Terrible customer service experience. Waited two weeks for my prescription to be filled. My doctors office has been on hold with them for two hours at a time trying to submit a new prescription for me which is an antibiotic and I need it ASAP. They still haven’t picked up. Witnessed ridiculous amounts of lines for flu shots.. the lead pharmacist is so rude. The rest of techs don’t even want to look at you while you’re at drop off because they don’t want to work. I think it’s just insane that my doctor can’t even fill my prescription because of these people. I guess I’m changing pharmacies.

Pretty bad pharmacy for prescriptions - go elsewhere.As I write this review, Im currently on hold, trying to reach someone in the pharmacy. Ive been on hold now for 1 hour and 39 minutes. This is absurd. I recommend you try another CVS pharmacy in the area. Not sure if this place is understaffed or they just dont care.I dropped off a prescription five days ago, all they said was were out of stock, check back in a couple days. Well I cant check back because NO ONE answers the phone. This is a new diabetic prescription and I am out of my old medication. So now what?Ive already gone to CVS corporate site to submit a complaint as well. Well see if anything comes out of it.On a positive note, my wife and I have used this pharmacy three times for various vaccines. We made our appointments online and they were prompt in completing the vaccines at our scheduled times.

If you value your time go get your flu shot elsewhere. We waited 40 minutes to get a flu shot and ended up having to leave without receiving it due to my sons appointment to get his flu shot. The young man working the front was very polite but this is not the first time I have dealt with this particular pharmacist who doesn’t seem to know how to multi task. Very disappointing that we even had appointments.

There wasnt a low enough star for the poor service at CVS. Its the worst. Employees are rude, they are always out of stock with medications and a pharmacist refused to fill a rx. Also corrected my me when I misspoke and became argumentative and confrontational over the phone. Pulled up to drive thru and was told I had to come in because they were to busy. Corp pharmacies are the worst.

Oh my goodness!! I have been calling for 2 days now. Each day i have tried 4 or 5 different times and i just hear the hold music!!- ive physically went there and the wait was so long i left. I know things are bad right now but this is horrible. My ENT sent a perscription of ear drops there with unlimited refills. I dont have my rx # so i just want to call and talk to someone and have it filled. Im sorry i switched my perscriptions here!!!!

Beautiful store, lots of inventory but pharmacy useless. Scheduled a flu shot, showed up only to have it canceled. No offer to reschedule, waste of time. Go somewhere else.

This place is always super busy and understaffed. If you are planning on picking up a prescription, give yourself at LEAST half an hour to wait in line, plus there’s a very high chance that your rx isn’t even ready. I gotta switch pharmacies

Ive been going here since it opened (switched from the one on Edmonson) This place consistently has kind staff and provides attentive customer service both at front of store and in Pharmacy. Today, even at their busiest, with grumpy customers in a long line, the staff was patient and composed. And to the woman beside me: if there is a shortage of your med at the manufacturing end, getting angry at the local end doesnt help.

Every time I call Im on hold for at least 10 minutes. Not to mention the fact that they hang up on you . The pharmacy picks up the phone, doesnt say anything, then slams it down. Absolutely inappropriate and Im switching my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

They don’t answer their phones. I’ve been waiting for 57mins+ because my prescription has been saying “in process” for 2 days. They answered when I called yesterday and immediately put me on hold before actually talking. I’m still waiting for them to answer.

I am new to the area and switched my prescriptions from the CVS in Columbia to this one. However, I have not had any good experiences with this pharmacy. When calling I’m on hold forever, I have never received a text stating my prescriptions are ready for pickup. I receive a text stating they need a response from my Doctor for a BRAND NEW prescription but haven’t been able to reach anyone at the store concerning my prescription. So I decided to get my prescriptions switched to another pharmacy but yet again, I’m still not able to reach anyone over the phone. So now I have to go into the store just to speak to someone in person. Oh did I mention I have been calling this same pharmacy for the last 3 days just to switch my prescriptions. This pharmacy is horrible.

Super understaffed, THEY NEED HELP!!! Why dont they have help at this very busy location. The staff is super nice but they are VERY overwhelmed because they dont have help. DO NOT SEND NEW PEOPLE SEND EXPERIENCED PEOPLE.

Lately the pharmacy doesn’t fill prescriptions the same day as requested even if you call early morning.I’ve had to wait 3 days. If you try to call, the phone rings and rings. If you go in, they will fill your prescription but you might have long wait. Staff is very nice; just crazy busy.When they first opened prescriptions were filled promptly and phone was always answered. Not sure if they lost staff during Covid and didn’t replace. It’s a clean store and parking is much better than cvs on Edmondson Ave

The CVS pharmacy is the worst location ever, I never can get a same day refill. They never call you back to confirm anything instead they just dont fill the prescription. On 9/19/21 I had a prescription sent for my son by noon I had a text from the pharmacy asking to update insurance today 9/21/21 prescription still hasnt been filled. Ill never use this pharmacy again whats the purpose in updating information and they still never have the correct information

So far today Ive been on hold twice. Each time was over 30 minutes. The first time someone picked up and then promptly hung up the phone. Very unprofessional staff here. I am transferring my rxs out of this hot mess of a store.

Their external signage says they have a drive thru. When you get to the drive thru, theres a taped sign that says the drive thru is closed, and that you must go into the store... Its been like this for months. Wall it up, take down the signs, quit punking your customers by advertising a service you cannot deliver, then creating a motor vehicle hazard by forcing everyone who thought you had a drive thru based on your singage to do U-turns in your parking lot.

Don’t come here. The pharmacy staff here are unprofessional. I had a COVID test appointment at 11:00 AM for travel. I arrived 10 minutes late due to traffic on 695 and I apologized for that. The reason I am upset is because the pharmacy staff at the drive thru window made me feel like I was inconveniencing them.I arrived 10 minutes late and wasn’t serviced until 11:30am. There were 4-5 cars ahead of me so I wasn’t complaining. However, don’t make me feel like I am inconveniencing you when the outcome would have been the same if I arrived at 11:00am. I would’ve still had to wait for the staff to finish servicing the other customers that arrived before me if I arrived on time.

Had a good experience here. The associate who helped me, Kelli, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient. Store was clean and well maintained. Overall, would recommend!

Called to see if they took walk-ins for the covid vaccine and they said yes. I went to get vaccinated and I was turned away by the guy at the pharmacy today.😏😏😏

I will never use this pharmacy again, they shorted my rx before my vacation, my Dr. confirmed, pharmacist apologied. Due to their error, I had to pay $82 for enough meds through weekend., only 12 pills. Upon my return, Manager denied my refund request, calling me a liar. I will be taking this up with corporate office, not fair to burden customer with your errors. BEWARE!
