We had Scratch make the cupcakes for our wedding back in June, and they were AMAZING!!! Ive never been disappointed by a Scratch cupcake, so I knew right away thats what I wanted for our wedding. They all looked so perfect and delicious! I saw a few guests walk out with extras because they couldnt get enough.

Wonderful selection of cupcakes. they even have cupcake dog biscuits. I wish they had stickers for there cupcakes so when I got them home I could know which flavors were in my box. They have gluten free options. Cookie dough flavors and much more.. There cupcakes are awesome I visit the truck when they come to the town I live in

Wow! This place us amazing! Ordered a Freshly Brewed cake to celebrate my parents. I had never been here before so hadnt tried the cupcakes. The cake was delicious and everyone loved it. The flavor was phenomenal, the cake was moist and the icing was a little bit fluffy and not too dense. The staff was extremely helpful with my multiple phone calls and questions. I highly recommend them!

Ordered 240 cupcakes and a 6” cake from them for our outdoor wedding. They delivered the cupcakes for us, which went smoothly. These cupcakes have always been my favorite. I’ve been going to Scratch even when they were a small small location a block or so off of Main St. Their cupcakes are unique and taste so good! I had sent them a photo of what I wanted my 6” cake to look like and they replicated it perfectly! Thank you, Scratch! Wonderful staff wonderful cupcakes

We always stop in to get cupcakes for special occasions. We even served their cupcakes at our wedding! Its hard to eat store bought cupcakes after tasting this buttercream.

I recently received cupcakes from here for Valentines day. While yes they were good, theyve changed. Smaller than prior times I have gotten cupcakes from here and more expensive. The list of options is HUGE and while I get the variety, I think the quality isnt as good as what it was before when there were less options because they were able to focus maybe more on quality control. I used to be very impressed, not so much any more.

Kind of expensive, but well worth it. If you havent tried the butterbeer cupcake, you should! Life changing. 😋

I finally moved to Ceder Falls and I would like to have my ashes scattered here when I die. This store has amazing cupcakes with so many different daily flavors. Nice sizes and never too sweet. Just amazing AND they cater so if you want cupcakes at a birthday, wedding or graduation, they have you COVERED!

Delicious cupcakes! The selection is unparalleled and the staff is always very friendly and helpful! They even have some of the best smoothies, very sweet(not healthy) but delicious.

Absolutely amazing! We loved them when we lived in the area and even now that we live across the country, any time we return to town, they are our go to! They made us a special order for our family get together this past weekend and everything was perfect.

Ordered 24 mini cupcakes because the flavor I wanted could only be made in 2 dozen batches. For 24 dollars the cupcakes were disappointing. Upset I paid so much for something I could have made myself.

Good cupcakes but you think they would make additional cupcakes when they know a specific kind goes fast and the only sell them on one day. Ive gone in early to get the only cupcake I like from there and every single time its already sold out before 1pm. I never have any luck

Our kids look forward to this place every year. Love that they offer gluten free options. The frozen raw cupcake batter is super unique. In all our travels never seen it before. And it is incredibly affordable. The same cupcake would maybe twice as much in our area.

Not only do they have great cupcakes, but they also have great customer service. I called ahead to place an order for a dozen cupcakes, all different flavors. Olivia helped me with my order, she was super kind on the phone, got me a punch card started (that I didnt know they had), and on top of all that she wrote each flavor on the lid. Holy cow! The last time I was here (6 years ago) I went to Scratch for the first time, when there was only one tiny CF location.). I went back today and they are as AMAZING as I remembered! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Ive tried cupcakes from all over the country,and this place is still my favorite!! Congratulations on the growth, too!!

My husband and I discovered Scratch while living in Iowa. When we moved back to Minnesota and were planning our wedding we decided we NEEDED Scratch at our wedding! The staff at Cedar Falls were more than accommodating, making sure all our cupcakes were frozen when our friends picked them up for the journey back to MN, and always very prompt with returning my emails with questions. Our guests went on and on about how delicious the cupcakes were, and we cant thank you all enough!!!!

Loved this place. Everything was fantastic. The only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars was the service. Servers could have been friendlier. Werent very inviting or courteous.

Hands down the best cupcakes in the cedar valley. So many flavors to choose from, it would be hard to pick a favorite.

Everyone there was so nice and helpful. Ofcourse the cupcakes were great!

Poor, sarcastic service. Out of coffee two hours before closing. Very plain flavor to cake, sweet flavor icing only. Filthy. While waiting for coffee to be made one worker cleaned two tables. All other tables, window counter, and floor were dirty the whole visit. While there there was never a line of more than two people at any given time. Three employees visible. They had plenty of time to make coffee and clean.

20 minutes before closing time on New Years Eve, I realized I hadnt picked up cupcakes for my moms surprise birthday party the next day!! MAYDAY! I called, jumped straight in the car, and landed on Main Street at 5:05. The lovely Scratch employees took care of me by staying ten minutes late. I couldnt be more thankful!

Went to visit UNI and was given the treat of going to Scratch Cupcakery. I ended up carrying 6 cupcakes home to Indiana with me where my family also fell in love with the scrumptious treats!! The only bad thing about this place is that theyre 2 states away!! Loved it and will surely go again if I ever get back to Cedar Falls..
