Tanya was the best employee I could have hoped for. I was in a mad rush and she was professional, helpful, efficient and kind. I hope she is a valued member of this organization.

I dont normally put bad reviews up but they deserve this one. I went to pick up an order placed the night before about 2 hours early because my plans had changed. The woman in front of me just walked in and picked up 2 balloons at the counter with no problem. I was only picking up 3. They turned me away rather than taking a few minutes to fill the order. They were not busy and I left upset. I was taking to the woman outside who said it was ridiculous because she had no problem getting balloons. I came back in two hours , said something to the manager and he couldnt care less. There was no customer service skills at all, Just a bad attitude. Will never shop in this store again and we spend a lot of money on party items.

The place looked worse than a dollar store and the prices were high. I bought a balloon pack (5 balloons) and they barely lasted two days. The ones I bought for less at stop and shop lasted twice as long. They were also not helpful when I asked for a clip for me enormous balloons and had nothing to offer me. Again S&S provides this for all balloons. I will not be going back.

Fraud!! Do not waste your time or money going here. They demand you pay over the phone for a balloon order that you pay in full, then when you go to pick up your order they claim you have not paid. When we tried to speak to the manager and show him my bank statement with the deduction he would not even look at us. I showed proof that it was not pending it was deducted and he would not even turn around. The place smelled like pure mold from the flood there were spiders all over my balloons in the bag. Disgusting go somewhere else.

The Party Fair store is the best place to buy all your things for a Party Fair Wedding a shower whatever you want youll find dishes napkins Forks dinnerware all kinds of wonderful things also decorating balloons and they even have things for barbecues and if you want to have that little Special Touch go to Party Fair youll find everything you need to entertain. I rate this Party Fair a # 5

Had balloons inflated and less than 2.5 hours they were falling to the floor. Called the store and the manager was nonchalant about the whole thing. Very poor customer service and rather disappointing.
