From start to finish our experience was nothing but exceptional!! Simeon walked us through all of our options and explained with great detail each different model. Bought a brand new scag freedom z 26hp 52deck zero turn from Carolina Power Equipment in Cayce, S.C. My salesman Simeon was awesome. I have no experience with a zero and he explained everything to me I asked and needed to know. He also had all the paperwork ready upon my arrival so I didnt have to wait long at all. After about an hour on this beautiful mower I almost feel like a pro. Im very satisfied with the price on this mower. To tell you the truth, it was the cheapest one I could find for this model like I wanted. My only regret is that I hadnt bought this time saving , well built, easy to use machine earlier in life. So I must admit, I was impressed from beginning to end. Not as big of an inventory to the other dealer in the area, but short of that, there is no comparison. The other dealer just churns and is not worried about service or making a fair deal. Theyre very knowledgeable and stocked... Thats where it goes down hill for me .. the staff is arrogant and not friendly unless your buying... I bought 2 Scags and the heavy duty commercial deck failed after 400 hrs... I was told it was sand.. and it was... After500 hrs, I blew a hole through the deck...again was told not covered under the 3 year warranty... I was told theyd work with me ..I called Scag and complained... Scag covered it and stood behind their product..since my complaint, I have received poor service and got a lecture about my complaint..will not be back

I needed a tractor to work around my 12 acres farm and did lots of research on Kubota. And since for years my brother-in-law has one, the decision to buy a Kubota was easy.So my only question was where to buy it. A friend at work pointed me to Carolina Power Equipment as a good place to do business with and the owner live by Cristian values. As a Minister myself the choice was easy to make too.I took my Kubota home and started to use it. Had a problem with it and I called Simeon Twitty that sold me the tractor. I sent him a couple of pictures and they sent a mechanic out the same day to fix my problem. I wasnt expecting them to do that the same day since I live about 40 minutes away from the dealer. A couple of days later Simeon reached out to see how everything was good with the tractor. To me this shows they dont only want to sell a tractor they make you part of their team.So the bottom line is if you want a good tractor and a good experience you got to go to Carolina Power Equipment.Mizael

When they sold my Kubota, staff was wonderful. 3 month later it was time to service it and this is why they are getting only 2 stars. Service side was rude and not helpful at all. 3 weeks behind in servicing units and they had to order parts which added more delays. I can work with short staff due to Covid, but the rudeness, No thank you! So bottom line, this dealer is two faced. Nice and helpful when selling you something and rude when it comes time on servicing the item I purchased from them.Also, are they open on Saturdays or not, I called their phone line and their recording indicated they are open on Saturday : Facebook and Kubota sites shows they should be open on Saturday and Google shows they are closed.Answer is of Sept 15,2021 they are closed on Saturday.

First call went unanswered; which I can understand if theyre busy. Second call, someone answered but said their sales guys were busy and they would have to call me back....which never happened. So finally, I sent them an email asking for a quote on some Stihl equipment. This also went unanswered.EDIT: Two employees reached out to me regarding a quote and offering their sincerest apologies on the delayed response. They told me they were short staffed and were doing the best they could with the people they had. Rating adjusted to reflect the personal response I got.

I have had service done here on my 32 year old Honda mower several times a year for the last 10 years. Each time, including my most recent service last week, the work was done correctly and the people I have dealt with in person (Frank the last two visits) and on the phone (Mark during several calls the past two weeks) have been friendly, helpful and efficient. The company is trustworthy and easy to deal with. Even though they are 40 miles from my house they are the only company I will let work on my mower, period.

Terrible customer service. Asked them could they help me with lawnmower parts and one of the guys tried but the other butted into the conversation and said sorry cant help you. When looking for a new lawnmower, I called several places to gather some information. Having never owmed a zero turn mower before, I had tons of questions to ask. Out of 3 places called, Aaron Twitty at Carolina Power Equipment is the only person who gave me the time of day. The salesmen at the other two places made me feel as if I was asking dumb questions. Maybe I was but I didnt know anything about them. Over the next 3 weeks , Aaron took the time to answer any question I had , anytime i called.
