I went in for a tire pressure issue and was told to call in. I called in and was advised that I could come in. The service manager wasn’t willing to assist even after I was told on the phone to come in. Sales Manager tried to help but he wasn’t successful. Wasted time back and forth on three different occasions. It’s a simple issue (15 minutes max) and they couldn’t help a customer. Try to find a place that has better service hours and workers.

They were extremely fast in my repair. I had a recall and it took them half the time they said it would to fix it. They were also very professional and friendly. They had a huge waiting area and allowed me to bring my own snack in while I waited.

Mitsubishi Motors have a recall on their vehicles having to do with programming affecting their airbag deployment. I own two Mitsubishi Mirages and made appointments to get them both done today. One was at 1 p.m. and the other was at 2 p.m. the plan was we get the first one done I had 30 minutes to go get the other one driving back and then get it done and go back to swap car. Upon arrival I was instantly greeted by polite and knowledgeable staff. They were done in 25 minutes. I went and got the other car and got back with 5 minutes to spare and they were done with that one in 20 minutes. As usual the service was excellent peoples attitude was excellent and the place was spotless.

Jimmy Hewitt was my sales consultant and he was great. I had a great experience buying a car from Love Mitsubishi. They went the extra mile for me. I had originally was going to buy one of the cars from the Buy Here Pay Here lot but instead they found a new Out-lander Sport for me to purchase and it is an awesome vehicle. Really horrible customer service, my salesman was really pushy and antsy for me to hurry up and buy it didn’t really even give me a chance to think. I bought it a month ago and now I’m having to put a new engine in it now because they didn’t put oil in it correctly and mine has metal shavings in the oil and knocking really bad. I called up and complained because like I said it’s only been a month sense I bought it and they wouldn’t even do anything for me so now I’m stuck putting a new engine in it. Wouldn’t recommend letting Gary being ur salesman was satisfied with him at all. Didn’t think a big time company would do soemthing like this to me let alone anyone else or not even help me out. They want be getting any business from me ever again.

Just purchase the dodge journey from them on Thursday great car,went to Walmart today came out and it would not start,it was a used car ,called them up and Dennis ask where we were told him walmart on hwy 1 came out,the car started for him turned off and on several time,thanked him and left went to u haul to get gas for the grill,did the same thing called him back and came right back out,think the key need a new batt ,told to try other key when we get home,went way beyond what they had to ,very highly recommend,will use them again everyone there is great They will go that exta mile or two
