They keep coming to my house after hours honestly thinking about filing a police report of harassment. I told them time and time again about the situation regarding their property. I understand coming during their business hours but 8 o clock at night seriously talk about creepy! I told the manager multiple times about the situation and trying to set up payment plans and apparently she doesnt communicate with her employees or her employees are creeps who like harassing single mothers after hours.

This is a rip off, after you payoff your product they keep charging 13.80 out of your account. It says its a membership fee. Watch out for this

Seems to be getting better after staff changes and a lot of thought was put into the way the store runs. Great place to go if you want nice stuff for a cheao weekly price but be aware and they will notify you as well if you sign a contract and make the minimum payment you will pay at least 3 times the value of the product for the convenience of being able to make smaller payments.

The cedar city store has the best customer service ever. Staff is always friendly and always able to help out when needed. Thanks guys you all are the best.

Okay stuff n great if you need to replace a fridge or washer but so overpriced. Better to save n pay cash if you can. Furniture seems better than stuff sold at Aarons.

Ive been a customer with rent a center for the past 2 year I love the team they have. Mykey Wolf the manager has been amazing. He goes above and beyond me and my family. Ill never go anywhere else.

My ex and me got couches and they kept messing with the price paid about 400 in cash and couldnt get none back. Same with a ps4 but tryed to transfer it in my name and got no credit. Plus they keep bugging all your contacts you put down. Plus after there employe told me to watch my back.

The new manager and team has been amazing to us. Found out they start early in the day and stay out til all jobs are finished sometime bairly seeing there own familys to help make ours comfortable, had a boy battle a hail storm to fix a part of my drying Im renting. A part thats not part of my plan but the mgr covered himself... If thats not great customer service then Idk what is... 5 stars all the way :)

Really really friendly staff have all the information you need to purchase and thing from TVs to front rooms to kitchen, bedroom, to laundry.

I have been a customer with them before and it was great but i have been there at least 4 times in the last year and i never hear a word back from them when i call and ask for someone to call me i am done with rent a center thanos for sub par customer care

I worked here for god sakes and rent a center is a expensive joke. If you like to be constantly pressured or wanna be harrassed by people this is the place for you.

Told I could buy something for $1500. I drive 45 mins to go pick it up, only to find out they wanted to charge me $2700. They lied to my face, and wasted my time. Wish I could leave negative stars.

Brandon,delivery driver are nice dudes. Victor on the other hand could work on his customer service skills. 3days late and they come wanting to take your stuff! I have been an on time customer for the last 1.5years. They have taken over a month to fix a dresser I pay for and decide to fix it with wood glue😂 no thanks send it back
