I had a good experience at the store. I believe her name is Carla she’s literally outstanding not only customer service oriented but educated I can’t even remember when I’ve had service this good. Well actually it was the last time I was at a game stop which was in Virginia but that’s besides the point the point is whatever the case she needs Recognition for outstanding service.

They had the items I wanted and service was fast.

They had a great deal by two used games and get one free. But on the downside they did not have new PS4 controllers we had to pay for used one then have it shipped to us and when we got it it didnt work

Just somewhere in my kid likes to go when she wants to get Roblox cards it was a pretty nice shopping center to one of my favorite shopping centers to shop at shout out to Big Lots

Its good for putting a game on reserve but for descent money for your trade ins forget. Its like a video game pawn shop lol.

Not exactly sure why theres a line of 4 people waiting. Me included, and there are two employees helping 1 other customer. Finally someone emersed from the back of the store casually walking to the front. Get called up to do my transaction and the phone rings. Hes still talking on the phone and not very attentive to me. Really bad customer service. The person helping me has said 3 words total to me the entire time. Not sure if Im coming back to this store. Oh by the way he was a store leader.

The store is ok, however two of their male staff are inconsiderate, absolutely no help, and a pitiful excuse of an employee. The day i went in two employees that were there were i believe Akiel and montrell. They are COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. had lines of people waiting just for them to goof off. They have no customer service and no store etiquette. If you go to this store I HIGHLY recommend to not get help from those two. You’ll be wasting your time. There was one female employee i didn’t catch her name she has a lot of nice tattoos, i believe she was coming in to her shift and got straight to work and helped everyone while the two male employees act like they didn’t know what to do. She was very sweet and helpful. Only reason i didn’t walk out that store was because of her! But i will be contacting a regional manager about the two male employees. Absolutely ridiculous

Good prices on upcoming games and systems

When I went here a week ago to get WWE 12, this guy named Chris was nice and helpful. He was funny and asked me questions like who was my fav(You probably know who is my fav by looking at my profile pic), if Im preordering 2k17 for Goldberg and talked to me which made me smile.This is the only place where I buy old games cause this is the only gamestop that has old games which is great! This Gamestop is awesome! :D

Piec of crap. Why u ask I buy I preowned PS4 in Cash and it doesnt come with a mic. I paid up front in cash and GameStop says it will not give me my money back (I have a receipt and it hasnt been seven days by the way
