I was in for a Balance and Rotation on 10/28/21, Austin K, and Zachary C Noticed there was a hole in my rim, so out of safety precautions, they legally couldn’t put my tire back on, I was low on funds, and couldn’t get purchase a new rim, they were worried about me getting back on the road, they gave me a new rim that’s $60 , for free because they couldn’t put my donut back on since my car is over 10 years old. That’s the best customer service I’ve ever experienced with a tire shop. Thank you guys, and I hope you get the recognition you deserve! Thank you a million times. ❤️🤘🏻

Exceptional Service! I called the store and talked to Adam. I asked if my daughter could stop in to have her tires checked. I live out of town and was not able to assist her while she was at UNI. It is a new car and wasnt expecting a Tire Warning light to appear. Adam pulled the car in, checked all 4 tires for any nails/leaks, found that all tires were a little low on pressure so filled them up. All of this and no charge. Thanks for the great service and helping me feel better about my daughter driving home for the long weekend! Highly recommend Discount Tire!

I was in Cedar Falls visiting when I picked up a nail in my tire. Discount Tire came to my rescue with fast, efficient service. The staff was very helpful and didnt charge me for the patch! I have never had bad service at discount tire. We purchased new tires for both vehicles now. They really do go the extra mile to make sure you understand what you are getting.

The mechanics and staff were very friendly, the prices are fair. We had left our truck there to have tires patched and new rims put on.. we left and walked to near by stores, in the mean time they had tried calling and we didnt realise, come to find out the leak in our tire was 2 holes too close together to be patched properly so they GAVE 1us a NEW tire for Free. Dont go here. Wont fix small pin hole in tire. Then wont put wheel back on truck and hold your vehicle ransom till you comply. This is worst customer service ive ever had!

Discount Tire is seriously amazing. I recommend them to everyone. They are always trying to keep money in your pocket. I really enjoy how they provide free service on your tires when you buy from them. I know providing free tire rotation doesnt seem like much, but since Im on a tight budget, I appreciate saving every dollar I can.My wife realized that her tire-pressure sensor was broken and constantly displayed the flat icon in her car. She took it to Discount Tire, and they fixed it for free. I was worried before sending her because maintenance shops can tend to have the reputation to try and nickel and dime women, but they fixed it completely for free. Discount Tire, you all are awesome, and I will continue to be your customer for years to come.

I recently brought in my car to get the front tire repaired. They fixed the tire and I was going to leave and noticed my emergency brake was stuck on. I went back into the store and a manager came out and said that the brake was stuck on when they pulled it into the shop. He said all he could do was get the car towed. Simply put the e brake worked perfectly when I got there and after they were done it was stuck on. Very dishonest and unprofessional!

It’s always a pleasure taking my cars there, been a customer since 2014 and each time I show up I get what I need and am out, they also don’t charge for small things live valve stems rebuild, tire puncture and more so I love the unlimited miles warranty on my tires that they have honored.

The best customer service you can ask for! Communicated very well throughout the tired buying process. I waited a little longer then they expected and they ended up not charging me for the install of the tires. I will definitely be going back!

Had a nail in my tire they went beyond to help me patched it balanced it dunk tested it put back on and checked air in the rest of tires and told me it was free no charge. What a place I recommend this place to every one

Great place to go for tires. Hassle free. I operate a farm and get nails in my tires all the time. They take care of me with ease. You can walk in, but appointments are great and recommended if you are short on time.

Had a hole in middle of my tire they said it wasn’t safe to fix it, I know what area tires can be fixed in. They tried to make me spend $1200 on all new tires for my AWD car.

Website is a joke. I know what wheels fit my car, but it wont allow me to look at other wheels than the ones they recommend. Sorry, but I want aftermarket wheels, Ill be going somewhere else.

I had a screw in my tire unexpectedly one day, and was having to constantly re-pump my tire. They were able to get me in right away on a super short notice, and fixed the problem free of charge. Great group of guys working there, and I am extremely grateful. I’m a happy customer and will definitely be back in the future when I need them!

I have always had good experiences here! This most recent time I called ahead because I knew they would be closing soon. They told me to stop by they would check my tires and if I needed a replacement they would set an appointment for the following day. They exceeded my expectations by staying later and replacing my tire that evening as I had a flat that couldnt be repaired!

Great customer service...they work hard but always busy. Make sure you come with some patience.

I called and asked about having two 305/65R17 tires mounted and balanced. I was told they could and to stop on out. When I got there they came out and looked at my tires and wheels and proceeded to tell me that the tires were too wide for my wheels and they could not mount them. I called Midas and they said come on over and theyll take a look. Maybe 30 minutes after I arrived at Midas I was back on the road with my tires mounted and balanced with no issues and for less money than I was quoted by Discount Tire. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, like Midas.

They got me in very quick and rotated my tires while I was still in the van. I was there about 45 min total.

This is a decent shop. The assistant manager did a great job interacting with all the customers. During my time in the facility, they were polite to everyone and projected a desire to go the extra mile.

Had screw in front tire today. They checked tire, it was okay. Broke both front tires down cleaned and sealed bead on them. On the road again. NO CHARGE! This is a great tire store. Friendly employees working professionally daily. I would recommend this tire store.

I showed up about 10 mins before they closed because of a blow out. I thought theyd try to schedule a time the next day to replace it. I live out of town so that would have ducked. Purchased tires for my truck, a car and a boat trailer. My daughter recently had a nail in a tire. Called and spoke to Austin who said to bring it right in. Was in and out with a repaired tire in no time, and no charge. Have been very satisfied every time Ive been there.

Stopped in to see if I could quickly have my tires rotated and tire pressure checked before travelling. It was clearly a very busy day, booked with appointments, but they got my car in with little wait time, were friendly, and very helpful!

Called and told them exactly what I needed. They said they did. Drove 20 miles to get there only to wait on badly trained workers. Ended up not getting my rim or tire because they didnt have what they said. No apologies not even a sign of remorse. Just a rude comment from manager. Horrible Service. Not Recommend

Called and asked if they could help me with my car battery or if they knew anyone around who could and the person on the phone was rude and very unwilling to help or recommend anything.

I decided to try Discount Tire after visiting their website. I was able to pick out a recommended tire for my car at the price range I wanted to stay in, however, the price does not include install and other fees which came to an extra $157 including tax in my bill. When I took my car in to have the new tires mounted, the staff was very friendly and attentive. I was back on the road in about an hour.

Fairly priced, friendly staff. But, slow service to get work done even at a slow time. Plus they had no common sense and replaced one tire on the rear and one on the front. Took 2 hours and I had to switch the tires at home myself. Ill buy tires there and take them somewhere else to have them installed in the future.

Highly recommend them! This is the only place I go to anymore for tire work. Went in there for a flat a few years back. When they said no charge I was hooked. Courteous and willing to go the extra mile to make you happy. I will never go anywhere else.I had to lower my rating due to how much this place has gone downhill. Last time I was in there a few months ago they were very disorganized and not as helpful as I grew accustomed too. The service was very slow even though they were not busy. Over an hour to patch a tire is ridiculous. I know they can be done in 10 mins or less. I will try once more hopeful it is better.

So I ordered my tire to store and set up an appointment. I thought for sure once I got in there the price they quoted would go up. It actually was a few bucks cheaper than what was quoted. The staff was friendly and it wasn’t that bad of a wait. I also love not being pressured into things I didn’t need or want. They asked a few questions and went to work, I paid an was done. No surprise charges or surprise items that need to be done. I will definitely return when time to get new tires.

Got me in ASAP to check my tires when my light came on.

I called on Monday to verify they had the tires I needed...they didn’t but ordered them and set an appointment with me to have them put on Tuesday at 4pm. When I arrived Tuesday at 3:50pm I was told there were 6 people in front of me and they’d try to get to me by 5pm. Why bother set an appointment!?
