Spencer F and Aniston helped us get some phones and watches hooked up on August 21,2021. I even got a brand new iPhone 12 Pro and hooked up my Apple Watch!Their service was super good! They’re super knowledgeable and super friendly. Very good guys to work with. T Mobile is really doing good ! Highly recommend!

I traded in my Pixel 4xl and paid to upgrade to an S21. I was told the transaction was all taken care of and I made 100% sure that I wouldnt be making payments. They told me I wouldnt. The next bill I get shows that I still owe over 400 dollars on this phone. After calling customer service I found that they only valued my trade in at $500 and decided not to let me know. The employees here lied to my face and now Im stuck with payments for the next 2 years. Only go here if you are willing to get scammed.

We came in this morning with 7 phones to switch around, upgrade and add to a new line. RAQUEL WAS AMAZING! She worked hard for us to get the best deals and promotions. She was patient and affective and very detail oriented. We were absolutely blown away and impressed with all she did to help us. By far the best customer service we’ve ever received! Thanks so so much Raquel! If I could give her 10 stars I would!!!

Ray helped me through the process and was very kind, Informative, and honest about pricing and the options I had available to me. Raquel is such an asset to this store. I had to switch a bunch of lines from Sprint to T mobile as well as add lines, and add a line from another service. This is a multi hour process because we had multiple carriers, new lines, as well as some phones that wouldn’t transfer over. She is organized and professional, smart, knows her job, and actually cares about the customers. Other customer service reps did everything they could to not help us while she went out of her way to make it happen. Raquel was knowledgeable about each of the different steps, gave sound advice about the plans, and had an organized system for each of the 7 phones. It doesn’t sound as impressive as it actually was. She definitely deserves a raise and some serious praise.

I went in to simply trade in my phone and get a new one. When asked if I will switch to the new T-Mobile internet, I said no. I told them my current internet was cheaper and Id never had a problem with it. They kept insisting and insisting despite how many times I said no. I finally said yes because I wanted them to stop. I regretted it immediately and as soon as I got the modem in the mail, I went into the store to return it and close down the line. The guy I worked with was the one who initially pressured me into it. He was incredibly rude and started guilt-tripping me about his bills because he got a bonus or something for getting me to sign up for the internet. I guess he was going to have to give it back and was making sure I knew that I was making it hard for him to pay his bills. It was so uncomfortable and I dont think Ill return to this store.

The coverage it’s self has been great, I had sprint and they recently merged with t Mobile and I’d say my coverage has been the same if not better. But I’m very disappointed in the employees ability to help me. I wanted to order a new tablet and the TWO times I went in no one could help, they said they didn’t know how. They encouraged me to just buy it somewhere else, which is NOT what I wanted to do. They also seemed like they just didn’t even want to help. They need to be trained to be able to deal with the sprint side since they now do both. I’m definitely not happy.

Because we only upgrade our phones about once every five years or so, good technical assistance is VERY important. The staff at the Cedar City T-Mobile were very helpful. Hayden was a great support.We got the phones we needed at a good price and all our data was transferred correctly. We have been with T-Mobile for many years and will be for many more,

I am overwhelmingly pleased with the service I received from the employees at this location. My husband and I had to come to this store 2 days in a row and spent quite some time there and they treated us so well. They made us feel very comfortable and were so patient and understanding. They worked quickly and smoothly. We even had a squirmy 1 year old that they were so considerate of. I honestly felt like more than customers and knew that they were giving us the best service possible. Honestly I don’t dread going in knowing that I will be in such good hands. A special shoutout to Blake and Mason that seriously treated us like top of the line customers and helped us out more than we could have imagined!

This place is the best. Ive been a loyal customer for over a year now. Unlike every other cell store, these guys look out for you. Regardless if it is a sale or customer service related they take care of you.As far as T-mobile goes, the coverage is on par with, and in some cases better than, Verizon. Since the Cedar City Airport has finally upgraded their communications systems, T-Mobile has been able to utilize the bandwidth they own meaning that they have put millions into make coverage in this area better. I highly recommend T-Mobile AND this shop in particular because these guys know how to create loyal customers!

I cant even give them a star. They are awful. They double billed me several times! I waited on hold most time for over 2-3 hr. When I finally talked to someone they said they would take care of it, but they never did. I have called several times and they say they will give us a credit and then they just charge us again. I would never recommend anyone ever use T-Mobile!!

I have had nothing but problems with them for the last 2 years. The first thing they guaranteed me they could port our numbers from Montana. And that was a lie!! We had to wait 4-5 months before we could port numbers and we had to pay them the whole time. They said they would credit our account and we have been fighting with them ever since. They were supposed to give us kickback discounts but they never applied those either. Never use T-Mobile

Ive had cellphones & customer service since the advent of them. They came with carrying case for small house phone & a 800 number for customers. Aarons amazing, knowledgebased, efficient, friendly, considerate, patient,multi-tasking abilities are more than any type of customer care in any establishment Ive seen anywhere. He has trained his staff to be like him. Now he sells kinds of amazing phone products. I saw one I could wear on my wrist! Cellphones and customer care companies in any similar types of products would be highly envious I believe if they observed him. I recommend him and his T-Mobile store to everyone. He is handicapped accessible also 😊

I was incredibly impressed with the personal service that I received from Logan when I went to the Cedar City store last weekend. Not only did he answer every question that I had, he gave me additional information that answered questions that would come up in the future. He was thorough, kind, and professional and was able to help me and several other customers at the same time without making anyone feel neglected. Rebekah and Abe were also very kind and helpful. I have never experienced customer service like this before at any other T Mobile. My only disappointment is that Cedar City is 3 hours from my house!! Wish they were in a store closer to me!

I had a major issue with my Iphone and Chase and Abe were quick to identify the problem and ordered me a replacement phone. They worked to get it here ASAP as this is my lifeline for home and school. When my phone arrived Rebekah helped me to set up my new phone; while in the office I saw Logan and Aaron helping customers in a timely manner and they were all very nice! Ive been to T-Mobile a few different times in the last year for small things like changing out a SIM card or adding a phone line for my teenage daughter. Every time I go into the Cedar City store, I always leave feeling like I got very good customer service. The people who work in there are always willing to spend whatever time is required to help with your needs and because they are usually younger twenty something year olds, they tend to be very knowledgeable about technology. Im pretty tech savvy myself, but I cant figure out some things. I feel confident that the T-Mobile staff will be able to help me. Ive used rival companies in the past, such as Verizon, and will never go back. They are pretty rude compared to the T-Mobile folks.

I was driving through Cedar City Utah on my way home to Cali,I saw that my cover on my phone was broken and decide to stop in, lets said I am so glad I did, walking through the door i was greeted with a hello from all the workers. They went out of their way to get the issue solved, by the time I left there I felt like they were family we had some great laughs and I even told all of them that if they were ever in Central Coast they had a place to stay. Me and my wife got recently married and both were looking for new phones. We both came from different carriers. I was a hardcore Verizon user, and this store converted me! The two managers Chase and Aaron were especially helpful and patient with us as we did research on the plans and phones, as a young couple would have lots of questions. Tried to go in to buy a phone outright. They denied me because Im not crazy enough to carry $600 in cash around and wouldnt let me put it on a debit card. It comes from the same account, people! This store keeps getting worse and worse and their policies make T-Mobile look bad. Its like something out of the 90s. Who DOESNT pay with a card nowadays?! Do yourself a favor and buy a new phone online on T-Mobile website or Amazon. NOT here. What should have been a very simple purchase turned out to be a great disappointment, and I will not be a customer of this horrible store until their purchasing policies catch up to the rest of the modern world.

Terrible. Took 3 trips to get set up on my own plan, and was told so ething different every single time. Employee set me up on Tmobile One and when I asked him to change it to another plan, he said he couldnt because I would be charged for both plans. I called customer service, who quickly resolved the issue. Unfortunately, any other problem I have had with my account had not been fixed even after multiple inquiries. I have since cancelled and joined Google Fi, which has been AMAZING.

Another horrible Mormon owned building. Phone broke needed it for work and the intetnet said open tell 6 on Sunday. Drove like an hour and 15 from Bryce Canyon and thru all the traffic to find out they are closed on Sundays. The world doesnt stop on Sunday for your backwards religion, Mormons shouldnt be able to buy franchises if they cant keep the same hours as every other place in the United States of American.

I had to call in 3 times and I even went into the store to cancel my account and I just got another bill 10/25/2019 when the last phone I had connected was disconnected on 8/23/2019. They keep sending me bills and for service and I dont even have a phone with them. Their customer service is horrible. Dont ever use T-Mobile no matter how nice or what they say in the store because it is not true.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Traded in my old iPhone to get a new iPhone 7. The employee didnt activate my SIM card before I left. I had to make 3 return trips, one to activate my SIM card, one to turn off find my iPhone (which they should have had me do when I was there the 1st time), and I returned again to the store to get information from my old cell phone. On the 3rd trip the employee would not give me access to the old cell phone. I had to say my password out loud to the employee who then decided it was his right to access all my messages. He proceeded to read through private conversations I had, and started to listen to my voicemails. I asked him to stop and told him I only needed information from 1 text message he then told me that my reason for coming in was stupid and that I was being an idiot and could have created new accounts. Apparently I was wasting his time and he could have been doing more important things. I will never return to this store and I will never recommend visiting. The staff needs retraining on customer service and in my opinion this employee needs to have his ass reemed. Upon telling him I would leave a negative yelp review he said, it doesnt matter we have a 0 anyways. Do not go here take your business somewhere else.

If i could give this a zero stars i would. My husband and i were promised that if we switched to t mobile that they would pay off our devises for the trade in value and that our bill would be paid for for our previous carrier. Well now we are stuck with not only our other bill that is now 750$ from our previous carrier but we are also stuck with t mobiles bill. T mobile are no good liars and dont fall for their ad saying that they will pay off for you to switch cause its a straight out lie.

They tell you just what you want to hear about coverage. Bottom Line T-Mobile coverage SUCKS. Its says 4G LTE it is not!! We did not switch from Verizon to save money, even though we were told it would be cheaper but we switched to get better service in our very rural community after we were told they have a tower there. NOPE its terrible and even WORSE any where else.This is not even the bad part. They never ported over my daughters phone number and they could not figure out why she could not have her phone number!! after visiting the store a few times) Well duh they never ported it from Verizon. Then it gets worse. We were told that T-Mobile pays your old contract off (get out of the red) but forgot to mention one very important detail. You, yourself need to submit your final bill to T-Mobile, online ect. Which is so easy and we could totally do this but we were NEVER instructed to do so!! So 2 months later...a collection agency called from Verizon wanting to get paid!!!It gets better.....Then we wonder where our credit is from buying 2 brand new iphone 8s is. It was BOGO promo. At this point in the game our bill is double than what it was at Verizon!! So we call into T-Mobile hey we have not seen a credit yet and its pass the time you told us we would have it?sorry Maam I dont see a submission from the store for that offer on your account.Well turns out these kids running this place FORGOT to submit our BOGO!!!!!!!!!!TO say the least we are sooo mad and so frustrated. It would be one thing if we had great coverage like we were told and promised but its a WHOLE other thing to have collection agency against you and not get the credit you were told you were getting.BOTTOM LINE . DONT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!! The nightmare does not end.
