I was very impressed with Home Zone. They have beautiful furniture at reasonable pricing. Everyone was very friendly and my sales person was extremely helpful but yet she let me look at my own pace. I will most definitely shop there again and would recommend it to anyone looking for furniture.

My experience was amazing from the time I walked through the door until I left! They answered every question that I had and even helped me with decor ideas! They were truly patient with me as this is my first real furniture purchase and definitely put my mind at ease! I will always come back to this store!

The service at the location was great, everyone we talked to was helpful and attentive. The only issue I have is with the couch we purchased itself. It feels as though two of the seat cushions are less padded than the third so it makes for uneven sitting sometimes but other than that I’m satisfied with our experience.

I contacted them 1hr after delivery to exchange the sofa for another love seat. They then advised they do not offer refunds and an exchange is not likely but if honored, would have to be approved.. A whole other process 😤 I only had the couch an hour and still wrapped in the delivery packaging.. I also paid $300+ for a warranty... I spent a total of $4600 at this establishment. I now either have to keep the sofa that is too big for my space or pay an additional $300+ for restocking and exchange only.. HORRIBLE..Please note: COMPANY DOES NOT ALLOW REFUND AND AN EXCHANGE WILL BE A HASSLE, HAS TO BE APPROVED AND REQUIRES AN ADDITIONAL FEE..I will now never shop here again.. Furniture is too big of an investment to take such a risk..

Im late. But I wanted to share my experience about HOME Zone. I was at the location on Cooper and when we entered the doors we where greeted with a professional smile by Elle. She explain the sections and then offered water. I told her we where just looking but would consider buying later. After walking the building viewing accessories the staff was just sweet. I was so pleased of the environment. We decided that day to buy verses coming back. We where then greeted by a staff manger name Arthur who was also just as friendly and assisted Elle with her sale. So when it was time to deliver the furniture the furniture guys where just as professional and where extremely cool as well. I would recommend this store to anyone who is seeking a professional atmosphere and helpful crew. Thanks to all.

Bought a King bed the other day, which weve tried to order at multiple stores only to be told our delivery date had been pushed back. The bed we liked was in stock and we were able to schedule a delivery date that fit. They will also assemble the furniture on delivery. Definitely receive 5 star service and I would recommend shopping at Home Zone.

When I went to HomeZone to purchase a bed, the sales representatives were helpful, yet not overbearing. They were kind and knowledgeable about the products. My wife and I came to Home Zone in Cedar Hill to purchase a new living room set for our house. I had looked at their furniture online and saw the low prices but was concerned about the quality. Only way to know for certain is to actually go look at the furniture in person. We were pleasantly greeted by Aurora who informed us that they were not paid on commission so no one would be following us around. I was very pleased to see that the quality of the furniture was good and had a large selection to choose from. There was even a close out area that had discounted items. We ended up purchasing a sofa, loveseat and recliner. Delivery is even pretty quick. Definitely recommend.

When we made our top three selections, we spoke with our salesperson Lauren. She gave us cold water, checked to see if we had questions and was very welcoming. I went in for the first time this weekend to just look around. I loved a lot of things in this store and end up making a purchase of some beautiful decor. Every staff member was pleasant to me. They even went out of their way to help me load and get my items faster than quoted. They have been extremely helpful and nice each time Ive went back. If you ever go to this place, please ask for Lauren. She is super helpful, friendly, and professional. I had been going for a few weeks just scoping out furniture, well when I was actually ready to make a purchase, as I was going inside the store, she was ending her shift. I caught her on her way out and told her Id come back tomorrow to purchase when she would be there. She had helped me for weeks so its only fair that she got credit for her work. Well she offered to stay past her shift and help me that same night.Here is where it gets kind of crazy. I bought 2 of the light brown leather chairs that are aired on their commercials and they are at the front of the store soon as you walk in. You cant miss them. I have had these chairs for 3 days. They brought them on Friday, and today is Monday. Yesterday, I noticed the leather is PEELING on one of the chairs. I could not believe it. $800 for a chair and its already coming apart. This is not a bad reflection on Lauren so I gave her 5 stars as she deserves it but you can best believe, if Home Zone doesnt make this right, this review will be edited!Update 10/3/20 - I called back to let them know about my chair and they did not hesitate to exchange it out for me. They came and picked up the defective chair, and brought another back, its a couple of weeks later now and all is well.

We originally were going to get our furniture elsewhere but a friend told us about this place so we decided to check it out. The moment we walked we were greeted and told that whenever we were ready for assistance to let them know. They dont work off commission so it was nice being able to browse on our own. I loved so many pieces here that we ended up buying the living room and dining room set!! At the other but brand locations we had searched for hours and found maybe 1 that I was half excited about! Here I fell in love with so many sets. The warranty and the delivery charge is a good deal!

I had a 5 star experience at the Home Zone Furniture In Cedar Hill TX. I purchased a recliner and accessories on 11/20/2020. Mr Stephen the assistant manager was awesome. He answered all my questions concerning the recliner. He was patient and demonstrated great customer service skills. I will be going back to purchase a mattress set.

IKEA as well or they didn’t have all the parts to the couch and we would have had to wait 1-2 Months for a full couch for both locations. My husband and I relocated to the Dallas area in 2021. We are fading out our previous furniture style for a more contemporary style for our empty nest. I looked up furniture stores in the area and Home Zone at Cedar Hill had exactly what we were looking for. We purchased the Martin leather sectional. Our sales rep, Robert exceeded our expectations with the stellar customer service he provided for us. Well be back soon!

Service is great here. However I bought a sectional worth about 2000 dollars and it has been terrible quality. One of them came in exposing wood at a corner. The replacement its arm rest already broke apart (hanging) and controls for back rest are reversed. On another part of the set the connecting pin already came off from the sofa. I feel terrible for spending 2000 dollars on this. Side note, I have cats and these have a lot of openings behind it that cats will tear up to go inside of the sofas. Will not buy here again.

I went today with a troubled mind due to moving from one place to another and converting 3 storages and budgeting everything and needing new everything. I have visited the Cedar Hill store before pre shopping. Jonathan was the person who assisted me both visits and was incredible. Now that its time for me to move I thought about him. The Richardson location which is 10/12 minutes from me, the employees were not at all customer friendly and ignored us until the store closed. We sat there and applied for 2 different credit options. At some point after picking out the 3 room special and a few other things we went to the front were 2 employees were sitting talking, we said excuse me 3 times and the heavier lady just sat there and faced the other employee with dark hair who back was towards us and she was on the phone. However after the 4th time of saying excuse me she turned around and said yes can I help you, we asked her about the Dynasty set in which they didnt have and she turned her head back around and continued talking we just stood there and walked to the back and sat down and contacted the Cedar Hill store for store hours and to see if Jonathon was at work, he wasnt so we waited to go on today. We traveled 23 miles to get to the Cedar Hill store in which where immediately walking in we were greeted by a friendly masked, soft spoken, kinder spirited Brittany J. She gave her little spill and allowed us to shop and she checked in on us from time to time and assisted us extensively each and every time. She went above and beyond my 5 star expectations. I have never had such a wonderful experience while patronizing any business. I will return to finalize my order Saturday when Brittany returns to work providing what appears to come so naturally and beautifully to her, a talent of providing unicorn services. I know beneath that mask was a grand a beautiful smile. Her smile in tone, her clean and neat appearance, her friendliness to help, her product knowledge and overall partnership deserves so much more then a Google review. Thank you Brittany for applying for the position, proving that greatness comes from within and making my Home Zone experience the best experience ever, especially when Im spending several thousands of dollars both out of pocket and financing. The furniture may be nice, but the customer service was less than stellar. I was in the store a full 20 minutes before I had to accost a young lady to assist me. Then another woman offered to help. I had already walked around and witnessed a few associates standing at furniture groupings conversing - as in not with customers. I made it known that I was disappointed with the lack of service, however I was still willing to purchase the complete bedroom set as that’s what I came to do. Upon ordering, I was told that a piece would not even be available until November. I asked would the mgr be willing to compensate the lack of service and the delay in delivery via a discount . I’m already clearing $4k on this purchase. 10-20% would alleviate some of the headache, but she was unwilling to budge, so I had to walk. I’ll be ordering the same set- in completion, from Wayfair. An extra couple hundred is worth the seamless transaction. This was the cedar hill location.
