I made an appointment for my vehicle to have a recall done on my backup camera. I was told it would take 30 to 45 minutes. I took my vehicle in at 10 am. I also scheduled an oil change. At 1 pm I called to check on the progress. They had not started. They called me at 3 pm to tell me they would get it in soon to start working on it. By 5 pm they said I needed to leave it overnight since they would not have time to finish. I was extremely disappointed as I did not plan for this. I had them just park my vehicle and I had to arrange for pickup that evening since I needed my car. They were not accommodating or worried about a simple service. They never got the recall done. It seemed as if it wasnt a big deal to not finish a small job or let their customers know. I will not be back. I will drive to St. George to have the recall done. Not worth leaving my car for days for them not to work on it when I scheduled an appointment.

Not only do I feel confident that my vehicle was fixed, but Andrea went way above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I didnt feel like I was just another customer to these guys. My experience here was better than I could have hoped for. I would recommend this place (especially Andrea!!) to anybody!

I would recommend this company to anyone who is buying a vehicle or having one repaired. They are friendly, clean and efficient. Every step of my buying process was handled with respect and urgency. Same can be said for the repair/service department. Thank you guys for nothing short of excellence.

Andrea Brandon is my #1 go to for anything my car needs. Not only do I trust that she’s going to help me get it fixed RIGHT, I know that she’s going to be 100% honest and not make me “fix” anything that doesn’t need to be done. She is honest, nice, and knows her stuff! Ask for her specifically for all of your repair needs! She’s a great addition to the Cedar City Motor Company!

Great salesman, great positive attitude, worry free, no hassle buying experience.....until you purchase a vehicle and start having issues. Service center can’t replicate the problem? Guess what, it doesn’t exist. Trying to get a hold of anybody? Good luck, they are too “busy”. Any call backs? Nope, they “forgot”. “Don’t worry, this will get taken care of”, still waiting.....

This is the last time I ever take my car to this company for service. I brought my Dodge Charger in for a simple oil change and it was a nightmare! First of all I brought my own oil (Royal Purple, because I trust it more than any other full synthetic). It took them 3 hours til the first let me know that the technician broke the oil filter housing and it needed to be replaced before the oil change change can be finished. They said that it could take til the next morning. I asked about a rental car since I still needed to go to work and have already been delayed. They told me that they didnt have any rental cars left, but would have the part delivered from St. George and would be finished by the end of the day. I had to rearrange my entire day and have them pick up my wife and bring her to the dealership to drive my car home. When they FINALLY called my wife letting her know the car was done, they then said they couldnt come pick her up. After she informed them of just how much they had severely ruined our entire day, they finally agreed to pick her up. The worst part was that I still had to pay for the labor for the oil change. This is the very last time I ever take my car to them.

Love these guys! They dont try to haggle for more repairs that are unnecessary. Ive gone to them for a number of things and I always pay a very fair and reasonable price. Definitely worth visiting them if you need any fixes.

I worked with Wayne in the collision shop. He took the time to research a replacement part and prepared all the documentation after it was discovered it was a recalled part so I could take it to the required dealer in St. George. Great customer service!

I took my Jeep Cherokee into Cedar City Motor Company today. This morning after stopping to get gas, I cranked my car and went to shift it into drive. The button on the shifter broke off! This was very surprising to me considering the vehicle did not even have 27,000 miles on it. It is also three years and 4 months old and because of the four months the dealership told me that I would have to pay $125 to get the shifter fixed because the warranty had expired 4 months ago. I realize that Cedar City Motor Company is only following policy, but if a company cannot honor their warranty for months past the expiration date on a faulty piece of plastic that they supposedly inspected before they put in the vehicle and it did not last but for 40 months and the car is falling apart I never see myself buying any Chrysler Dodge Jeep brand vehicle in my life again. I did have an extended 10 year warranty that the company sold me and now they are saying that the 10-year warranty does not cover the shifter either. I feel like it is very poor business and poor representation if a company will not fix such a small problem only 4 months after the warranty has expired. I run a small company here in town and can tell you that if someones gift certificate had expired for 4 months I would honor their gift certificate because its money that they had spent and I want that customer back obviously Chrysler Dodge Jeep does not feel the same and I would warn anyone to watch out for the quality of product that they purchase from this company.I am changing my rating and Pete is to thank. If it were not for him speaking to the service manager, thanks to him as well, and them giving me the shifter for free I would have never purchased a Chrysler vehicle again in my life. Plus they had my Jeep ready a week early. I hate to complain but Im glad I did in this case.

Wife and I came into this business to buy a Jeep. We saw a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara and proceeded to get info. Came back a second time to discuss the purchase. This was to be my wife’s car and she was the purchaser. The manager completely ignored her even though she brought her checkbook to pay cash plus with her 2012 Jeep Liberty as a trade. This dealer was $5000 overpriced according to the US internet market for a 2015 with near 45,000 miles, no warranty left and tires that needed replacing. She offered $20,000 cash plus her 2012 Liberty in excellent condition plus requested the dealer replace tires with new. They absolutely refused her offer and furthermore ignored her so she left this dealership and is currently in the process of purchasing a 2018 with 12,000 miles and the balance of the 36 month warranty from a dealer that wants HER business. Cedar City Motors was rude to ignore her and she will never do business with them in the future and will tell everyone of her experience. By the way she also owns a $450,000 Motorhome. Sorry Cedar City Motors you blew it by not dealing with her. It is just not a mans world anymore and more women need to walk out of their business like she did. I’m proud of her.

Had to be towed shortly after we bought it, have only driven it a few hundred miles and its completely out of oil. Thought this went thru an inspection.Big puddle of oil in our garage.

I have been in multiple times and had insurance and claim issues that I dealt with in between visits, and Bradley in the Express lane has been amazing to deal with, he was always happy to answer questions and find parts and prices for me and help me through the whole process of repair.
