I go to Bristlecone for their freshly made, great tasting food and drinks, and their incredibly friendly staff. My favorites are the three egg scrambles and their breakfast bagels made with the best tasting roasted turkey.

Wow. Excellent coffee. Proper Flat White. Impressive for St. George, UT. Highly recommended. Have to trek in 2 miles into town. But we’ll worth it!!! Nice atmosphere!!! Pastries great. Drip Coffee / Dirty Chai / Latte was all excellent. 10.0!!!

Best Lemonade Drinks Around!!!!! So refreshing, pure, clean! What more you ask? Coffee is ok. Not bad. They come into #2 for me. The French Spot has the #1 coffee stop in Cedar City!!!!! Excellent coffee! Got the pumpkin spice cold brew with oatmilk, half the syrup, as I don’t like anything too sweet. She made the most perfect coffee drink! I almost ordered a refill. Highly recommend.

This is our go-to place whenever we visit our family in Cedar. Super good coffee, awesome food (breakfast & lunch), and awesome employees. This is a gem in Cedar city. Tons of seating if you need to work or want to hang with friends. They also have a yoga studio that is a Lululemon partner - my wife loves coming and only gets her Lulu clothes here even though we live close to the huge Santa Monica store.The place is cool inside and out. Its in a really cool part of downtown Cedar. Theres a farmers market right outside on Saturdays and they get these awesome bagels from New York. You can even get those trendy rainbow bagels on Wednesdays (I think).

Staff was amazing and friendly. Coffee was good. Food was good. We had a couple of breakfast bagels and apple nachos.The atmosphere was unique and fun. There was live music from a local artist which only added to the awesome. They are a bit pricy but I recommend checking them out!

What a wonderful find. This place couldn’t possibly be lovelier. 6:30 a.m. visit for some much needed coffee. Beautiful surroundings and a charming barista. Just wish I had asked her name so I could acknowledge her here. Complete with an in-house yoga studio. Heaven on earth!!

10/19 stopped in to grab a bagel and coffee before heading to St. George for Dr’s appt and errands. It was my mom birthday and the first birthday since my dad passed away a few months ago. Kitchen was down and they weren’t able to serve food, I was a little bummed. It’s one of favorite stops and especially since it was her birthday. The gentleman working the counter asked what we normally get and took care of us. He went above and beyond and made my moms day. Even wrote a birthday message on her cup. Thanks for making a very tough day a little brighter. Food and Service is always amazing, I highly recommend stopping in.

Fun clean fresh local cafe. Right downtown cedar city. Right by the IG winery and centro pizza. Pretty good coffee and they have a yoga studio attached to the coffee shop. Great option if you like a modern peaceful coffee shop vibe.

I have had many lavender lattes, even in fancy places like Los Angeles, Dallas and New York City. The lavender latte here is THE BEST! Its fragrant but not too sweet.The space is very modern and comfortable - perfect for hanging out with friends or catching up on work.

If youre ever in Cedar City, Bristlecone is the place to stop. Multiple clean bathrooms, inviting/relaxing atmosphere, wonderful coffee. There is plenty of seating, much of it comfortable for an extended stay/study/cram session. The baristas are knowledgeable, friendly, and great at what they do. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Had the most flavorful pour over, would recommend.

Quality coffee and skilled baristas/cooks (they do it all)! If you describe how to make a drink, they can make the drink! The food menu is light but healthy options. My favorite is the 3 egg scramble. This is a healthy, high protein meal for restricted diet. Outstanding ambiance and seating options. Great for a business meeting.

Creme brulee cappuccino is delicious!! Such a cute & progressive coffee shop on your way to Zion. Easy to get to off the interstate. Friendly & welcoming staff. Highly recommend!!

I appreciated the atmosphere of Bristlecone! Staff was engaging and kind.While it did not come up in conversation with the staff, the rainbow Bristlecone sticker leads me to believe that they promote inclusion and equality. I am glad to advertise for them by displaying that sticker!

Coffee was burnt and far too hot for a basic Americano. Asked for ice and they wouldn’t humor that simple request. Not worth tipping the staff because they don’t do anything for it… they won’t even bring your food out to your table. They shout your name from across the large room. Basically a fast food joint at that point. Better off going to McD’s - you’d save some money for the same quality

What a cool place! The staff is friendly and capable, the coffee was fantastic. I wish w had time to get something to eat... And maybe take a yoga class! We had to grab and go though, maybe next time.

I love Bristlecone! It is such a great addition to Cedar City. The class were amazing and the coffee divine. The hip atmosphere and overall vibe is first class…a Cedar City must go.

Every time we’ve been in, the costumer service has been very rude. Decided to stop going all together and eat at places that are happy to see customers. Go for the food, don’t stay for the atmosphere.Otherwise, it’s a nice space with good food and coffee.

I thought Id try a different place for coffee this morning. Glad I did, good medium roast coffee and delicious plain bagels. My wife had the garden smear and I had the plain smear. I got a real surprise when I got back to our hotel, my bagel was a rainbow twist of colors throughout the bagel! Tasted the same, just bright colors! A fun surprise for my morning👍🌞😉

I’ve been here twice now. I’ll admit, the coffee isn’t all that great (it’s about on par with the rest of the coffee shops in town). However, the ambiance, the food, and the service makes up for it. The bagel sandwiches are delicious and the apple nachos were a nice lighter snack. The atmosphere is relaxed and open. I would feel good about spending a few hours here doing work. I have not participated in the yoga classes.

Couldn’t rate it a zero, poor service…”glitch” in the system so sandwiches didn’t show up, they told me they were coming….people arriving after me got sandwiches before mine me….I left after 20 minutes…without sandwiches….still don’t know they are done

Seriously the cutest place and it is so much more than a yoga studio! It is a little café that serves coffee, juice blends, and tea. They also offer a delicious breakfast, lunch, and snack menu! These are made to order sandwiches, salads, oatmeal, and a few other yummy options. Everything I have had is nutrient dense and appropriately portioned. The sweet potato hash is absolutely delish and really filling. It is not your typical fast food option so it isnt priced like it either. You pay a little more to have a nutrient dense and fast option for breakfast or lunch!

Im very upset that I was very unheard on what I ordered. The barista got all 4 of my items I ordered wrong. I feel bad returning things so I just took my wrong order and went on with my day. But I spent $30 on breakfast and coffee for my fiance and I to really not enjoy it because I got the wrong order. I wish I had a better experience because I really loved the atmosphere and smell of the coffee and food. I was really let down and messing up coffee and breakfast really puts a damper on the day.

Today I enjoyed an amazing gentle flow class taught by Mauri - a wonderful instructor. She provided just the right mix of intelligent instruction/queing balanced by quiet space. The end result was a compelling and luxurious experience.

Ok, I cannot recommend Bristlecone enough. The owner is the sweetest woman, always recognizes us, welcomes us, asks us how we’re doing, etc. The food is so fresh and nice, the hummus is to die for, bagels are so so good, especially double toasted. The atmosphere is exactly what was missing in Cedar City and I’m so glad they’re around. A definite must try! Amazing service and food. Haven’t gotten around to a yoga class, but I’ve heard very good things.

The bagel sandwiches took forever and they sucked but the coffee was good.

It is the perfect place to pop in for a quick drink or snack, or to stay and relax, work, or study. Its truly a great addition to the community. Also, the yoga classes in the back are really affordable and well done.

I am in Bristlecone right now for the first time! I am in love. I have not taken classes or anything but my coffee and breakfast were delicious. I have to say I also just like the vibe. Plenty of space to hang out and enjoy coffee, so much bigger than I knew it was! I liked that it wasnt too overwhelming or loud. I love the art and jewelry that they sell. Oh and they sell Lululemon for all of you exercise types out there.

Doing the hot yoga! Love it. Chelsea is the teacher for the session I have been going to. She is super intuitive with the needs of the class, and has been helpful in teaching the poses and transitions, etc. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time spent in the yoga classes. Highly recommend. Super chill. Great recovery and therapeutic.

I love the Bristlecone Company all the way around. From the decor to yoga studio. To the drinks, food and atmosphere. Its a cute place, and designed beautifully. Drinks and food are delicious. The entire Bristlecone Company crew is so kind, warm and friendly. I have been to several classes at Bristlecone Company. I absolutely love the variety of classes. The instructors are amazing. They all bring such positive energy to each class. I totally recommend this place hands down. Its in the perfect location and perfect for Cedar City!

The food is amazing! The bagels are bomb!! And it’s nice that you can substitute a bagel for a salad. The ice Chi is AMAZING!! And dairy free!!! The yoga classes are wonderful and really set up so anyone can do it. Also.... they sell lululemon!!! It’s probably the coolest place in Cedar.

They have set up a wonderful Yoga studio with an excellent coffee shop attached to it. They have New York style bagels that are delicious and served with a whole array of options. I highly recommend stopping in for a yoga class or just a coffee and bagel.

The staff was amazing. Both greeted my fiance and I with a smile, and Maggy specifically was very exceptional in showing us around the place. I was able to try the cold brew while taking a few photos and it was good, not the best, not unforgettable but worth giving it a shot if you have the money. The Yoga part of the shop is heated to 104 degrees farenheit. They have 5 instructors for meditation, relaxation and trauma therapy.

A beautiful space with great food and coffee. I tried the Jane breakfast sandwich and a latte, safe to say it was the best coffee and breakfast sandwich I’ve had in Cedar City. They have quite a few options for bagels, sandwiches and snacks, as well as a nice drink menu. Definitely worth a visit.

I have no motive for leaving a negative review, other than addressing honestly the dangers of malpracticed yoga.As much as I would like to give Bristlecone a higher rating for the effort of creating a space to practice yoga and share the discipline with its greater community, I cannot.Practicing yoga here is haphazard to ones body, the instructors will not monitor your form for correct movement, breath, or position, resulting in individuals practicing bad form and compromising rhythm and breath, jeopardizing the integrity of your vertebrae.. YOU WILL SPEND YEARS LEARNING HOW TO CORRECTLY BREATHE INTO A POSE, DISCOVERING HOW THE POSE STRETCHES THROUGHOUT YOUR BODY, AND BREATHING OUT OF THE POSE IN PREPARATION FOR THE FOLLOWING POSE.IF THE INSTRUCTOR IS NOT TEACHING YOU TO DO THIS, YOU ARE NOT THEIR STUDENT AND THEY DO NOT CARE.This is the type of studio that sells coffee and takes your money to blast music and have you watch a novice to yoga teacher. This is not a discipline of compassion in growth through sadhanas and an exploration of depth in order to discover personal strategies for maintaining inner peace in the contemporary world, keep that in mind when you come here.Ive never heard of someone successfully doing sadhanas and peeling back the pedals/sporophylls of a pinecone to breath life into the world at a rate of 100< bpm, this is simply a reflection of the instructors competency and inner peace, or lack thereof.I dont know if this cooperative group of instructors believe they have discovered something more auspicious than what 1000s of years has revealed to be actual yoga, this is arrogance, and again, dangerous. I sweat equally as much in a non-heated space doing actual Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, or any yoga thats centered around student soul, body & mind.A more appropriate logo than a pinecone might be a someone sitting on a bicycle and spinning the pedals so hard that theyre just kicking dust into their students faces and rehearsing prayers that they know, and can somewhat articulate with a sense of intelligence rather than actually understanding something and having the confidence to speak spontaneity from the heart.This is a disservice to yoga, especially to those coming to this venue as a beginner in good faith.Im sorry, this is only an opportunity to recognize shortcomings and grow. If this is a PiYo space then call it that, if its yoga, then make it so.. We can only help people with an attitude for breathing in negative energy and transforming it into positive energy, thus understanding its source and adjusting the interactions accordingly.Thank you.

If you havent been down to bristlcone you are missing out! The staff is super friendly, the coffee is amazing, and the atmosphere makes you feel right at home. They have a very long bar with multiple outlets and USB ports to power all of your electronics. Oh and did I mention they have bagels shipped from NY and cooked fresh!!!

EDITED the post and my stars. See end of the post.I absolutely adore this place. The interior, the philosophy, the food and drinks. I haven’t tried the yoga classes yet, so this review will cover my personal service and food experience only.I cannot express how happy I am that half of the menu items are vegetarian. There is even a vegan friendly option. The food tastes very delicious, so does the coffee. My secret recommendation is the London Fog and the Lemonade, but more about that later.The reason I give only four stars is that some of the staff is not very knowledgeable about the menu. I have been here about five times and each time none of them were able to tell which roast the coffee is or tell me more details about food and drink items. The lemonade on the menu claims to be lavender but it seems changing every other day. The berry lemonade they had that day was phenomenal but nevertheless, it created wrong expectations and a slight disappointment.I’m confident the staff will receive better training over time to have more information. I have to say that they were always friendly when there was a mixup in the order. I will come back and definitely try the yoga classes.EDIT: I have attended one of their yoga classes. The teacher was amazing and very accommodating to the needs. However, I won’t go back there until some major risk mitigation has been done! Bristlecone is acting very irresponsible during a global pandemic. The class was packed! There was no cap on the class size (even though they have an online registration system) and people were flooding the room. We we were all cramped up in class during a pandemic. I felt so uncomfortable but it was also not appropriate to leave while a class is ongoing. Also, nobody was required to wear a mask. Considering that we were all on top of each other and had no possibility to be 6 feet apart, that should have been the minimum. I hope Bristelcone is reconsidering their mission to support people on their health journey and take COVID-19 serious. Very disappointed
