I went to this location they were the only store in the entire neighborhood that had it baby water I went through the self-checkout line it was very quick and no line at all I did not come in contact with anyone that work there but the store itself overall was clean and you can always find what you are looking for even during the time of turmoil they still have everything stock very well on their shelves this location is one of the best

Fruit flies are terrible. Look I get it I know its summer and fruit flies are inevitable. But really there were so many on all the produce. I didnt even get produce here. Went to another store down the street that had no flies. Try to do better.

Convenient grocery store to us. I do most of my shopping at Walmart, but if Albertsons sends me coupons, especially on meat, Im there. Their butcher block is fantastic and the meat is always good.

The manager has really stepped it up. The remodel looks great...airy and fresh. Shelves were stocked or being restocked and glad you brought back self checkout. Love having the option. Keep up the good work!

My review is solely from my Doordash order. Doordash is no way at fault here. The person gathering my order... not so bright or didnt care. $70 order with barely anything to show for... three items were out of stock, ground beef was old brown to pink in color, price on pkg $4 and some change, price charged $15 and some changed. Ordered cabbage, was given lettuce. Ordered blackeyed peas, was given pinto beans. Ordered 10 lb bag of potatoes, was given the 5 lb bag and charged for the 10 lb bag. Never will I again order from this store!!! Never had this problem with Doordasing Tom Thumb or ordering from Walmart. I just wanted to give Albertsons a try plus Walmart charge a lot for delivery. Doordash delivery fee is free after you spend a certain amount if you are a member ($10) a month, not bad bc I use them a lot. 2 stars only bc I received a few correct items but their delivery system is sad. They need to train their workers better and update their site. Too many out of stock items on their list or maybe the person looking for it didnt do a great job as you can see, the many chosen wrong items.

YO THIS STORE IS SUPER CLEAN and their Deli looked GREAT.But if youre looking for somewhere to get emergency shorts cause you spilled something on your shorts, they dont have any.

New to area and first time at an Albertsons. I purchased several sale items and my less than helpful cashier didnt inform me I didnt get any savings without rewards card. I feel like this could have been a more positive first experience if cashier cared more. Walmart down the street anyway 😟

Very clean. But you must be price conscious. Even some sale items are exponentially higher for the exact same item elsewhere. But I do enjoy the varieties of some items that I can not find anywhere.

The prices were good. Lots of sales. The lady who checked me out was friendly. However, she called for assistance for me because I have recently had surgery for kidney cancer. The young man who came to assist was more than unpleasant. He did not want to be helping me. At one point when he was putting my groceries in my car he told me that maybe if he got cancer and had surgery he could take it easy also!!! It made me very uncomfortable to say the least!!But, overall the store is good with good people.

Been a while since Ive been Albertsons. But theyre still good to me. I just love the steamed crab legs & lobster tails. And the scallops. Not to mention, theyre always clean.

God I hate this store. Everything is so overpriced. They NEVER have their sale items in stock and what is with that ridiculous intercom system going off every 30 seconds?

Store is a maze right now. Previous short aisles were easier to navigate. Totally confusing now.

Customer Service was great. I was in a lot of pain today when checking out so I ask for carryout assistance. The associate stated no one was available at the moment and ask me to wait. Well the store was nice and clean went over to the produce side grab some halos that was not in good standard nearly rotten but didnt notice til I was home very disappointed.People like fresh fruit Albertsons lets do better.

I absolutely love my local Albertsons. Ive lived in Cedar Hill for 6 years now and I only shop Albertsons for groceries. However, the deli department is absolutely a mess. They are rude. They do not tend to customers, they all seem to hate their job. There has been many instances where I have stood at the counter for up to 10 minutes and just watched the associate go back and forth doing a million things and never acknowledge me. Today I tried to call and make an order for a croissant tray. The lady answer the phone with a quick deli department what can I do for you?. I tried to respond with *Hi how are you?*. Her response was what can I get for you... After that I tried to ask her what were my options as far as meats for the croissants because I dont eat ham she just kept repeating herself that turkey and ham were the only options turkey and ham where the only options. So after 2 minutes of that she finally said well fine well do turkey but its going to cost more.. I actually hung the phone up and just said forget it. I just dont understand how the entire store can be consistent across the board and then you make it to the deli department and its just atrocious

Steamed shrimps & lobster is great, smoke chicken off smoker is to live for. You can always find everything you need.

Too often the computer charges me incorrectly for one or more items... and I have to go back to get it fixed. Not fun! While I try to check at the store, after a couple of good times, I dont and have to go back. Makes me wonder how many times it happens to others who do not check their receipt.

I did not go into shop however when I did live in Cedar Hill I used to love my Albertsons right off of 1382 it was the best ever I love the way they put all their decorations and flowers every year very nice

NEVER enough cashiers or self check stands. They get you in but dont want to help you get out. Eat before you go. Charge your phone before you go. Take a drink with you.

Walked in the store and did shopping when checkout time came only 2 lines were open and self checkouts were closed lines were long manager stocking can goods clerk so slow I left basket with food in it and went to shop somewhere else !!!

Great store we have not shopped there in quite awhile. We went there to purchase steaks for dinner .I grilled seven T-bones. They turned out great. My family enjoyed them .The steaks were at least one dollar per pound higher than Sams and Krogers but were much better in quality.

I love that Albertsons supports the Dallas Cowboys they are my go to grocery stop !

Im rating this store a 5 due to the bakery. My little had her cupcakes baked here & she stated the best cupcakes in the world. The recommendation from the baker really made the cupcakes taste great.

I went in for a 5 lb bag of potatoes for $0.79. They actually had them so Ill give them a good rating for that. Their prices are a bit high for me though unless youre buying something thats on sale.

Used to have it all including fresh quality low priced meat and vegetables but the Walmart, Amazon, etc..., train is destroying customer service and lowering the bar for quality at your store.
