Dont listen to anyone giving a bad review about how long it took or an unlawful test ride. Evidently those people know nothing about motorcycles. The rear tire takes much longer than the front tire. You have to make belt, chain, and brake adjustments. Some tires are a pain to change. You also have to consider that the technician may have to finish the motorcycle he was working on before he starts on your bike. Even if you are told the tech can start on it imediately, he usually has to move bikes and tools around, get the bike on the jack, then finally start on it. You HAVE to test ride a motorcycle before giving it back to the customer. The same goes for any Motorsport or automobile. If the technician didnt ride your motorcycle hard to get that tire broke in properly, it would be very slippery and dangerous. The people at Big Boys Motorcycles are great. The quality of their work is awesome. Go get your bike fixed or tuned up.

If I could rate lower I would. went in for a simple rear tire change, it took almost TWO HOURS. turns out. they test road my bike, WITHOUT asking or Telling me. the bike was VERY hot so either they revved it CONSTANTLY on this unlawful test ride, or hit well over 100mph the engine idles at 187 degrees. 210+ when they handed it back to me. (it even has about 5 minutes to cool down in the rain) avoid this shop AT ALL COSTS

They screwed me(a disabled, honorable discharged, combat veteran) over with no KY on a simple repaire. They charged over $1000 and kept my bike for over 10 months.... just to replace the clutch on the hayabusa they sold me (financed) 2 months earlier. After the 3rd month of them having the bike in their repair shop, I complained and the management/owner agreed to me holding off on the payments since they had my bike for so long (a whole riding season and some), So they said that I didnt have to make any more payments on the bike until they were done fixing it.... then I could pick back up where I left off..... (after they were done fixing it and milking the warranty company plan they sold me). When they finally finished the repair, Big Boys owner asked me for the entire 7 payments that they gave my permission to put on the end of my loan. Since I didnt have $1200 cash on me at the time for the payments plus the repair cost the warranty company refused to pay (because just like me, they thought a 10 repair was too suspicious), Big Boys Toys repoed my motorcycle immediately and sold it the next day to someone else (probably another sucker). Big Boys didnt keep their word. Very shady people. 10months? Smh. Ive literally rebuild Pratt and Whitney turbo fan engines in less than a week. For Big Boys to take 10+ months for a clutch is super shady. Ive got the paperwork to prove this.

If there were zero stars - I would have given zero. I wont get into how bad the experience was because it was so stupid and unbelievable that no one would believe it.Trust me when I say, anytime (**anytime**) someone tells you I am honest check for your rings after shaking their hand. I am so pissed off - I am not telling you what to do - but I would not take a weed eater for them to fix.A shyster /ˈʃaɪstər/ (Noun)Is a slang word for someone who acts in a disreputable, unethical, or unscrupulous way, especially in the practice of law, politics or business.
