I always get good customer service from this location and my last visit was no exception. Nick was very helpful and pleasant over the phone, and the same in-person at the store. Its great to know that good customer service is still around.

Lady helping me was not helpful at all and was rude. Literally was falling asleep while talking to me and didn’t even bring the paint out I had to carry 2 5 gallon buckets out from the store

The worst store in the world. Every time I go they are closed during normal business hours. Or they are closed early. The drives to Lancaster to get what I need is getting old.

Really knowledgeable staff at this location, Ive been purchasing paint from this store on and off over the past 2 years. They have helped with making sure I get the right interior and exterior colors based on how and where Im going to use it. Seems like Management puts a lot of focus on training and customer service at this location and it really shows

I have shopped at many Sherwin-Williams stores but as of now I will ONLY shop at Cedar Hill. I have never seen such a knowledgeable, hard working, helpful, customer friendly staff! I think the manager is Bonita (sp?) . She exemplifies good customer service and it shows in the entire staff! I tell everyone I know that the Cedar Hill Sherwin Williams is the best!

I walked in looking for a color wheel to match a building I am painting, most places will say we dont have one and let you be on your way,Bonita Hodges was extremely helpful, she took the time to ask questions about what and where I was painting and helped me discover that the paint I needed was a color in their system. She went above and beyond and really helped me out, saved me hours of frustration and countless trips trying to match a particular paint shade.Todays day and age, people try to do the bare minimum, especially in retail jobs, but Bonita was excellent! Thank you!

We will drive here from Red Oak just for the consistent, EXCEPTIONAL customer service received from Ross. Both on the phone and in store.

Slow service took in a match it took over 30min with the computer match system and I was the only customer there
