Tried helping out a small business by scheduling an oil change. I scheduled two days out and when it came to my appointment time I had to text the guy to see where he was. The answer was out of town. He decided not to notify me even though I had a scheduled appointment. I called Wal-Mart frantically because I refuse to use Big O anymore. They got me in immediately and took less than 30 minutes! They saved me before a road trip I had to take and Ill come here more often because of it.

Techs were fantastic. Got a new tire on and back on the road in under an hour. Thanks guys!!

I went in to get a new tires today and I met Keith. I was very impressed with Keith sincere friendliness and was very pleased with the price. I couldn’t find a better price for a set of tires anywhere else. Thank you Keith!

They got my car right in, for an oil change, and I only waited for 45 mins. with only two other people in the waiting area! We were all wearing masks!

It took them an hour and a half to tell me they didnt have the right oil filter for my car. The whole time I was thinking I was getting my oil changed. I will not be coming back.

We were headed down to Las Vegas, NV from Salt Lake City, UT and we had previously had the oil changed on our Toyota RAV4 3 days before our trip. When we got a half hour from Cedar City our vehicle was making a weird noise, we pulled over and had no oil!!!! We called and Walmart got us right in even though it was 20 min to close when we arrived! They checked everything and diagnosed the problem and even rigged it so it wouldn’t leak as fast so we could make it to our destination and only charged us for the extra oil we needed to put in it. They were so great, i wish all shops actually cared like they did!

Try not to go here if you can. We got a travel trailer and arrived late in the evening. The tires on the trailer were too old and cracked to use. We asked for the cheapest tires available and they were kind to us in making their suggestions. However it turns out that to balance each tire they charge $12. This added up to $48 extra for 4 tires. Even though balancing tires is a basic safety measure, and free everywhere else you go, we were forced to tell them not to do it.

The cashier was very helpful to me. He explained which items I could use to help my vehicle run better. He had knowledge of items which I was needing to use for my other vehicles.

Got an oil change here while passing through town. Wait was over 3 hours. They didnt call to let me know the car was done, I had to check. And when I got the car back the battery was dead. Had never happened before and has not happened again since. Of course they tried to convince me that I needed a new battery. And since this oil change, something has been wrong with the gas gauge. After filling the tank, it does not always show up as full. Would not return no matter how desperate I am.

The gentleman that work here are extremely friendly. It can be hard working with the general public who are often unappreciative and inconsiderate only thinking of themselves. The cost is 1/4 of what Jiffy lube charged and it was completely at an efficient pace.

Everyone beware! Do NOT buy Special Kitty anything. It has chemicals known as a rat poison, and another that is a pesticide. My cat ate the Gourmet of theirs for about a week or so, and began having kidney issues. As soon as I stopped feeding it to her, she drastically improved. Going to vet to check what diet we need for her. Please dont hurt your cats!

Customer service is severely lacking. Positive attitudes were absent. However, car came out with the tires I bought.

Fast oil change, courteous staff, forgot to check tire pressure even though the assured us they would take care of it.

I really enjoy the Wal-Mart auto care center. MCO is my first choice in Cedar, but they are always so busy!The fellas at Wal-Mart take good care of me. Good oil, good prices, good service. I also bought my tires here and they are doing good 5 years later!They have tried to talk me OUT of buying a battery for our vehicle. Our battery tested really good, but we had been using it for 4 years. They explained to me that I didnt need a new battery, but I explained that I wanted one anyway. A short while later I was down the road with a new battery.Friendly service! Good prices!

Its a basic Wal-Mart Lube. They dont offer much beyond tires and oil. The staff doesnt seem to know much about cars beyond those two things. Its cheap but you get cheap labor and cheap parts, as in quality. Also the line is typically quite long and the wait is long, although this is typical of most auto centers, not just Wal-Mart.

I have had three oil leaks or spills after Walmart oil changes in the last two years. Midtown Tire is just as cheap and does better work.

The staff is friendly and always happy to help.

The McDonalds in this Walmart was horrible they all walked around like they just woke up and it toke more than 15 min to get two sandwitchs didnt get what we ordered wont be spending my money their again
