Unfortunately I picked the wrong auto parts store location to help my daughter who needed help with a tail light bulb replacement. I chose and highly recommended advanced auto because I usually receive excellent customer service from this company being she lives on the other sign of town away from home. From the moment she entered the store and purchased the bulb the cashier which i wish she had got his name gave her attitude and didn’t even offer assistance which I thought AA did for their customers? The cashier just gave her a weird look and didn’t even offer another employee to help if he didn’t know how to do it. Then the other employee who she seen outside asked him for assistance but was helping another customer and seemed customer friendly he offered to help her afterwards but later went back into the store and never came back out to help her. Unfortunately i will no longer use this parts store for auto parts needs hopefully customer service reps for this location receive better training and value their customers!

The worst auto store ever! No type of customer service. They will not help you at all. Everything you want to know you have to know. After doing the diagnostic test I was told use your phone to google the codes we dont know.

At this location there is a guy named Josh that seriously needs to go somewhere and take a lesson in how to treat customers. I know its a Monday morning and you had to get up & come to work but YOU chose this job. If you dont like it please leave it because you clearly do not want to be here.

Needed a battery for the auto. Cody checked the current battery and recommended replacement. 20 minutes later, Im on my way with a new battery.

When a store cannot locate item purchased, or locate items that are under warranty. Then tell the customer that it is their resposobilty to have a recipt. You have a data base that tracks all transaction look it up, if a customer lost the recipt. Customer service people. I will never shop at this location again and I am not the only customer that has these troubles. Now a claim in with corperate to determin if they will help. If my business will go to another company.

I went in to get a new battery, it was a smaller size than most..but they had it. I also was looking for spark plug wires for an old forklift. After checking a few different ones with no luck, the sales representative said you may be better off if you buy the kit and make them yourself. So, thats what I did. When I made them to size that matches the old ones...I was good to go. Thanks to them I was able to get my job done correctly in the same day.

My father passed away and the guys in there really have been good to my mother about the vehicle and honest I recommend you win to go here these guys are really professional guys thanks guys for being good people helps me to get through this rough time knowing that my mother will be taken care of at least in this manner.

Closed early by locking the door in my husbands face. Then tried to ignore us when they walked out!!!! We had to sit in the parking lot for an hour waiting for help to arrive when all we needed was a quick part we could have gotten if they had closed on time!!!!

Would recommend to others and the clerk Ryan that works there knows his stuff he was able to find my part in no time but I should say the time before when I came in the store the manager fella had t otto ld me he had no way of looking up the belt size i needed and even went as far as telling me the part number i had wasnt showing any parts in his system funny because the next time i came in the Ryan fella pulled up that same part number and I had the correct belt size in mins great guy great service but they need to do something with this manager cause he obviously doesnt like his job or something.......
