Love their donuts especially when the light is ON! Staff crews at the store are kind and personable. I frequently come here whenever I crave for sweets 😜

When the HOT light is on -- its hard to resist! We always get a dozen (& sometimes a dozen to share!) and they are gone in 2 days. Pop them in the microwave for 10 sec. and its amazing. A treat that is always delicious.

I went here Saturday 30,2021 around noon, I picked up a free dozen of glaze donuts as a BD gift from Krispy Kreme. The donuts was cold and slightly stale, I trying to order a variety dozen but they didnt have the donuts in stock. This is the second time I went here on the weekend and they didnt have donuts available, another customer wanted Halloween donuts and she was told they wont have any this weekend. I was very disappointed w/the donuts good thing I didnt have to pay for them, I will not come back here again. The lady that waited on me was very polite and friendly, WOW this the only good thing I can say about this place.

It was late in the morning when I stopped by here for the first time, and there were a handful of customers purchasing different varieties of donuts. The cashier was courteous & helpful, and the shop was clean and neatly organized.To my disappointment, the Krispy Kreme Donut Machine was not up and running (I guess Team Members did not need to make more donuts on that particular day). In the mens room, a paper towel dispenser ran out of paper towels to dry hands.But as always, freshly baked Original Glazed Donut tastes good.

If you order ahead the items are significantly more expensive than in store! WHAT?! Seriously, the Halloween assortment is $20 online and $15 in store?!?!I waited 40 minutes instead of the quoted 25 minutes to pick up my order and it still wasn’t ready (waited another 10 minutes in store) and they were out of items I paid for and I got the cheaper “filler” donuts in my Halloween assortment.I can understand the specialty donuts being a problem, but not even the classic and regular assortment items were ready. The staff was friendly enough, but what is going on at this store?!

At this point I don’t even know why I continue to give this particular Krispy Kreme any business. There has been an issue EVERY time I visit this location. I ordered when the Hotlight was on and when I get home 1. My doughnuts were ALL COLD 2. My cake batter doughnut had not only NO filling but the icing was coming off and it tasted as if it had just come out the freezer and was left to thaw out. DO NOT PUT THE HOTLIGHT ON IF THE DOUGHNUTS ARE NOT HOT! Please and thank you DO BETTER!

Dunkin had supply issue yesterday(10/13) and no donuts all near stores. I drove here almost 30min to get donuts at night for my wife. Shes pregnant and want sweet donuts at night.First time Krispy kream and cashier was not friendly and didnt answer my questions.Donuts was good and no other issue. Hope get more information about whats inside of Halloween donuts and get happy overall store experience.3 star because of store experience.

Please have hot donuts during hot light hours. I thought that was the whole point of advertising those specific hours? I got there at 8:45 am. Hot light hours are supposed to be until 10am. The light was out when I got there and the donuts were cold (not just room temperature but cold) which means hot ones hadnt been made in a while. I only buy them during hot light hours.

Halloween donuts were good.they made a fresh pot of coffee for me !

I wanted to give zero stars but that’s not an option. At this point they should just shut it down. Every time I come light on or light off the doughnuts are always hard. This was the last time I can’t eat it so it becomes a waste of money. Last visit for me!!

Came in a little later around 8 and nothing was clean. Thought whatever it happens busy day maybe. Went to the bathroom in the mens room and there was no soap and dispenser looked very broken. the bathroom was trashed. Thought it might be a health code violation. Asked for fresh one dozen donuts and they werent.

This Krispy Kreme does the free donut a day for proof of being fully vaccinated. They didnt say that it had to be a physical card I had a picture of it and I was going to show them my ID to prove its me on the picture. They didnt allow it. But forgot to mention their credit card machine was down. I had 6 cars in front of me so the wait was long already and we werent told on the speaker that their machine was down. I would like to be compensated for the inconvenience.

Went with 15 minutes until close and they wouldn’t take the order. We just wanted like a donut so don’t bother going too close to the closing time. They said they were closing and not that they were closed and we asked if they would take the order and they said no. We literally wanted 1 donut. If you close at 11 then you should take orders until 11. 🤷🏽‍♀️😅

Try to order doughnuts with my family..but the cashier was arguing with his Co worker about the work schedule while customers standing there waiting to order. Also...why isnt the hot light ever on. Just turn it back to McDonalds..this location is horrible.

The light is schedule is never consisted. We asked and we have been told numerous times. 4 no 6 but its never correct. We live the dounts though.

Nobody beats their glazed. Better warm than cold but still the best. Other donuts are good, so you have variety . Donuts are still good a few days after so you can order a few dozen of needed.

Donuts are FRESHLY glazed, in front of the customers. I ordered raspberry jelly filled. By far, the freshest, best donuts, ive ever had. I literally have to force myself to walk away from the box... otherwise id gorge myself, on them . Im DEFINITELY returning; if not to this location, another one !! I HIGHLY recommend !!

I waited 20 min in the drive-thru for extremely cold doughnuts and it was early in the morning. I was so disappointed. Only visit this location if you want to waste your money. Walmart has better boxed Krispie Kreme doughnuts.

Krispy Kreme is always my go to donut place. This location was a little skimpy on some of the toppings but they are still soooooo delicious.

Where do I start. I arrived at 8pm, and was surprised at the long line. That wasnt a problem though, as it moved pretty quickly. The person taking the order was also extra friendly. I got my dozen of Boston cream filled, and I was a happy fat kid. Being a fat kid, I couldnt wait until I got home and blindly reached into the box to pull one out. I was thrilled that is was super coated in chocolate. Then I took my first bite. Surprisingly, it wasnt the chocolate I tasted, but the oil it was cooking. More specifically, it tasted like dirty oil, like you could taste all of the leftover dough that has been floating in it and became overcooked. Needless to say I was disappointed. The 2nd surprise is when I got home and opened the box. There was no consistency. Will I chalk it up to me showing up late, probably. Will I still go back? Yea, because Im a fat kid.

The register layout for ordering and then waiting was weird... people were just sort of standing anywhere with no order.The original coffee cream filled donut was excellent. Watching the donuts roll through the assembly line was great to watch.

Terrible service and really stale donuts. They dont know how to talk to drive through customers and they make you wait for 10 mins to pick up one stale donut. I thought this happened as a one off incident. But it happened again yesterday. The guy wont wear his mask properly and he doesnt wear gloves while packing donuts

Even though there is always a line for their delicious donuts the staff always seems to keep the line moving in an easy and steady pace. This Sunday treat never gets old especially when theres several types of donuts to choose from for treats. Sometimes I think I look forward to coming here more than the kids.

So impressed by the amazing customer service!!! I placed a fundraiser order and did not hear anything for 3 days, called the store and discovered they never received the order (order was placed online). The store did not hesitate to take down my order and prepare it for me to pick up 24 hours later!!! How amazing is that!!??!!

It must just be my bad luck, because service is PAINFULLY SLOW. Ive never gotten out of there in less than 10 minutes. Sometimes the donuts are fresh and delicious, sometimes they a definitely old. Not day old, but have been sitting around too long. You definitely better not count on the location for any speciality or featured donut. They get 2 stars because when I actually get a donut its good. If I really want Krispy Kreme, I go to Owings Mills. I swear its faster than going to this location and its a 20 minute drive.

The original glazed donuts were great but I was disappointed about them not having any pumpkin spice donuts ready.

The staff are very helpful and polite and donuts are tasty. However, the display does not reflect what kind of donuts they have currently and they have very few varieties made at a time, even on a Sunday morning. Do not expect them to have any premium donuts from this location.The sign was on but there were no fresh donuts.

Whats the point of the light being on? I drove through after dinner because the light was on. Service was painfully slow, and even worse, got a box of cold donuts. Not even warm, straight cold and stale. No other cars, and the appeal of Krispy Kreme is a fresh hot donut. I should have eaten them in the car so I could have turned around. Nope, never again at this location. Going to Wal-mart for a pre-pack box next time Im pressed for some KK.

Donuts looked horrible the grease that the donuts is dirty. The donuts leaves a very greasy taste in your mouth. Everyone is not not a donuts maker. You can also smell the dirty grease from outside. Poor donuts makers.

I ordered online the night before I need 2 dozen donuts . However when I got there I had to wait a while . I asked for my order to be ready at 1230 . Which it wasnt. Employee tried giving me wrong order . Then when I got the order, it was not what I asked for .

What a delightful location, with such friendly and helpful staff! The two employees I had the joy of interacting with—Jamar and Sharif—were both so genuinely gracious and lovely to me that I feel the need to compliment their kindness. Great job attracting and keeping such great people! (And the doughnuts were pretty tasty too).

It was a very busy place with a long line all the way outside. That being said it was a nice visit to try out Krispy Kreme here in Catonsville. Im happy to report that the contactless payments are accepted. They accept Samsung pay, Android pay, Apple pay. But the servers do not know how to enable it.You have to instruct the cashier to either press debit or credit (I always choose credit) then the payment terminal will turn the NFC (Near Fringe Communication) in the terminal will turn on. JUST PLACE YOUR PHONE OR WATCH AGAINST THE SWIPE PORTION OF THE TERMINAL to make it work properly.Although the line was long it was not a long wait for my order to be taken. There were adequately staffed for the opening days rush. All sorts of donuts were in display in an easy to decipher and labeled properly.Although I was not asked to be given a sample (the survey asked when I was given a sample) I was familiar with the selections. The method of picking the donuts from the open transparent viewing area to see how the donuts were made and picked for the customer.It seemed that the donut making machine is behind a see thru glass wall with Ample room to be entertained while standing in line. It made the line seem to move faster.It is a great place to bring kids and see their eyes wide open with wonder on how the donuts are made.The bathrooms of course are newly constructed as is with the whole store. But even at this busy stage it was well maintained. Lets see how long they can keep up the well maintained bathrooms.The bathrooms have always been a point of mine to rate whenever I review a place to pair with the rating process. There nothing like visiting a clean bathroom after dining or snacking at a restaurant!The donuts I received were hot off the conveyor belt. I picked the other types of donuts from the glass case. It costs $10.99 for a dozen.I stayed in for awhile to watch the hustle and bustle ambiance of the place. I see Alot of parents bring their children to wow them with the donut factory see they had walls.Now on the receipt if you fill out the survey I was told that validation code is written on the receipt, you will get a free dozen donuts the next time you come in! Simply buy one get one promo (BOGO)! So buy a dozen get a dozen free on your next visit!Now thats a deal! I hope this review helps everyone!

My experience here on May 9th 2021 was absolutely horrible thanks to the manager on duty named Paul Thomas! I left a long detailed complaint with corporate in hopes of a follow up with this experience! I will never purchase from this location again!

Always seem to run out of whatever specialty donut theyre advertising. Disappointing to go for an email offer and not have it available.

Had a great visit here! Doughnuts were good but not amazing. A bit cold and dry and small. Still prefer the Dunkin Doughnuts glazed doughnuts, size and freshness wise.

Chocolate Glaze Not... I got an email about the one day only Chocolate Glaze Donuts on 05/03/2019. I wanted to order 1 dozen regular glaze and one Chocolate Glaze. I get there they only had Chocolate Glaze. I love the top Chocolate Glaze Today they were suppose to be Chocolate all over The donuts I got was not Chocolate Glaze. They were light brown and had a nasty after taste. Look nothing like the email picture of Chocolate Glaze look and taste nothing like Chocolate top Glaze. I wasted money on two dozen. I didnt look in the boxes until I got home and I was sadly disappointed. It looks like they added food coloring to the glaze. I will not be returning to this Krispy Kreme Owingsmills is better but a lil further but worth the drive both dozen of donuts went in trash.

Horrible experience. Ordered a dozen of assorted donuts and a dozen glazed. Got a call from the store saying they didn’t have the donuts I ordered. Went to pick them up and they tried to only give me one of the two dozen I ordered. I told them I ordered two dozen, checked later and found that I received two dozen glazed, not any of the assorted donuts I had to substitute on the call. Never doing an online order from this location again.

Drove 9 miles for nothing! No hot light for the day but they claim to have fresh donuts still?? I dont get it.

Ordered online through the app for a timed pickup. Went inside to get my items and the staff began making my food right then and there. While Im glad that my donuts were fresh, Im glad that I wasnt in a time crunch. What was the point of waiting around for my order to be fulfilled if they were just going to prepare the food on the spot?

What can I say Krispy kreme doughnuts are the best. . I am from New Jersey and I wish we had them around where I live all we have is Dunkin donuts and I dont like their coffee and I dont like their donuts

Came out here to get the Halloween dozen... They had racks full if them and they are not honoring it they said I had to buy them separate

Every time I pick up anything here, me and anyone else in my family who eats it gets a horrible upset stomach. And every time we picked anything during the pandemic, the masks were below the nose. They messed up our orders more than once. I never went back to fix an order because they always seemed to be having bad days each time so I didnt want to make them more upset.

Expectse to change my name. I prompt the conversation further by yelling her my name. Still blank stare no lookup no check for my order. She says I said name wrong. OMG I do that often. As a male I often refer to myself as Anne. She disappears again and 7 minutes later she comes back with 1 dozen donuts and 2 coffees.No sorry no apology no acknowledgement nothing customer oriented.No receipt, no mobile receipt, nothing in app just bank charge.

They never have all of the flavored donuts! They are running a special right now for Oreo donuts and have none. Service is always terrible , they act like your bothering them , like how dare I ask for that.

Went in the drive through with my elderly parents and the car ahead of me took an extra long time ordering. When we pulled up we were asked to please wait. So we waited 6 minutes later (we were watching the time as we had a Dr. Appointment we had to be at. ) I tried calling into the speaker and We got no response so we pulled out and left. They obviously didnt have enough staff working to serve everyone today.

This is the worst Krispy Kreme!! I ordered online a month ago the dozen of the creme filled, 6 creme & 6 choc creme. They gave me all 12 creme no choc. The manager tried to make an excuse however when you order it online it says 6 creme & 6 choc creme. I tried ordering online a dozen customize in the selection was the Apple Fritter & choc creme. When I went to checkout it said I couldnt order the Apple Fritter nor choc creme through 5/31. Why for Petes sake would you have items on your site that you cant order?Most recently on 09/05 went inside to order a dozen donuts & apparently they were out of a lot & the ones they had I told them what I wanted. When I got home they didnt give me what I ordered at all.
