If you guys are still in business, you really need to update your adress. We moved into the shop you guys use to rent and at least once a week people come in asking where you moved and we have no clue. If you arent in business anymore you should update your info accordingly.

Sears professionally installed my washer. Sears did not install the rubber gauge for the washer hose which caused a leak. Royal Appliance came out same day and fixed it. They saved me from being evicted from my apartment. If was buying/installing a new washer, moving, or even needing a repair, I would go with Royal Appliance.

Took my Admiral washer in for service. Drum was not spinning. Jimmy took care of me and fixed the issue. Jimmy did an excellent job. Prices are reasonable.

I had the heating element go out on my dryer, and thought I would try them out of convenience. It was a part I had ordered online for $15 and replace myself in under 20 minutes the previous year. Not only did it take them an hour and a half to change the part, but they charged me $190 in parts and labor! Then the heating element they installed burned out in three months. I wont use them again.

I called for service on my washer at 9:00AM and my washer was repaired by 11:30! I am beyond pleased with the service and honesty shown. I highly recommend this company!
