By customer service. On Aug 22 2021 I want to return some items that I purchased. I had to return them because they where if by quality and did not work properly. I ask to return the items and I was pointing to the manager. She was in a corner just gossiping with other coworkers. When I walked up to them she indicated that I had to wait. I sad wait for what you guy are just gossiping? She did not like that I was asking for some attention to return the items and seem just on gossiping. She called security and had him wait next to me. As a customer I felt Terrible. I will never step foot in that store again.I will be able to customer service. On August 22, 2021 I went to return some items that I purchased. I had to send them back because they were of poor quality and not working properly. Upon entering, he went to the cashiers and I indicated that I wanted to return some items. She pointed me to the manager. She was in a corner chatting with other coworkers. When I stalked them, he indicated that I had to wait. I tell him that I have come to return some articles and what he is doing is screaming. Because as a client I have to hope that she wants to serve one as a client. They are clearly not interested in customer service. I wont be going back to that store anymore. For me you can go bankrupt. As a customer I felt terrible. I will never set foot in that store again.

Bad experience with National de Cayey. On Sunday they close at 3:00 PM. I arrived at 2:25 and an employee was putting up a rope to prevent customers from entering the parking lot. I approached the clerk and from my car asked him if the store was closed. I told him why they closed before three oclock and he said in an annoyed tone: because its already three oclock. I answer him that it is not yet three oclock and he answers: Come on Monday. He answers go away. I told him I was going to complain to National Headquarters and he made an offensive, mocking hand gesture and kicked me out. Other vehicles were coming behind me and they had to turn and not enter the parking lot and the store. This is how National treats its customers. That employee acted like this because he has the support and direction of management.

This place is not what it used to be because you go there looking for an item, many of which are not available, and they do not have enough staff on the floor to attend to the needs of the clients and the situation worsens in the afternoon when the employees They are already leaving their workday and you cant find someone to ask for help.
