Hidden gem in Catonsville! Definitely one of the best shops in the area (including Baltimore city) and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I went back the next day cause I couldnt get enough! Extensive stock of everything you could need (smoking stuff plus incense, candles, CBD, apparel) and more. (I think it would help the atmosphere to play music or something, its a little awkwardly quiet when you are browsing in silence haha)

Always friendly staff. Prices similar to everywhere else. The staff offer to place an order for something they dont already have. Extremely clean and well lit.

Definitely not my favorite place, usually because the people working are a little harsh and the prices are steep. If you want quality glass this place offers the best pieces of art quality pipes Ive seen in the local area by far.

Awesome assortment of products. Products are made very well. Good prices. Amazingly nice, helpful staff. Patient with you. Never rushed us, even though we only had a certain amount of money & couldnt afford much, they took their time to find us something we could afford & that was a good product. I have now bought several items from here. I only have pics of the 1st 2 purchases. But every item I have bought works very well & im definitely pleased with everything. Will be back & have already told many people about this place. Will continue to recommend.

Ive been to this shop a couple times during my time in the 21228. Every time, Ive experienced excellent customer service. The prices can go from cheap to expensive. But are reasonably priced due to the fact that most of the higher end pieces being hand made. Thus ensuring a quality product. The staff are always happy to tell you about a specific piece of glass and its positives and negatives. The best glass shop in Baltimore County!!

I have been going to this smoke shop for many years now and during this time have had no complaints and staff is always friendly. However after today I will never come back to Peace of Sunshine. There is a sign at the register very clearly stating that medical marijuana patients get 5% off. I mentioned this to the associate and he asked for my card. I explained that I had my certification which is used in lieu of a card since the card takes 3 months to be delivered. After I explained this the associate was being extremely rude saying that he was not trained on it and needed to see my card. After repeating to him that I did not receive my card he mumbled that he could give me the 5% off. This experience is extremely disheartening since for so long Peace of Sunshine has had friendly staff and amazing products. Good thing now there are plenty of options for cbd and glassware in Catonsville and the surrounding area. This horrible customer service experience and lack of professionalism prevents me, a former regular customer from patronizing this business. Thank you.

Been coming here on and off for 8 years now and Ive never had a single bad experience. Everyone Ive met have been super nice, helpful, and patient, making it a chill place to just take your time and look around. And anytime you have a question someone will always eagerly help you and make sure you find exactly what you need. All in all this is the first place I make a plan to stop by when I need something, and I recommend you do the same.

Cool looking store. Looked like lots of pipes and bongs. But no blunts are sold, only wraps. So no cigarillos. Nothing that has to be emptied they told me. So no dutches, swishers, backwoods etc

They have a variety of smoke items; portable stuff including vapes as well as large items that are almost sculptures! Theres also incense and hemp merchandise. Peace carries a lot of stuff in a cozy space - but it doesnt feel small or cramped. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful.

This place is amazing. Every time I come in the staff are excited and happy to see me. The art around the place was hand drawn by one of the girls that works there and is an amazing addition to the already cool vibe the store gives off. Each staff member is knowledgeable and friendly, happy to answer any question that pops into my head. Make sure to pet the dogs before you leave!

This store has a very intricate and expansive supply of pieces. The range varies from cheaper, first timer pieces, to a mastercraft of detailed pipes. They support local artists that are extremely talented. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially those who live nearby.

Ive been buying glass pipes for two years I use to shop at Vape and Cigar they didnt have that much and the employees dont really talk to you until they ring you up. Once I started shopping at Peace I was in shock at the variety of stuff they have from in incense to sweaters to glass pipes to water pipes to recycles to Ash Catchers to they kinda have it all and almost all of it is name brand, and of the highest quality glass , and the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. This is also a locally owned and family owned business. If you go in Id ask for Brendans help the last four times Ive gone he was extremely helpful.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. We were in the store for a good 20 minutes before making our purchases and the staff was very good at being attentive and helping all customers in the store. The merchandise is of high quality and the prices are very reasonable. I believe I found my new go to store for accessories!

Went for the first time today and was pretty clueless on the vaping process and products. The chick at the store was very helpful and happy to answer all of my questions. She even showed me how to get set up and they threw in the charger for free. I will definitely be back for more CBD products.

Awesome shopping experience! Came in on 4/19 during the sale. The place was packed with customers however the staff and owner were keeping up with the demand. They were happy to help out with any questions and I would certainly go back. Only draw back was the mystery free grab bag I got was a bright pink hitter filled with some kind of liquid. But you cannot get upset about anything that was free, its very usable just not one of my personal favorite color.

Do not bother to shop here. They do not honor their word or take care of their customers. This is not about Idiocracy, this is about customer service. Instead of approaching your employees about offering false info you would rather attack a customer. You obviously do not care to rectify any problems. You prefer to respond negatively to a customer complaints and try to talk down to them.

I have picked up shisha and coals here on occasion. Prices are reasonable and staff are professional. I cant attest to the quality of anything else here though, Ive only ever picked up their (large) packs of shisha or coals.

HEED THIS WARNING: Do not shop here. Spend your hard earned money in another establishment where you will be valued as a customer and not talked down to by the so called owner!I bought a new battery for my vape and was told by my cashier, bean, if I did not like it I could bring it back and exchange for something else. She specifically said I am going to make sure to give you your receipt just in case you want to bring it back. Today I came back and wouldnt you know she had selective amnesia and refused to exchange it for a new battery. I will be back to see the manager on Monday. I do not appreciate the back pedaling. I hope the manager will rectify this.Update: Your cashier TOLD ME that I could bring it back. She is at fault, not me. I am the customer, so the fact that I came in to exchange the product because of her word that should be honored. I regularly come in and buy wraps and have never had any issues. I tried to explain that it wasnt working the way that it should and was quickly dismissed.2nd Update: I came back to the store as soon as I could to try and exchange the battery. As I stated previously, I do not believe it was working properly. I tried to explain this to both of your employees that were present at the time and they both dismissed me. I have never been dishonest since this entire ordeal began. Your employee gave me false information. Instead of enrolling you and your staff in a customer service refresher course, a skill that you are lacking in greatly, you would rather continuously attack me. As far as the negative reviews go, its called word of mouth. The same way you gain business you can lose it. I brought business to you. Now I will be taking it with me as I leave. I would rather shop somewhere that has integrity. This entire experience is why reviews are so helpful to others. So keep being you for the world to see.

Awesome store with a tons of great products. very knowledgeable staff will answer all your questions and help you find just what youre looking for. all of the products are quality and fairly priced which is what really attracted me to peace. many shops have either low prices but horribly made products or quality products marked up to insane prices. peace by far has the best items at the best prices. the store is also very well organized making viewing all their items easy. my only complaint is that everytime i go in to buy something routine i end up seeing something else amazing that i just have to have or a product i never knew existed and finally walk out with more than i intended......but thats probably just a personal budgeting problem.... so maybe just bring a friend to prevent you from buying too much? either way you cant go wrong shopping at peace of sunshine

Great selection of bongs, but there hand blown glass selection sucks. A bunch of Rick and Morty and art pieces that simply are not practical to the true stoner who like heady glass not made in China. Theres some good stuff in there but not alot.If your looking for a recycler it bong/water pipe look no further, but if you want a well made thick glass bowl look elsewhere.

I was a customer but will no longer be because someone close to me was mislead by staff who refused to rectify a situation. She was treated poorly when staff should have been patient and tried to work with her. Its not ok to treat people they way they did to her and its the reason for my poor review.

The place is great and the employees are very helpful and able to intelligently answer questions about their products.

All I can say is prices are so good people are great and they have everything you need usually on hand or in the back.

Ive frequented this store for the past 4 or more years. I used to really love this store. As a veteran I liked knowing my money was going to support a veteran owned business. My last 2 buying experiences had left a bitter taste in my mouth when the products didnt perform as expected and quickly ended up in the trash since All sales are final. I still decided to make the trip out there today to pickup a downstem for my favorite piece thats been out of commission for some time, i figured it was best to not leave things to chance as RooRs use non-standard sizes so I brought it with me. I cleaned it to the best of my ability. There as still some water/salt residue in the tube but it was unused and clean and still reeked of iso-alcohol. The employees in this store made me feel like I was a criminal for bringing it with me. You would think I was asking to commit murder for ensuring what I purchased would work for what i needed it for. After my last 2 negative experiences with this same young man selling me useless products, I didnt want to waste money on something that I couldnt guarantee was going to fit. They claimed it was the law but I cant find any law in support of that position. It seems like they want to sell sell sell without providing any peace of mind for their customers and their purchases. As a medical cannabis patient I cant tell you how infuriating it is to be made to feel like a criminal only for ensuring I wasnt going to waste money on yet another purchase that isnt even guaranteed by this store and its staff. Ill no longer be coming to this store. If Im going to have to take a chance I guess Ill just order off the internet or take my business to one of many other local stores, perhaps my local dispensary will have a good recommendation me they always seem to have nice pieces available. Ill make sure I let other medical patients know to avoid this brand and location unless they also want to be treated like a common criminal and provided substandard service and support for their purchases and medical needs.Edit: I dont understand why your not taking every step possible to ensure your customers are able to purchase exactly what they need and doing everything in your power to accommodate them when the purchase doesnt fit their needs. There are sex toy companies that accept returns, do you mean to tell me you cant provide that same level of customer service/support?Your employee was already off on the size when he eyeballed at 18mm when according to Roors website its 18.8mm. So again he would have sold me the wrong size with no protection for me the customer. He last sold me a knock off Twisty Pipe that now doesnt twist at all. The last bowl/downstem combo he sold me clogs within 2 sessions and requires constant upkeep. Lets not even get started on the crappy cloud pen he sold me and the headache that came with that experience. Ive given your store chance after chance and this employee chance after chance. So shame on my for continuing to support your brand based on your veteran status.Didnt know you offer a discount for veterans, I never ask because I dont expect discounts nor do I recall seeing it posted in your store stating as such.Update: If you consider that asking nicely I would kindly ask you to retrain your employees in the use of tact and what outstanding customer service consists of. They both were rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. The young lady only furthered to escalate the situation with her mocking tone and holier than thou attitude. That young man has sold me defective products without any consumer protection 3 times now and recommended the wrong size this visit. Why would I trust his recommendations any more? And after being loyal to your brand and experiencing this treatment why would I further support your shop and recommend people to visit you? There is none, I will keep recommending to this states medical patients to avoid your shop and I will forever recommend my friends not to visit your shop.
