Pepe Abad toyota dealer personal were very attentive when I was trying to get an appointment for a maintenance service for my vehicle and when I got there the attention were great from the beginning to the end, and the place is amazingly clean with a nice waiting room, coffee and free bottle water, just great service overall.

Dealers are all the same. Nothing new to see.

First two service experiences were okay. The third maintenance service was a disaster. They did not top off the washer fluid, tire rotation was done without adjusting the tire pressure. The beut was I get home and discover a broken alarm switch.I personally contacted them at the dealership. The service manager was helpful and offered to recheck everything. I was told it was my responsibility to call the the alarm installer to set up an appt. to fix a switch that was broken by the service dept.Never did get the name of the people who were attending me. I bought a new car so that I didnt have to deal with headaches.

About a month ago we came in for an oil change it took them four hours I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but it just seems so ridiculous to wait so long for oil change. POOR SERVICE at that time we also ordered a part for the interior of our vehicle paid for it and they never informed us that it had been delivered to them or that they were ready to install it. POOR SERVICEThe day of the installation of that part which by the way requires only one screw appointment at 8:30 in the morning at 11 oclock we are still sitting there. POOR SERVICE

You have to check parts you purchase before you leave. They have a tendency of going you the wrong parts.

Dont like how they welcome the customer at the entrance....

I spoke to a representative from service department about a recall and after a minute she tells me to hold. I waited 20 min just for my question to be answered. 8:30am 25 Aug 17 btw. If this is service I wouldnt want to know how long taking my car there would take to service or even to purchase a new car. Thank but no thanks.First impression👎

Ussualy good service but they misplaced my wheel lock key during a service and I had to buy a new set of wheel locks even though they were the ones to loose it.

Went in for a battery change under warranty, had an appointment @ 11:30am and didn’t get out until 2:30pm cause all the workers had to go to lunch. Workers where acting like I was wasting there time like it was my fault that my Brand new 2017 Toyota Tacoma battery went bad. Less then a yr I brought the truck! I won’t ever go back and buy them a car!!!

They sell you a car and they treat you like a king, until you have to claim them for parts that have to cover you under warranty; If you dont call a supervisor, those on duty wont help you… ..thats precisely what convinces you that they are treating you well….

I traveled an hour and a half from my home to the dealership with the approval of my financial institution, which, I mentioned in advance for the purchase of a unit and they did not want to sell it to me as long as I chose one of their preferences. It sounds absurd but thats how it was ... horrible experience.

Horrible experience, to make a down payment they dont even give you papers and they dont even know the loan number, I had to call different people, have a bad time and lose work hours, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

I went at night and the manager Gustavo together with the seller Ricardo gave me the price of a 2018 Chr at 18,500, I wanted me to leave an advance payment I told them that I would not return early in the morning because I had to try it and I really did not I know about that. When I went the next day at nine in the morning, the manager told me that the bus was no longer at that price, which was for 19,500 because he did not leave an advance at night. Terrible customer service not recommended, misleading ads!

The worst service Ive ever had, I separated a board for a red 2021 Tacoma on Friday 10/23/2020 in which they approve me financing in a financial agency or bank and yesterday Sunday 10/25/2020 they sold it ... so that I separate the tablet then?
