Well stocked home improvement store. Flower and plant selections generally good though cold spring this year has limited blooming plants. Tool selection continues to improve every year and house brands have really improved

Menards is usually a decent place, but we were waiting for help at the C.F. menards and we finally found a free employee but as soon as he realized we were going to ask for help he did a B line in the opposite direction. This happens at lots of places but we had already been waiting 10 minutes so it was extra annoying. An interesting coincidence is Im building a desk out of overpriced plywood from chile and it is complete garbage, its supposed to be one side sanded but its not and it looks like a 2 year old was the one who filled the knots by hand.

Despite asking 3 employees for help then getting fed up and going to the front desk for help and waiting ended up taking my business elsewhere. Horrible customer service

I have always loved Menards but today was a bad experience. I understand with covid measures have to be taken for everyones safety however I have a medical exemption to wearing a mask and was basically told to leave because it was private property and they have every right to force a person to wear it. I understand and tried to comply. Ended up so light headed I almost passed out walking through lawn furniture. Havent felt well since. Guess Ill just have to shop elsewhere from now on😢

Lumber prices are pretty out of control here. Check Lowes and Home Depot before buying anything from the menards lumberyard in 2021. Lowes and HD have 8 foot 2x4s for over $4.00 less A BOARD and Menards knows it. Its beyond me why anyone would buy lumber here, as its not even great quality typically. Menards says they cant match lumber prices from competitors due to corporate policy. Total joke, and theyve lost my trust completely.

Glenn was AMAZING with helping us on a walk in shower and door. He pointed out things to us on each style that we looked at for us that we would not have even thougjt about to consider into our decision making for which style of shower and doors. THANK YOU Glenn!!!

My dad who was on Oxygen was followed and harassed by the staff. He cannot wear a mask because he cannot exchange Co2 as well as a normal human. They told him that he couldnt come in the store. Update: He tried to return siding materials that were left over from a project. Since they would not let him in, he had his wife go in for him. They would not initially accept the return from her while he waited in the parking lot. Eventually they accepted the materials, and offered in-store credit for the return, since it was past a certain cut-off date. He cannot use the in-store credit, since he is not allowed in the store. He also cannot use it online for pickup. After a few tries they eventually let him in the store with a face shield.

I just used their building material pick up service never entered the store. The pick up service was excellent, little wait and they help load.

Great time shopping here. Theres a lot of variety. And lots.of helpful folks.

I always find what Im looking for & then some. I enjoy getting the 11% back on everything I buy. The employees are pleasant & helpful. Like the song says, Save big money @ Menards.

Menards is a great place to shop. They dont have everything, but if you are in a pinch, they will have something to get you by. From groceries, to paint, to tools, to wood, to appliances and so much more. My wife and I shop there as often as we can.

I will never shop at this store again. I walked the whole store talking to a couple employees with no mask on and no problems. Not one employee asked me to put my mask on. We were looking for a long handle lighter. I asked this other younger woman where they were located. She basically tree a fit that I didnt have my mask on. She started you will pull your mask up. Dont tell me to do something asking me goes further. The reason I didnt have it on was it fogs up my glasses . Cant see not good. We have shopped at menards multiple times. Never go back. Number 1 no business is going to tell me what to do. They can ask and I will comply. We stopped at Village inn before hand and ate breakfast. Sat around multiple people within six feet none of them had mask on. I can go into a restaurant and eat without a mask but I cant be in a building that is 20 times the size? People need to research what our great governor is saying. The mask policy has not changed from where it was when this first started. Its not mandatory only if you are going to be within 6 feet of another for more then 15 mins. I guess these mask police are supposed to be intimidating, it dont work on me. You give some people a little power and it goes straight to their heads.

Good selection, very poor shopping experience.(essentialy a Walmart of hardware stores) bearded guy at customer service counter was very rude. Less concerned about helping customers and more concerned about how people where wearing there mask on their face.

They have about everything I needed but go to Lowes three is always someone willing to help at any minute. Been walking around looking for a few parts for a round 45 minutes and not one person has ask if I need help finding anything.how many times can i walk up and down the same aisle walk next to workers and not find help or the items i need. Thanks for all the help. NOT!!!!!!!

Drove 30 minutes to get an item the website said there was 8 of, and after I finally got helped in the yard , he discovered you had none. Will be a while before I go back. For $3 more I got free shipping of a like item from Home Depot. 3 day shipping.

I was there today to purchase a few items. One being 5 bags of river rock. I pulled behind to get loaded. There was worker in same aisle on fork lift. BUT, did he get off & help a older woman load 5 bags of river rock which would have taken maybe 5 minutes? NO!!!! That is POOR customer service. Young lady at entrance to back was very nice & polite.

Item selection is as good as can be expected due to covid 19. Requiring all customers and employees to wear a mask. One employee always has her mask under her nose and pulls it up when checking out customers. Thats worse than no mask! I wont go to her checkout.

I had a horrible experience with a front end manager today. We were looking for shiplap. There was a sale sign posted right above the item we were looking at. There was also an excessive amount of this item, again under the sale sign. I guess its my fault that this label was for another product. We load up and go to check out. It rings up the full price and I mention that the price labeled directly above the product was different. Jasmine called a manager over to assist. Jasmine was talking to my wife, so I answered the manager stating that the price was incorrect. The manager called over for a price check, after an extended period of time, there was no answer. I kindly offered to go and take a picture to show her. She wouldnt even look at, respond, or acknowledge that I made a comment. I have worked in customer service and this is absolutely the opposite of how you treat a customer. Finally, Kent responds with the label is for another product. I say that I will walk back and show you what I saw. Again she didnt acknowledge anything I said. Fantastic. I apparently was wrong for the price. Why would a sale sign be located immediately above another product, sure there were tiny samples above, but the product was an easy 5ft away. The thing is, if Menards wants customers to know the prices, they should probably be more intentional with how they label them. I easily spotted coworkers wandering around and having what looks to be a pretty easy day. Not to mention the fact no one offered to help us or answer questions while shopping. I am sure someone could muster the energy to move them around to make everyones life easier! My wife asked if the price would be honored since the tag appeared to be in the wrong place without an answer. The manager responded with waking away and not saying a word. If Menards would like to SAVE BIG MONEY, I strongly feel they should let the manager go. We are very loyal Menards customers this is sad they couldnt do anything or say I am sorry that this tag was confusing to see and understand. Thank you for your help Jasmine.

Making people wear masks that have a notification on the side of the box that says will not protect against covid does nothing. I will never shop here again and I am okay with that. Your over priced and your customer service is awful. I served 8 years in the Corps and will not be made to wear masks if it does nothing to protect me or others. I commend you for trying to protect the public but you over stepped your authority as a company and for that you lost a good customer. You have the right to mandate whatever you want in your stores but your ignorance of the virus and masks is apparent in your upper management. Now I have to go to Lowes or Home Depot which I hated...

Good box store. Mulch was on sale $2.00 a bag as usual not well marked. Check out is fast. Disappointed they do not enforce the loading area parking time limit. Every time I go a lot of contractors think it is their personal long term parking.

I avoid Menards when ever possible. I worked for Menards for almost 2 years. I know how it works, I know how it should work. This location is subpar at best. I placed a We Pull- Pick up order that should normally take no more than an hour. I understand with Covid its difficult right now and safety is important but it shouldnt take you 2 hours to pull two items for me off the floor. I am still waiting for my order to be pulled. Lowes has your order pulled and ready with in 45 minutes, I also dont have to go in at all. Menards, you need to step up your game.

Its the closest hardware store to me, so it gets almost all of my business.2 down sides: They dont cut plywood (they will use a chop saw to cut down longer boards if you need), and their rebates are binding contracts as soon as the print out. You better not lose that rebate receipt because they wont refund you the 11% if you need to return something...

Joey in the flooring section took real good care of us. Had some bad blinds that went evil on us and he fixed us up. Done in like 15 mins too!

I am generally a big menards believer, but the customer service staff at this location are not great at best. I pulled a price up on their website for an item and they called over the manager to price check it. He looked at my phone said yes website says that but our systems are right. He proceeded to turn around and walk away like that. Wont be back to this location...

Returning damaged merchandise and they did not have anything else in stock that wasnt also damaged by tire marks, tire Marks, etc.

Just another home improvement store, nothing more/nothing less/nothing special except their power tools suck!!! Menards carries mostly off brand or their own branded power tools (with the exception of Bosch) all of which are subpar at best. For the quality TOP SHELF stuff go to Home Depot!! When it comes to power tools it honestly doesnt pay to skimp and go cheap or off brand. A valuable lesson Ive learned the hard way over the years

I cannot not put a star- for no help when asking an employee for help. Uneducated about her workplace environment and another employee rude as crak. May 23- you will not be ordering anymore kayaks again. I didnt ask for that- I asked about a kayak rack. Oh, we dont have those either and wont be ordering those in.

Called to ask about curbside pick up they said they do it. I arrived then I was told I had to go inside to retrive my order. Parking lot was packed. I had to wait for 15 minutes once inside with 7 other people waiting just for them to hand me my box. Complete mess will stick with Lowes from now on.

They offer no discount to military/Veterans.Their 11% Off Sales are a scam. You get a store credit coupon in the mail for the 11%. You dont actually get 11% off their prices.I only shop here if I cant find what I need at Home Depot or Lowes.
