Absolutely best experience buying a car!My previous car was totaled in an accident, and I needed to replace it rather quickly. A quick call to the car lot to see what they could help me with, and a few test drives later, I left with a car that is PERFECT for me. No issues, drives wonderfully, and there are no complaints from me. I even took it on a road trip to Oregon and back about a week later and it ran like a dream.Pros: friendly, absolutely fair prices, communication with staff is spot on, vehicles are nicer/more well kept than other lots, 100% fair and equal treatment for women that visit their lot (which is HUGE!)Cons: I just wish i had money to buy a truck now.No complaints,at all!

Super great guy! We paid with credit card and he waved the credit card fees! Drove from Las Vegas to look at this 2008 vw eos and the car did not disappoint bought the car out right, he offered a $700 “warranty” if you will, he said that if something mechanical happens to the car he’ll put $700 toward the repairs. On the way home the gas gauge stopped working I texted him and he was super responsive and said he’d help with the repair, I decided to fix it myself, a week goes by and the car is leaking oil and coolant on my garage floor, and driver side window stops working, and the airbag light is on (I got it diagnosed and it’s the seatbelt buckle), and the flap actuators making a horrid noise, then I messaged him again and told him the issues he said take it to a shop and he’ll pay over the phone l, the shop I took it to wanted way to much money, so I told him if he wants to split the cost (which doesn’t add up to the $700) I’d be willing to do that, he basically ghosted me, I waited a week and messaged again and still nothing, then I took it to the dealership for an oil change and basically all the front suspension needed replaced (lower control arms, tie rod ends, ball joints, sway bar end links) and the “new tires” that they had “just replaced” are 6 years old and cracking and where out of balance, I’ve had this car a month and have fixed all that needed to be done except the window, flap actuators, and seat belt buckle. I know I bought the car “as is” but he’s the one who offered to help with the repairs. And I still have not heard back from him.

I can honestly say that my experience with University Auto Sales is the best out of all of the dealerships that I’ve been to over the last few years. Jarrod was especially helpful and very considerate. My husband and I desperately needed a car for our commute as soon as possible since ours “gave up the ghost” and we only had the weekend and Monday to get it done. He gave us great advice about different brands and what might work best for our needs within our budget. Thanks to him we felt more confident and calm in our stressful situation and felt that we were in great hands. We bought a 2008 Jeep Liberty from the guys at University Auto last week. They gave us a great deal, the car was super clean, and even though it had a few issues, they lowered the price and agreed to cover the repair on a few of the issues. Owner was very unprofessional, the car he sold me had some issues that needed to be fixed and I was promised they would be fixed. As soon as I drove it off the lot and tried to schedule it to be fixed Jerrod wanted to argue about what needed to be done. And its been a month and still have not recieved my plates for my vehicle. Ive left text messages and no reply. I would not recommend this car lot. Very rude and unprofessional.

This was my first time buying a car through a dealership, and not a good experience. Jerrod was nice and a reasonable man, his partner talked typical sales pitches and said inaccurate statements regarding the car I was buying. Both those mens storys didnt add up, the car needed a few parts replaced, both men had different excuses of their laziness on getting things done on a timely matter, I waited and waited finally I made it home with my new car. I was told upon arrival of my plates that they would be sent, June 29th-July 6th I gave it two weeks no plates, I message them no reply, its now the 13th July no plates still.

My experience with these guys was great, no pressure no rush, they answered all my questions and made sure what I bought was what I wanted, not what they wanted to sell me. Will definitely buy another car from them!!!
