So I had to leave a review for this storage facility. There’s a great informative little dude think by the name Ty. He provided all the information I needed before I had to ask. I’ve been to other storage places where I was the one knowing more then they should have to provide key information needed.

I called for information on a unit as a new customer coming out of state. And I must say I just wanted to take the time out of my day to say a big thank you the employee by the name of Lori.! She was extremely professional very informative. I had a family member visit the site as well and a gentleman I believe his name was Ty my cousin said that helped him by showing so I could get a more visual on what the place looks like. And stated how kind Lori and Ty were and how clean the unit was. Thank you guys for being professional and so informative and I will forever recommend this location to friends and family.

Came to Public Storage just looking for a unit for a week, Lori greeted me at the door and walked me through various units to make sure I found the perfect unit for my belongings. Everyone was so nice ans helpful throughout this process, so glad this process was seamless and fast. Amazing service and great welcoming personality, so glad to be a returning customer!! Had a great experience storing my sons college furniture over the summer. Denise was responsive and helpful, and when we realized we had way too much stuff for the unit we rented, the transfer to a larger unit was smooth and easy!

I understand inflation. However we just got notification that our $96/m rate was going up to $121 in less than 1 month. They raise the rates every year -- which is understandable.... but just look at the numbers. Our rate for 2018 was $73. Our rate in 2019 was $88. Our rate in 2020 was $96. And now were looking at $121. Thats a 40% price increase over 4 years. 20% of that in just this last year! This is absolutely ridiculous. As of this writing, weve confirmed a new company that is far less than this outrageous price for a facility that cant fix their gates, or when they do they get rammed by cars. Ive never felt that my belongings were safe in that environment anyway -- Oh, and the new place?... HVAC for less than I was paying two years ago. Public Storage, shame on you.

It didnt take very long to rent a 10x10 unit. Just the right size that I needed. Debbie and Diedra were very helpful in helping me with my needs. They were very nice and pleasant. All of my questions were answered and I was in and out in no time. My unit was very clean when I inspected it. The whole place is fenced in and the security is great. If you need a nice, clean unit then try this location. You cant go wrong.

Fine to rent for a few months, but not a good idea for long term rental. I have had a unit for just over a year. My rent increased by 20% after the first six months. I called the office to ask about the increase and understand if this is something I should expect regularly going forward. They assured me this was an increase after the introductory offer and I shouldn’t expect any increases for a while. I was completely comfortable with that logic. I asked if I should expect another increase in six months and I was told no.I just received my second increase starting in December. This is about a 12% increase from my current rent. Overall I’ve seen an increase of 34%.I’m going to crunch some numbers and look into moving to a facility that has a more transparent pricing policy.

I am about to sell my house and wanted to price out storage incase my new place isnt ready. Diedra was great. She told me what size storage I would need. I will definitely come back to rent when my house is listed.

I was driving through the neighborhood and needed some boxes because I am in the middle of moving my things. I stopped at public storage and Deidra was able to help me get the perfect sized boxes and other tools that I needed for my move . She also told me if I didn’t use the boxes before 30 days that I could return the boxes . Thank deidra for all of your help !!

Tova was amazing!! She was friendly, knowledgeable and so customer service oriented. She really took all the time to go see the unit with me and even stood at the unit with me while I tried to figure out spacing. Even my company uses this storage facility! I would HIGHLY recommend this storage center, I have used other storage facilities in SC and Tova blows everyone out of the water. She needs a raise!!

This is one of the most nicely kept storage facilities I have ever encountered. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Randy was especially courteous and answered every one of my questions.

They were there when we needed them, but my rent came due on the 3rd of this month and I will have my things out on the 7th of this month. There is no prorated amount for the month and the lock you have to purchase you dont turn back in and it cant be used on anything else. Its all in the design. Not fair.

They were quite nice when I went in person and did my paperwork, but they need to get it together in office, it’s ridiculous. I made a reservation for storage online, and received a phone call that I was unable to take at that moment. The voicemail stated they needed me to confirm. I called them back as soon as I was able (during their business hours, mind you) and no one answered. Left a detailed message confirming my reservation, and received no call back. Maybe 2 days later I got an email saying that if I did not call and confirm my reservation, it would be cancelled... so I call again during business hours.... STILL no one answers. I finally get a hold of them a day later and agree to come in the next day to do paperwork. Came in, did all the paperwork, paid for 2 months rent and also purchased the special lock that you need for your unit. I call them to ask a question about the lock I purchased, and they say they’re having phone troubles, and asked if they could take my number down. I told them the first 3 digits before they HUNG UP on me!!! For the money they charge the customer service and communication is extremely poor. Not worth the headache considering there are plenty of other options in the area.

Great experience. I had a smaller unit at this location for a couple years and needed to upgrade.The reservation was easily made online with their user friendly website. Donna, manager on duty, was extremely friendly and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the correct unit for our needs and understood the cost and billing going forward.The lot is clean and well secured. By far the best storage facility in the area.

The service at this location is nothing short of fantastic, and my experience today was a perfect example. I had the pleasure of working with Terrance, and he was awesome. I didnt realize it at the time, but I walked in one minute before it was time for the office to close, and Terrance didnt mention anything of it. Thats a very big deal to me because Ive had jobs similar to his and I HATED when people came in right before closing. Terrance not only took care of everything I needed, he went above and beyond by helping me bring a few things to my car that I would have struggled to get in on my own. By this time, he should have been done with work 15 minutes ago but instead of trying to rush me out, he offered to help with anything else I needed. Some people may see this as just him doing his job, but thats not the case. Terrance could have easily taken my payment & closed down shop, but he chose to stick around to make sure I didnt need help with anything else.Again, this is just one example of the great service that is given every single day at this location, and they deserve recognition for what they do here.I promise you this: If every establishment, not just storage facilities, had employees like Terrance, there wouldnt be nearly as many negative reviews on this site. He exemplifies the reason that I choose to store my items at this location even though I live an hour away.

I was very impressed by the way the manager conducted business when I stopped by to inquire about a storage.
