, and run like a well liked machine. And bonus to giving out a free car wash and a nice discount to Smokey Moes on your invoice. Great service, reliable and quick! Very knowledgeable auto crew, highly recommend them. Their GM saved my life literally when he told me to have the dealership check my engine last year when he noticed my oil kept burning faster than normal. Later, I found out Hyundai had a class action lawsuit, my car ended up at the dealership for nearly 3 months, and they gave me a brand new engine due to the massive engine fire recall!! I can’t thank these guys enough for their hard work and advice.

After years of going to Jiffy Lube, I knew it was time to make a change for better quality service on my car. This place was very professional and their prices were lower than Jiffy Lubes. Ive come here multiple times for multiple vehicles of mine.Every time I come through, Im greeted with a fist bump and a how have you been, brother?These guys are efficient and provide a service that is painless and smooth.Ive always done the maintenance on every vehicle Ive had, so when I come here for a quick oil change because Im being lazy, I know I can trust these guys 100% with my babies, as I can be pretty choosy with who gets to work on my cars (fellow car guys, you know how it is).Just went today and got a quick oil change and a power steering fluid top off in about 15min.Always has, and always will be, a 5 out of 5 for me. I had a great experience at this location on Jan 9. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. I never feel like they are pressuring me to add a service I didn’t originally plan on having done. I was most impressed at how they efficiently keep the customers flowing through the bays. They are constantly announcing to each other what’s going on in a particular bay and what’s been completed. They take care of the folks waiting in line and even moved a couple cars around to make sure no customer was having to wait too long. Went in for an oil change. They upsold me on an air filter that was only going to take 15 minutes. 45 minutes later and it still wasn’t done. Got home and I have no coolant. “Quick” is not always better.

My wife and I were visiting family in Austin for Thanksgiving and decided to bring the car here for a much needed oil change. Before arriving, I had spoken with Cori on the phone and he told me that they could get me in and out pretty quickly for just the oil change. Not only did they do just that, it was Cori himself who helped me out and made sure that the job was done right. I dont know the name of the gentleman who was down below doing the oil change, but he did a great job as well communicating. This place honors veterans, cares about service, and has great people like Cori working for them -- what more can you want from a shop? Any time we are back down there, we wont hesitate to bring our cars here and have them serviced. It was cheaper than the dealership and the service was much, much better.

If you drive a diesel, this is the BEST place to get your oil and filters changed fast. They cost of the materials for that has skyrocketed over the years so I dont hold them down on the price too much. Really nice bunch of guys, always friendly and super fast.

I waited here for 45 minutes for them to tell me they couldn’t service my truck. I’ve been going here for years and this was the worst experience here ever. I won’t be returning.Edit: To add fuel to to the fire, the district office calls me to address this review and proceeds to ARGUE with me about my own experience. Honesty and Integrity!!These guys rock!Ive had three great experiences where these guys showed their honesty, integrity and commitment to excellent customer service.1) When I had bought my used electric/hybrid car I brought it in for the first oil change. It wasnt stated when the oil had been changed upon purchase and given it is electric, I wasnt sure how many actual engine miles (using oil) were on the car. The guys here inspected the oil and saw that it didnt need to be changed and sent me on my way no charge! They recommended coming back in 1000 miles.2) For my Solera Convertible the hood lift was no longer working and they had to use their PVC pipe to prop up the hood while changing the oil. They mentioned they could order the part and have it installed and I told them I had purchased the part from NAPA, but had forgot to install it. They offered to install the NAPA part on my car! Ive been to so many auto mechanics that will NOT install the part unless purchased from them. Unfortunately, I still have the part at home and if I dont install it before the next oil change will have they guys do it.3) Yesterday, I brought my car in after having the emissions and oil changed here in Lago Vista (big mistake). The owner of the shop there came out after the emission check and oil change with a suggested $700 list of maintenance items. I left and then noticed the check engine light was on. Upon getting home I noticed the gas door was left open from the emission check (the car doesnt have a gas cap). I then thought the check engine light was triggered by the gas door being open by the mechanic. After driving some short trips around town over the next few days with the car (I did research and see that if the light was solid, it was less of an emergency) the light was still on. I knew if I brought the car back to Phoenix, Id again get the hard sell of the spark plugs, transmission fluid etc. I instead brought it into the guys I really trust at Express Oil Change. The manager noticed the light was on when I pulled into the Oil Change bay, however when they moved the car into the mechanic bay, it magically went off. They did a diagnostic test and the code was a gas door/gas cap being open.They didnt charge me for the diagnostic check and told me the procedures recommended by the shop in Lago werent needed for another 40K miles!They guys now will get 100% of my business. Have always had great service there!

Most importantly to me, I never felt manhandled or pressured into a purchasing products or services. This is by far some of the best customer service experiences I have had at a place like this. I was there for an oil change but they also let me know that my fuel filter looked like it needed to be changed. They took a picture to show me and it was almost rusted out. They couldnt fix it right then because of a complication with the old filter but told me I could come back Monday to have it done. They assured me that they will take care of it. As a woman, I never felt inferior or taken advantage of in either situation. They are some great, honest guys who have the integrity to get the job done correctly.

I needed an oil change badly, and this place was on my way home. I pulled in and was immediately greeted by what appeared to be the shop manager, who took down all my info. Once the car in front of me was done, I pulled into the bay. I never had to leave my car, which was super nice. Kris was the under hood tech that checked all my lights, levels, and signals. He was very professional, funny, and kept his mask on the entire time, as did all of the employees. Bonus: I received a code for a free car wash and $5 off Smoky Mos.

I have used this company for the past 3 years and had been very very happy with there service.Here in the last few months service and trust has gone in the trash.Fist off this started when I became concerned about screeching sounds coming from under the hood when my vehicle was idle.I brought the vehicle in and showed them the noise it was making. I was told it sounded like the idler pulley and tensioner pulley. I bought oem parts for my vehiclee and gave it to them for replacement.Hours later I get a call that my radiator needs replacing.....So instead of talking on the phone I drove up to the shop to see with my own eyes.So I agreed to have the radiator replaced.Everything went well, I payed for the service and left.Later i found that my heater controls did not work only defrost. Hence defrost is default for safety reasons.Called the shop and they wanted me to bring it back in...... this i could not because I was flying out the. Ext day for Christmas.So I get back early January and bring the vehicle back in to have the problem resolved.Problem fixed..... vacumme lines left dangling in the passenger floor board...... fixed that myself and said nothing.One month later I take the vehicle back in for a normal oil change and find that the turbo is blowing oil everywhere. Tech Chris diagnosed a bad turbo. While sitting there the screeching sound that was not fixed the first time starts up again. Hence previous my bill was pretty high.So Bobby the manager said he would have it checked out. This was 2-5-2021 Friday, that I left the vehicle with them. I ordered the new turbo and sensor for them to install. The part did not arrive till Monday 2-8-2021.Tuesday 2-9-2021 towards the end of the day I recieved a call saying the vehicle was almost finished. This is when I asked if they had checked out what the screetxhing sounds were that I had brought the vehicle in for back in December. The tech chrisSaid he knew nothing about it, and he would need another day with the vehicle.2-10-20218:30 am I get a call from the tech chris telling me that the vehicle threw a code and he found a sensor in the intake manifold had gone bad from the oil...... this didnt sound right to me so once again I drove to the shop to see what was going on......I get to the shop and all of a sudden it was a plug to a sensor in another location that was not connected correctly..... hummm.......So now we find that the power steering pump is going bad and thats what is making the noise.....I tell them I need it replaced and a cost on the part...I quit waiting on an estimate and started to call around for prices. I found one at a local chevrolett dealership for 359 including tax.Express oil change and tire engineers quoted me right at 500$ for the same part from the same dealership!!! At this point Im furious... im told the reason for the cost is there 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty and if the part fails they would have to eat the cost.... hence I drive 3500 to 4500 miles a month for work in this vehicle so at that price its not worth it. So instead I have a repair with no warranty because I dont want to pay an over the hill rip off price for a oart that costs the public 359$ from more than one dealership...... i felt like I was getting ripped off!So the end of the day cones around and I pick up my vehicle. Told everything is great!!I get home get ready to go to work and I find liquid dripping drown the chassis of my vehicle.. not happy at this point..... then I get in and go to change some settings on my navigation radio and the whole thing falls into the dash!!Mad is an understatement at how I feel at this point after spending 6 days home not working and over 3,000$ spent.The tech chris reaches out to me after sending video to Bobby the manager.The tech then has the nerve to ask me if I could bring it by Friday 2-12-2021!???After not being able to work for almost a week im asked to wait around with my work vehicle sitting for an entire day because he is off 8-11-2021!?!?!?

I’ve been using these guys for a couple years now and every visit has been great. They’re always quick (even when they’re busy) all the employees and incredibly professional and courteous. They’ve recently started offering contactless oil changes where you don’t have to leave your car. My last two visits I’ve been in and out in less than 15 minutes. The discount on the car wash that you get after a service is a huge plus, also.I’m compelled to leave a review after my most recent visit. I had around 1k miles left until I needed an oil change, but was getting ready for a long drive so I thought I’d go and get it done now rather than after. I let the Tech know about this and he checked the oil level, assured me it’d be better to wait until I got back from the trip, and then checked and refilled my coolant and wiper fluid and inflated all my tires to even pressure at no charge. I know most shops offer this complementary with a service, but he definitely didn’t have to do it since I wasn’t getting an oil change.Will continue to get both my vehicles serviced here and think everyone in the vicinity should too.

Havent been here but called to have my RV oil changed. They informed me they dont do them yet there is an RV in their photos! A bit misleading.

Best place to get an oil change. Not even a debate. Might be a little more expensive, but they change your oil for you while youre in your car and physically show you that they changed it. Highly recommend.

Ive had extensive work done on two vehicles here. They have done great work!

I wouldn’t do any mechanic work here, I brought my car in on a Monday because my car would pull back when I would come to stops or was at a stop. I was told the diagnostic would be $115 and I agreed to the price. They did a diagnostic but didn’t do a full one apparently they were missing a tool that they needed to get the full diagnostic done. Instead of letting me know that before hand they wrote out what was wrong with the car and gave me an estimate of $600 and something for spark plugs and to replace a cylinder misfire. I agreed because I thought they had done a FULL diagnostic and knew what they were talking about I thought my car was going to be FIXED. Instead they admitted to me after having worked on it, after lying to me about having done a full diagnostic and knowing the problem, after I waited there for 4 hours that they couldn’t fix the car because they didn’t know what the exact problem was. I had to leave my vehicle overnight and miss my class. Finally the next day they believed that the problem was solved and released the car to me, having only replaced the spark plugs and made me wait in their waiting area for 4 hours on Monday they decided to knock off some charges for various clean ups or oil changes that I didn’t even know they were going to do to my vehicle I ended up paying $315. It took one day of driving my car for the engine light to come back on and I had to take it back NOW I am told that I have to replace THE WHOLE ENGINE. If they had done a full diagnostic in the first place and told me that I needed an engine replacement I wouldn’t have agreed to fix my vehicle I could have saved an extra $200 to put towards my new vehicle. IN CASE YOU DON’T READ MY FULL WARNING DON’T COME HERE THEY LIE AND DON’T FIX CARS.I am editing to respond to the response given to me by Neil. Your mechanic did lie, saying that they are doing a diagnostic on a vehicle then telling me what’s wrong with it when the mechanic didn’t do a full diagnostic is a lie.

This is the second time I visit this location. I like the fact that you can sit in your car while they change your oil. The staff is friendly, the service is great. I will definitely keep coming back.

I visited this business for the first time. The staff is friendly, courteous, lively, happy and knowledgeable. I love the way they communicate with each other, similar to the kitchen staff in a well lead restaurant or a military team. Literaly a well oiled machine. They also perform a 21 point Inspection. My tech was Michael. Will definitely come back again.

Fernando was my oil change tech and he was awesome!! He informed me that I had a plastic drain plug and things that could go wrong/advised me on that. I had some oil leakage in the engine, which he showed me. I saw them work the oil and filter change from start to finish. Excellent service!! They also gave me a car wash and BBQ coupon. Highly recommend their service!!

This place is amazing! It will be my go to place for EVERYTHING now. I got my cars inspected here earlier this year and all the guys were fantastic.Today, I stopped in, without an appointment, with a new-to-me used diesel truck and a ton of questions because Ive never owned anything like it before. Right after I bought the truck I had a local diesel specialty shop give the truck a once over to identify any problems with the truck. I was charged over $100 for that look-see and walked away thinking I had bought a lemon.I wanted a second opinion and Express Oil did not disappoint! The tech that looked at my truck today was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with all my questions. He took the time to educate me on the various components of my suspension, and really explain things in a manner easily understood and not at all intimidating. As a woman, who routinely gets talked down to at other auto businesses, this was HUGE and very much appreciated!He put my truck on the rack, and walked me through everything under there. He explained things that were needed now, things that could wait and things that were just non-issues. Basically, he helped me go through that other guys 4K estimate and took the time to explain it to me while showing it to me on my truck.The best part about the whole process is that unlike the other guy with the big scary estimate after a 15 minute look at my truck, Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers did not charge me for any of this process and spent significantly longer with me and my truck.If you have questions or need repairs, I highly recommend stopping by and visiting with this great group of guys! I know I will not be taking my truck anywhere else!
