This dealership uses deceptive advertising practices and then lies about them when you are actually there in person negotiating a deal. In essence, on their website they are advertising a $1,495 dealer discount on a Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. As you can see below, their website clearly identifies the MSRP price, which is the price on the window sticker. Their listed MSRP ties back to the window sticker price. They then show a dealer discount off that MSRP price. The MSRP listed minus the dealer discount = the Sale price on their website, which then has manufacturers rebates listed below that, so clearly this is a dealer discount which is divorced from the manufactures rebates and programs.When I went there to negotiate a deal, having seen the price on their website. I sat down and asked them to give me a sheet with their best price on it. They came back with a $250 dollar discount off MSRP instead of the $1,495 advertised on their website. I asked them why they are giving me a best price which is higher than what they are advertising. They said that their website excludes the destination fee, and that once the destination fee is added back it cancels out the $1,495, which happens to equal the destination fee on the window sticker. The problem with that is as you can see, the destination fee is ALREADY INCLUDED in the MSRP and is clearly listed as such on the monroney (window) sticker.As you can also see below, their fine print doesnt actually say destination fee as listed on the window sticker, it says MSRP is the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of the vehicle. It does not include any taxes, dest., fees or other charges.: So I can only assume that they think not spelling out destination gives them a clever legal loophole, because as you can see on the MSRP window sticker, destination IS included. So their fine print is essentially misrepresenting what the MSRP actually is, and again the MSRP listed on their website ties to the dollar the MSRP on the manufactures sticker, which INCLUDES destination. This is a blatant attempt to draw people in with a discount off MSRP and then pull a fast one when they have people in the store and not offer the actual discount they are advertising.I was told by the salesmen that because of inventory shortages they are holding to MSRP, which is fine, thats fair play and many dealerships are doing that. What is not fair play is lying about offering a dealer discount on your website on a specific vehicle and then not honoring that discount on that specific advertised vehicle and lying about how the MSRP doesnt include destination when it obviously does. When questioned and showed an actual window sticker, the salesmen had a ready made answer about how its stripped out and then added back in, so its apparent to me that this is a standard practice and that others have asked about it. If you want to hold to MSRP, fine, that its their business, but dont advertise discounts on your website that you are not willing to honor.It seems silly to me to misrepresent $1495 dollars, which while a lot of money, doesnt really move the needle for a dealership over the course of a month, unless of course they are replicating this across many vehicle sales.

I will not be coming here for an oil change ever again. Came in on a Thursday morning and got right in without a wait, which was appreciated! Oil change and complimentary car wash was done within an hour or so. I went home and noticed that my car was leaking a significant amount of oil all over my driveway. On the way back to the dealership, my car started smoking and the air smelled like burning oil - good thing I dont live too far or I wouldnt have made it! Once I got back to the dealership, they took a look right away and then told me it was going to be another hour wait for them to powerwash my car underneath to ensure that the oil spill was fully cleaned up. I was also promised that someone was going to come out and clean the oil spill off my driveway and that promise was never fulfilled.

Cant say enough good things about dealing with Mike Rhodes. Was very transparent throughout the whole process, made sure I was happy with my trade in and got me into a 2020 ram limited at a price I couldnt say no to. Real easy going guy to buy a vehicle from and made me glad to do business with James CDJR.

Do not trust these guys they sold me a car with dents all over and said they would have them fixed, it took 6 months to have them try to get them out and the one big dent the PDR guy couldnt fix so they said they would call me back and get it fixed, but now they refuse to return my calls or answer any questions Ive been there countless times and still no answers A YEAR AND A HALF LATER!

Buyer beware! From the start ( 3 hour wait to pick up a vehicle that was supposed to be ready for pick up on arrival, after a 2.5 hour ride to get said vehicle) to the finish ( brand new windshield that leaks, well fix it but itll cost you 8 more hours of your day so we dont have to spend 150 at a place local to you . This place was a joke to work with.They sell other brands, but i assume they dont care about them as customers. Well they just lost a customer over 150.00 after spending 11k.

For over a year, I was rejected for getting a car. Personally, I think it was because of my skin color. No matter the size of the down-payment, they would sit me down without help for hours before them telling me they cant help me.I had to travel outside of my own state of Illinois to go to James CDJR to see if things would be different. I was very hesitant. As my past experiences were all very negative and honestly hurtful.The day before I left, I called and was directed to Tracy who helped ease my doubts and got my credit checked before heading out the next day. She was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions.Thanks to her and the staff, by time I got there from a 2 HOUR drive, everything was ready when I got there. Jeremy helped me test drive the car and showed me what I should look for while driving it. Then he helped get the paper work rolling. Even a cup of coffee 😂Then Chris came and very speedily got me to sign the needed papers and I had the keys in NO TIME! (2 keys at that! A free spare!) Last time I got a car, it took 2 days for everything to get ready. It took them less than an HOUR!They even posted me on their Facebook page! The car was very clean and had gas and you can smell that new car shampoo smell and tell it was vacuumed. My last car wasnt even given that treatment.Im going for my nursing and definitely plan on getting my dream car from them! The 2 hr drive there and back was worth it and it will be VERY worth it again when I come back for a new one in a few years!Thanks for your guys help and giving me a chance people in my own state wouldnt and to look past my skin color and see me as an Individual!I would definitely recommend if you want fast efficient quick service, and friendly and polite and respectful people willing to help you, please come give these guys a try. What can I say about Quincy! His attitude, motivation, work ethic and drive for total customer satisfaction is, unmatched! He’s NOT your typical car salesman that’s for sure. We had good honest conversation and Quincey was always ready with the right answer when asked any questions! He even took one for the James team for when I asked him if the sliding door on the van stopped automatically, say should my kid get in the way, he showed me by sticking his arm in the door and letting it close on it! Yes, it’s crazy and over the top but, that sealed the deal for me!

They had my new Durango for 3 hours for an oil change and wash. I arrived to pick up the vehicle and it was not washed and they had not applied my discount to my service for having the new vehicle. I was told to sit and wait because there were other vehicles being washed now and they would have to redo my paperwork. Waited another 45 min for what should have been done when I arrived! Bad customer service! Go to Grigers where they treat people who buy $60k cars like they value your business.

There were no misrepresentations. We purchased a new Jeep Renegade from Quincy. As a side note, Bryan in financial had us in his office less than 15 minutes signing all of the documents. I went to Jeep in hopes of making my dream car a reality. Patrick was my salesman and couldn’t have been more helpful. He was patient, honest and understanding. He listened to what I said and never tried to talk me into something that wasn’t possible for me. I highly recommend asking for him when you stop in. The finance team also worked with me to make sure I stayed in my price range while still getting to drive off in my dream car. I will continue to give my business to this dealership, with oil change and upgrades and maybe another Jeep someday!

If i could give a negative star rewrite i would. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect and unkindness in my life. I was treated so poorly by a woman named Bonnie. She stated my business was not welcome when i came in to find out more information about their inventory. I am absolutely disgusted by this dealership especially from a person with such high authority at this business, what a shame.

Bought a used vehicle and it was lemon had problems with them even honoring it after a month of purchase never buy a vehicle from their terrible place shouldn’t even be in business
