Refrigerator went out in the home we recently purchased, they were able to look up and schedule ASAP. The following morning, got a call from Jay, he walked me through a potential fix over the phone which worked immediately. Very easily could have not picked up the phone, sent the technician, and collected the service fee but he did the extra work and I was very impressed. I will be ordering all of our appliances from this business due to his attention and customer service.

Freezer went out and was in a serious pinch. Got nothing but dust from these guys. Said they could have one there in a month. I went to menards and fixed it myself in an hour.

We visited Direct Appliance last week because we are needing a new dishwasher We were in and out in 30 minutes and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We cant wait for the dishwasher to come in and to get it installed!

All of the guys there are extremely knowledgeable. They ask questions and steer you to the appliance that fits your need. They are personable and the service techs allow time to clean under the space where the old appliance is coming out before they slide in the new one.

Karl was very patient with my wife, small children and I as we tried to find the right fridge for our family. The display floor was very helpful for figuring out how different options might work with our home. I highly recommend this locally owned business.

Bought a dishwasher on sale at Home Depot. They scheduled a delivery a month later. Come time for delivery, they never showed up. We called and they said it was on backorder. They never called us or nothing. So we went to Lowes and basically the same thing happened. Then we went to Direct Appliance. They price matched the Home Depot sale price and we had it that week. Very happy with them. We wont even bother with the big box stores for appliances anymore, except checking their prices.

Their employees are incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and will listen to your needs, not just look for the upsale.

Great customer service! I own a spa in the Cedar Valley and our washer went out which is a very big deal when you need to wash 20 sets of sheets a day. They informed me it would be several days before they could come fix it. They ended up showing up 2 hours later and fixed it within 30 minutes. Thank you for making us a priority!
