I want to say I placed online orders for express delivery. And due to technical issues I never recieved my groceries. The operations manager Chris went about & beyond to help me. When my last order had to be cancelled he wanted to make it right. It was only 4 items but it equaled 40+ and he paid for them out of his pocket and left it with a note at customer service. He was amazing and I already liked this store. But he truly made my day and I am thankful.

Its a nice little grocery store. The lady helping at self checkout was very nice. Clean, well stocked. Decent prices with some clearance items to be found.

Today will be the last day I shop at this store. I try not, but this morning I only needed two things and haven’t been in awhile because it’s always horrible. Well today was the worst. Over the last 5 years this place has consistently gone downhill. Pallets with products everywhere. And I don’t mean that lightly. Lining every major aisle. There’s always a bunch of empty shelves. Employees stand around and get in customers way. And this happens every time, but today was unbelievably bad. There’s always pallets everywhere. The store has progressively gotten nastier. The self checkouts are always where you can’t pay in cash. Today this store was completely out of bags. It’s just constantly horrible and today will definitely be my last time ever shopping here. I know Walmart doesn’t care. It’s obvious. And I worked at a Walmart for 7 years, and the store where I worked wasn’t perfect, but compared to this place, it was an amazing shopping exercise.

So I placed a order for delivery like always & this makes the 3rd time they’ve messed up my order. Whomever the Chris (Manager) is VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! I called and explained my order was 24 HOURS LATE & during the entire conversation with Chris (Over talking me & snappy). He couldn’t tell me where my order was, what time it was loaded or ANYTHING. So after going back & fourth with Walmart & there delivery partner and NOBODY KNOWS NOTHING, I was forced to cancel my membership & refund for groceries. Because of Chris(Manager) I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION.

This used to be...ok, but has gone downhill. Shelves are empty, no produce out. Three times I had to go under the shelves and pull out bananas because none were out on top. I pay cash for groceries, but ALL the self checkout lanes are card only. Today there was only one checkout with an employee and at least 10 people waiting to pay cash. I have spent several thousand dollars here over the last 3 years, but this store has lost my business. I dare the manager to answer this.

This store is suppose to better than the larger stores. I use the pharmacy calling in my medicines. They ask the phone put you on hold for long periods of time and don’t check back. They don’t give you a chance to say it is alright to put you on hold they just answer saying may I put you on hold and do it. This store is awful

Shopping was convenient store was fully stocked.

Lots of bare shelves and a noticable rise in prices. Boxes and associates lining the aisles making it a little hard to move around easily. I miss the large selections to choose from. ☹️

Prefer this place over the Walmart Supercenter. This place is cleaned and they always stock everything I need.

I love this neighborhood Walmart cause I can get in and out on any day of the week.

Not all employees or customers were wearing masks. Some werent wearing them and others were wearing them on their chin which makes wearing them pointless. Store was full of people with only 2 checkout lanes open. Need more checkout lanes and more enforcement of mask wearing. Other than that, friendly service and great prices!

I dont know what was going on i. WALMART today but the smell was soooo unbearable. It smelled like all the fruits and vegetables went bad, I wasnt the only customer complaining.i just hope they took care of it, because I didnt see any of the workers trying to handle the issue 😒

Did a grocery pickup online, time was monday between 5-6, got there about 535, sat for an hour only to be told it still wasnt ready, asked if i could be up the next afternoon, lady said thatd be fine, get a notification tuesday morning stating that the order had been cancelled, went there on my lunch, stated there werent enough workers to fill for a different day, this is the 2nd time this has happened. I understand being understaffed but dont leave time slots available for pickup if there arent enough workers to fill orders & to just cancel an order thats expected to be picked up the following day. Will not be doing any future business at this location.

The store is falling apart. Of course there are long lines at registers. Poor design for long lines, store register areas are way too small.

I stopped going here. Shelves are always half empty. There was absolutely no chicken on the shelf the other night. The deli was opened but what good is it if no ones comes help you? Now heres my biggest problem. The prices are higher there than in the super center. A gallon of milk there was 3.78 but in the super center its around 2.12. If anyone can explain it please do. Anyway its a waste of my time going there.

I like this walmart, they have all the essentials at better prices that the regular walmarts. But the only issue here is that only one register is working most of the times I being there. they have the self checkout but Im old fashion and I dont want to have issues with vegetables.But other than that its a good place to get your groceries..

My Walmart grocery pickup was scheduled for today between 10-11 am. I placed the order two days ago. When 11 am came, I checked the status of my order and it still was not ready. I had to call the customer service hotline (which is very difficult to get through to) and they said it would be ready at 1:30. Well, 1:30 rolls around and still no groceries. I called the store 5 times without anyone picking up. I then called customer service and one man picked up and had terrible connection, so he hung up on me and didn’t transfer me to another representative. Finally, through Walmart.com, I was able to chat with the bot and have Walmart call me directly. The man told me that my order would be ready at 4 pm. Guess what? 4pm comes and STILL no order. I call again through the website and they said maybe it’ll be done sometime tonight... it is now 8 pm and I still don’t have groceries. DO NOT do their online pickup. I wouldn’t have received any information without hounding them with calls- the least they could do is reach out to me and let me know what is going on with my order. Oh, and for my troubles? A 15% off coupon for my next online pickup... when I still haven’t received my first. Ridiculous.UPDATE: I received the notification that my order was ready the next day. I arrive at the store, call and tell them Im there, and no one comes to deliver my groceries. After two hours of waiting in the parking lot and multiple calls, they finally delivered my order. Walmart, dont offer grocery pick up if you dont have a good enough supply chain and management.

Grocery pickup has sucked the last couple days. Seems like no one is working. One time we came we waited about two hours. They USUALLY have what we come for. Also most people wear their mask literally under their nose or just not at all.Dont offer grocery pickup if your staff wont be able to actually get people their groceries. Simple.

Very little selection of fresh foods. The foods I always purchase are never in stock.

Went in to use the money services department. The cashier who assisted us was super friendly and had me and my husband laughing all the while completing our transaction quickly and efficiently!

Says they close at 11pm on here and on store signage but went to the store at 9:45pm walk in through wide open door and have employee say they closed at 8pm what kind of bull is that even though the door was wide open saw other customers there and they claim to be closed

Been going here the past few years. Service is always friendly and helpful as I usually pay with cash and have the pleasure of interacting with them!

Though having stock on the shelves is much appreciated having to maneuver around 20 associates and their stock carts makes shopping quite difficult and unpleasant.

I wish it was possible to give zero stars. Lousy, lazy, and unprofessional staff. The location on Old Barnwell rd. doesnt have these issues. Its worth driving a few extra minutes if you want to shop at a location with a polite and competent staff and food on the shelves. I wont shop at this location again.

Its a pretty convenient location, but its always pretty messy, and I always seem to get stalked there. My purse is literally the size of a wallet, and I will literally go there for a gallon of milk and STILL be watched and lurked on like there is some risk of me shoving it in my bag.

Its all right...sometimes a pleasant experience other times its just okay!

Way better than shopping at the larger Walmart. While it doesn’t have quite the variety as the big Walmart, the employees are more friendly and the crowds are smaller. They also offer pickup service which is great!

Groceries ready on time & a very nice & respectful young man brought them out & loaded them in my car. I am so thankful for Walmart.

Clean store, great variety. Watch the produce, however. Ive gotten tomatoes that looked good, but go bad that afternoon or the next day frequently. I started getting all my produce at Aldis to avoid this. When you cut into a Walmart tomato, often there is a hard white form instead of all red on the inside. I dont know exactly why this is, but it tastes bad and may be harmful.

Horrible service!!!! I ordered for online grocery pickup on a Tuesday, I was supposed to pick up on Thursday between 12-1pm. I got an email that my order was delayed for pickup and it took until Friday when I finally got the email to come pickup my groceries. I got there to end up sitting outside for 1 hour. My groceries still werent ready. I called inside to speak with the manager and he didnt seem to care at all! The only thing he said to me was I will go in the back and check on it and get them out to you! No I apologize or anything. I got home and was missing 4 items from my list and got items I never even placed. Some of the items they said were included but werent. Also got charged for them! Will not order from this location ever again!!!

I actually went to the Walmart gas station right beside the neighborhood Walmart. I walked in and then I realized I had a debit card so I walked out. And then I realized I had cash and not a debit card so I walked back in and gave him the cash. The guy behind the counter told me a funny joke.I laughed. He gave me a receipt for my gas and then I walked out and I started pumping my gas. This is my favorite gas station by far. I hope this review was long enough to get credit for a long detailed review. I got my gas and got back in the car. But not the kind of gas you would get from eating taco Bell. Although I am not sure which one smells worse... Gasoline has a pretty pungent odor. Then again so this gas from taco Bell. But anyways I thought this gas station was fantastic as far as gas stations could be fantastic. Stay away from the coronavirus everybody.-Fred

Use to be great for dupu. However, this past week had an order that we waited over 24 hrs. Husband cancelled the order online at Walmart. We then went to Kroger and Target for dupu.No more. What good is a coupon if u cant get the order?Cayce location

Although the store was quite busy when I was doing my Thanksgiving shopping all of the staff was eager to be so very helpful from the deli to the stock boys the fresh produce department and the cashier it was such a great shopping experience and they had everything I needed for my Thanksgiving dinner good job

This place is great for the most part, but Im always in the market for fresh produce. Most every time I go here, their produce is trashed and dirty. The freshness is extremely lacking and I just dont feel comfortable paying good money for something thats gonna rot in a couple days. On top of that, I dont believe this store follows cold chain practices very well!

I was looking for a particular cheese to make spinach dip. Looked online and found that Walmart carries it. The young lady in the deli department took me straight to it. Great customer service!!!

I would give 0 stars because that is what they deserve. They say they are enforcing mask but once people get in the store they remove the mask and the associates say they cant say anything to the people. I will not be shopping in this one checkout store anymore. When it first opened it was great but it is like the Gaston IGA now.😂

I LOVE walmart neighborhood market but Ive been to this particular one on serval occasions and Ive had nothing but trouble. The first time around they said my card wouldnt work and made me draw out cash to pay for my groceries. Second time around their system went completely down and I had to go back around to the back of the line to be re-run up. Ok not anybodys fault but was just time consuming. Tonight I go in and was told I couldnt pay with cash (I had forgot my card so that wasnt an option). So Ill stick with SuperWalmart.

I usually have a great experience at this Walmart its my local Walmart based on where I live but today I came into the Walmart gas station next to the Walmart market and where I waited 5-15 minutes I told the employee the line is backed up and taking way to lonf to purchase my item the employee began to confront me very hostile and confrontational I told the employee if she can not take criticism she is not a good fit for customer service the employee began yelling in the store the manager ask the employee to calm down she then became angrier and cursed at me and stormed off the employee name is Breona the manager at the store asked me to wait to speak with store manager I did but I feel that this situation should be looked at on higher management i have 7 plus years customer service experience this was unacceptable and embarrassing

The store was a mess; pallets on every isle. The isles we Not stocked. The online grocery people were getting the stockers to get their items for them. When you went to check out; the register with the tobacco was the only one open except self checkout. Really a lousy experience for a walmart market.

I swear this store is trying to stay stocked, keep people masked and buggies sanitized while they are constantly slammed.

Took my brother here for a quick shopping stop. Went right in, shopped and left within 8 minutes. Managed to find all needed items quickly.

Always shopping here! Cat treats ice cream paper products you name it, they have it! Always fast and friendly check out! And if I dont feel like shopping I just order ahead and have the drive-thru pick up!

Walmart Neighborhood Market was & is a very good place to go for groceries, dog & cat food & your medication order & supplies. Its in a good location too. I got a haircut at a near by place, while I waited for my medication to be filled.
