Went to drop a package off, I was not acknowledged when I entered. Got to the counter, still was not addressed nor talked to. I said thank you upon receiving my recipe and still no response. I walked back in because I had to write an order number on my box and the lady told me they couldnt accept my package which I understood the reason why, the other man behind the counter giggled when she told me that. Made me super upset. I own a business and customer service is always a big part of my business. The fact that they were rude. I will never use Fed Ex for my business again. And for those working here please get another job. Customer service isnt for you!

They werent rude they just dont care. They have the opportunity to help and just will not. Maybe its the corporate rules maybe its the people in the inside either way I hate that they will not try at all.

It is amazing that the delivery drivers cant seem to figure out that In order to deliver to a closed community, you must enter at the lobby. You know, the great big double glass doors at the front of the building under the canopy !!!

I went to Fedex off pleasant run in cedar hill today and was helped by Matthew. The experience was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. I am just about sure this guy knew everything about the company Fedex. I seen for myself that he is willing to go above and beyond to help customers. Today I had went in with what I had been told was an impossible task but Matthew could have easily turned me away and didn’t try yet he did. For my mother’s Mothers Day gift I found a picture of my late grandmother, her mother and got it blown up. Matthew did a great job in helping. He was patient with me, and a great leader for his team. While there I seen him take time to train someone on how to accomplish the task he helped me with. At one point a lady needed something that their store couldn’t do but instead of turning her away he knew of another store closer to her residence that could help her. So many people working customer service don’t have customer service etiquette but I’m so grateful to have experienced someone like Matthew who is the definition of great customer service. Thank you!

Rip off... Crooks and completely rude and incompetent.Wanted to send something international, so went Online to get the cost. It asks the destination, size, weight, everything needed to know the cost. Okay so far...Walk in with the price from the Online calculator printed out, and they tell us That doesnt mean anything and commences to try to charge us $100 MORE.Then what is the purpose of have the Online system tell you the cost??!! Just to Bait and Switch ??!!For decades FedEx service has been horrible, this just reinforces it.

Always understaffed. Store manager is either incompetent or not customer friendly. Floor staff assist where they can, given the store stays pretty busy for them.

Just left this location. I walked in and waited at least 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and there were TWO employees at the front counter, that clearly saw me standing there. They were holding a conversation amongst themselves (not helping another customer). There was no other customer in the building so they were not occupied assisting other customers. Typically when a customer enters there is some level of acknowledgment even if you can’t get with them right away. It felt extremely uncomfortable and demonstrated poor customer service.

There is a young lady by the name of Kiyana that works in the Cedar Hill,Tx Fedex location is a awesome employee who has above average customer service skills who gets people in and out with kid glove care.She is supervisor and management material.I am the owner of Justin Moving Company in DeSoto,Tx and I have been purchasing my forms from this location for years and satisfied with the customer service.

Horrible service. Just walked out when no one was able to address the problem while in line. The mgr Chuck was very rude. He was rushing trying to get out of there, not once did he acknowledge me. When I told him what I needed, he stayed there counting out money instead of just saying maam if you could give me a minute, geesh or something. One young lady at least tried to assist with a smile. Chuckie acted like it was an inconvenience for a customer to be there.

Came to just weigh my package for a customer to get an estimate and had us waiting outside for 15 min to tell us she’s going to lunch and to come back in an hour, it takes like 1 min to just weigh the item to get the estimate and I’m on a tight schedule with my selling business.

I was speaking at a conference and unexpected changes on the first night meant I needed to make changes to some of my materials by the next morning. I arrived before the Fedex Office store opened so that I could be first in line. Joe began helping me as soon as the doors opened. I briefly explained the situation and my hurry. He worked quickly and efficiently, helping me make changes to the layout and reprint and bind the program. Hes truly a professional! Although others came into the store over the next 20 minutes, he patiently explained he would get to everyone in the order they arrived, just as soon as he could (he was the only one there). Some people grumbled (rudely), and two people kept insisting that they ONLY needed... but I appreciated that he wasnt one of those people who tries to get to everyone at once, and ends up making everyone wait. He ignored the attitudes and responded politely, emphasizing theyd have his full attention when it was their turn. As luck would have it, one of the machines kept jamming, and I could tell it was stressing him, but he kept cool, worked through the problems, and got the job done. Watching him work made me wish this was the kind of business where you could leave a tip. Top notch work. Top notch service! Thanks Joe!

They charge to much. Charged my wife $67.03 to ship 2 packages. 1 weighted 7 lbs and the other weighted 9 lbs. for standard ground freight. Will not go back there again. UPS next time.

The so called Assistant Manager Yoni, is EXTREMELY RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. A situation that had nothing to do with me personally but with my company was taken completely out of hand. His associate asked to verify some information that was needed for my boss and he didnt want to give it to me so he became really disrespectful. Treasure and Chuck were helpful and cordial but the butt wipe YONI need to be taught some manners. I cant believe FEDEX would allow such disrespect.

Jhayden provided me with excellent customer service and assisted with the formatting and printing of a brochure for a client. There was patience demonstrated in which Jhayden also had to service other customers due to being the only employee in the store during my visit.

I may have came at a dead time. No line, minimal wait of a few seconds. I was dropping off a package, got a receipt and was out the door in under 2 minutes.Aside from the speedy drop off service, the interior was clean.

I was very happy with my service it was convenient on my way home. But on the 19 of July I picked up my paper work Yoni D MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE TO ME. Once I received my paper work he sat them on he counter and jus left me standing there as I is wanted to check out. After he put several people in front of me as if I was just a child waiting till he got ready to deal with me. Very rude. Next morning I called to let him know all my paper work was not there and stated could he check to see if there were any emails he looked over he asked 3 times did I get it from his store after I said it the first time I did. Then I stated ok im done with your store he said nothing to even try to calm the situation besides ok thank you. Really?? I will be calling corporate as well this was unacceptable to me. Next time Ill jus call and see if Yoni is there before I send my paper work everyone else has been super nice. As a business owner among other things I would never accept an employee to be so rude. I really just hope it was not the color of my skin or Gender.

There was only 1 person working & was overwhelmed! I waited 20 min & because he wad trying to multitask, he lost tabs of who came in 1st! I only had 2 people on front of me, but he serviced 4 other people before I had to ask him to help me. NEVER GO HERE UNLESS NECESSARY!!!!!!
