Got my teenage son to buy and one of my neighbors to purchase something to try and build there credit, the process was easy and simple...the new women that just started working there has the worst attitude and customer service...shes a white female i think her name in Cindy or something...very rude and dont like to listen to your concerns....i almost went to jail that day for going up there and arguing with her over something I tried to tell her from the beginning that wasnt our fault...she going to hender this business if she keep dont learn how to properly speak to customers and listen to customers first. Plus nothing as far displine or write or anything happen one of the staff came from the back and act as if it was normal for their employees to agrue with customers...lucky a guy that work there and a female also came from the back to help defuse the conversation....will not send anyone else to purchase as long as she there....

This is an awful place to buy furniture they don’t stand behind there warranty’s and the staff is rude when you try to talk to them about it

They have some pretty good items. We have looked all over for a dining table and the Bixby fit our dining room and items we already had perfectly. A big plus was that we had it in a week. No long wait for it.

Crystal and Haley helped me pick out pieces for my salon’s waiting area so that it would feel calming and inviting for our customers. I purchased a sectional, mattress set and a set of tables from here. I love my furniture and Crystal is awesome! She helped me figure out the same prices so I would get the best deal. The furniture is high quality and the financing options are definitely a plus. Definitely will buy more from here in the future!

I recently purchased a dining room table and a mattress set from here and the staff was so helpful. They made it easy to pick out exactly what I needed and even with financing it was a very quick and easy process. The delivery guys were very nice and set everything up perfectly so we didnt even have to touch it. We will definitely be making more purchases from here!

Nice furniture but dont finance from them because the charges are unbelievable. You buy something for 900 and you end up paying double because. of the finance charges they have is very high.

This is the 2nd time this company/store has done this to us. We call for a payoff the day before and it supposed to be good til the 10th and go in the next day and thw payoff is almost $100 dollars more then the day before. They claim that i told them the payoff. I dont work there i cant see whats on your computer and the camera will show i handed what was told to me to you Lorraine and you told me it was more then i handed you so how did i tell you that was they payoff. Not coming back here and wouldnt recommend anyone else to get anything from them they will screw you over ecery time.

I wish I could do 0 stars ! I havent even had my furniture set a year & it messed up on me. It start messing up after 7 months. No furniture should go out that quick. The store manager Crystal sent men out 4x to fix the same problem & its still not fixed(clearly they dont know what theyre doing). Im barely home (because of work) so the furniture is barely being used, its no reason the furniture should be doing this. I would never buy anything here again ! If you know whats best for you keep looking .
