Solid store, great service! I went in looking for some energy drinks, and a stim-free pre-workout. This store had a lot of options, and the service provided to me by one of the managers there, Thomas, was excellent. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He also did not just push a product at me, but helped me pick the best product for me and my needs. Ill definitely be back!

I was so happy to hear a friendly & knowledgeable voice to inquire about a product I was looking for. When I asked about the once I entered the store was more even excited the employee walked me to the product and explained they had several different brands. Thanks for starting my day with great customer service and friendliness. 😁

One of the main go to spots for holistic supplements at a reasonable price!

I paid online for a $147.93 pickup in store order. I received an email saying my order was ready. when I arrived I was told their system was down and they could not give me my order and that i would have to pay for it twice and they would refund me later. i asked for proof via email or handwritten that they would refund the money and they said no because system is down. so they expected me to pay twice and take their word verbally they would refund my online order that was already paid for. this location is not recommended if you want a smooth transaction. they do not know how to provide good customer service. i’ve been shopping with vitamin shoppe since 2012 and this is the worst experience by far. I will be buying elsewhere from now on.

Went in to get a waist trainer. Asked for price matching. Was told by Laderia (manager on duty) that she can’t tell if it’s sold and shipped by Amazon!!! If you see it’s Prime, it’s shipped and sold by Amazon!!!! You rather lose a sale over $3????? Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

4/11/2021 at around 6:50 pm, I walked in and no one asked me if I needed help. Its fine, but some effort from the employees would boost yalls image a lot. Plus, the employee with glasses kind of just stared at me walking around. Take that with a grain of salt, as idk if he thought I was cool or if I simply sketched him out. Prejudice against anyone is a big no no in business. He took my info which I gladly gave, for an account. When I asked him if they have a rewards system, he responded back with Yeah thats why I asked for your info. Haha! An explanation as to how the system works wouldve been extremely helpful, but he chose to be smart, and talk to me as if Im ignorant. Sorry Vitamin Shoppe. The prices are better than GNC, but this visit was not as pleasant as I thought it would be.

Bought a couple of proteins as of recent 6/16/18 I didnt like the taste on the picture below and was trying to return it. I stated I need to return this cause I didnt like the taste. 1st poc asked do I want a refund or store credit I replied refund. Then he stated I couldnt cause I opened it. Im thinking how else could I have tasted it. I mentioned the sales person hyped it up I said Im looking for a supplement protein but it has to taste good. This is what was sold it was so gross chalky and just a bad taste. Lesson learned other supplement was for my son different brand and flavor hes content with it.

Today is 4/ 16 /20 came in around 2 pm was greeted i love shoping here but today a black young lady helped me with zero work ethic in her. And i asked her if she can match a price she said she looked for me when i stood behind her. Watching and she didnt she nocked. 80 cents when i got home looked online and i could of saved me at least ten dollars sad that she just there for pay check

Went here before this pandemic and well let’s just say I’ll stay at gnc. I would ask questions and wanted to see what would be best but they just didn’t seem very educated on their products. Just didn’t seem very helpful

Today I had an awesome experience Ive been struggling with H pylori and I was looking for mastic gum but apparently Vitamin Shoppe has not carried anymore but there was an employee named Thomas and he explained to me about this certain probiotic and other vitamins that will help eradicate h-pylori it was an awesome experience with him very knowledgeable very helpful this man needs to move up this is not the first time that he has helped me in the past cuz I dont visit the Vitamin Shoppe very often hes always giving me very knowledgeable insight

We were not greeted when we walked in and we had to look around for help. When we did someone at the counter did offer to help. I shouldnt have to look for help when Im going into a specialty vitamin store. Albeit some folks know what they want but you can tell the difference.

The clerk was nice both times I visited the store, but when I tried to return a bottle of capsules I bought because the bottle was busted; the manager told the clerk that I couldnt exchange it because she wouldnt be able to sell it. REALLY??? Unfortunately, I wont be returning to this store.

Stopped in for protein bars. We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. We were asked if we needed help.

Ill just say customer service at this location is not consistent. While I was not greeted or offered any type of assistance. Others that entered after me had a much better experience. When I did ask for help I was met with a bothered attitude. On a positive note the store has a goid selection of items.

Awesome team members and very honest. I left my wallet on counter and called the next day and info and cash was still inside. Plus they gave me awesome tips on Lipo 6 and Whey protein products.

Get all my vitamins and supplements from here. One good tip for you is to check for your product online before coming in the store. Its usually cheaper on their website and they will price match it from their website online. Item is usually cost more in store than online.

Walked in and no one acknowledged me or asked if I needed any help. Tried looking for things myself but left after a man walked, was acknowledged & asked if they could help him with anything!! Ill take my money elsewhere!

The store and business itself is nice with great options and prices and they are always getting new products.... however all it takes is a few s*itty employees who are indifferent and have no knowledge about health and fitness to ruin the experience. If someone is needing assistance or asking advice, no asked anyone to be an expert, but at least have the dencency to have a great attitude and find someone who can help or at least sound as if you know something about health and fitness to be relatable. The customer service here can be so sketchy at times and I wish the owner and manager were more selective of their staff.

I was helped quickly without even asking.

I walked in and was getting help from a manager when the lady at the counter asked for him to help check out people when he was right in the middle of helping me so he stopped helping me to check people out and he was a manager. I was extremely disappointed with my experience in the store was very rude for him to leave me just to go check people out when he was already helping me.
