Called and asked for a quote.They saw me that same day.Their quote was within $100.00 of another bigger shop.Nice professional people with a cool cat in their office.Looks like they will be doing the repairs on the Jeep.Ill review them again after the repairs.

I picked my car up and was completely dissatisfied by the lack of attention to detail paid to my vehicle. I feel like someone in the auto body industry should be looking out for a customers best interest regarding the appearance of their vehicle.

They impress me!!! This is the second time I have used this body shop. A mowing company shot a rock through my window and the glass scratched up the paint. They replaced the window and repainted the door for me. Extremely pleased with their work and the courtesy and respect they show for their customers. My car even came back cleaner than what it did when I dropped it off. Thank you guys for your fantastic service yet again!!!

Before and after they did an amazing job!! And really nice people. Even cleaned inside and out. Just hope I never have to use them again. Lol

Ive got a little bit of experience w body shops having raised 3 kids. Im in my later years now; lady backed into my car. Went to Thompsons for estimate since they were near my house. I had an idea of what the repair to my BMW 330i dent on right rear quarter should cost to repair. For costs, they met my expectations. I toured the shop and they had a lot of restoration work they were doing on classics, a good sign. Im pretty critical when it comes to things. The body work and paint job were excellent. Based on their work, I can highly recommend them. Im taking the time to write this review because I think those guys deserve it.

I’ve had a couple things done here from replacing bumpers to full restorations and they always put the customer first, great work for the best prices in town. Definitely recommend Mr. Thompson for anything to do with your vehicle!

Overall the work done was good. Had some issues with a few things but they fixed what they could. Ralph Thompson was extremely rude with me about my concerns regarding the work that was done even leaving me a passive aggressive voicemail. Kennan and Gregg were very helpful through the entire experience and everyone else there was very friendly. 2/5 due to the customer service from Ralph

These guys are good! A tree fell on my truck doing extensive body damage. After shopping around, I had the damage repaired at Thompson Collision Repair. Ive used other auto body repair shops in the past but this experience stood out for me. They were fast, affordable, and informative on what they were going to do. I highly recommend these guys for any auto body repairs.
