I did a store pick up and my order was not ready at the scheduled time. I was not ready until 45 minutes later than scheduled even with a 1 hr window for pick up given. The gentleman who eventually bought out my order was nice and helpful. Please do better, other locations seem to have it together. Come on 1 Walmart, 1 Set of Experience, 1 Happy Customer...

Good place but waiting line for check out is a pain point

One star removed due to sadness. Only go here when youre emotionally dead inside. If you go here when youre happy about something or your pet just died youll go home crying. Or you might end up in a fight in the parking lot.

I went to Walmart for dog food and doggie diapers. I found some food even though I thought the supply was lacking. They didnt have any female diapers at all, just male.

This is probably the worst Walmart location Ive ever been to. The associates while they are pretty friendly have no clue where anything is in their store. The meat cases are empty, no chicken wings no pork chops dont even think youre going to find a steak. The vegetables are scarce some of them rotten. They had three sweet potatoes in the produce department. Ive gone there a number of times and its always the same thing empty. Id rather drive 20 minutes to the other location on Abercorn

It is often crowded, and not always well-stocked. I went to get a few specific items that were listed as in stock online, but were not actually found in the store. There were supposed to be adult sized portable chairs, but I only found these toddler-sized ones. I often find damaged items in stock.

No long lines. Had a hard time finding a cart that didnt have a problem like the wheels wobbling or squeaky.

This Walmart was easy to get in, and get out to I was there to buy a switch controller, and I saw they had a Animal crossing new horizons switch. If your in the area, and have the money you can get your self one. Im mentioning this because its a RARE product to find it is out in store, and I thought Id share the news if anyones interested.

My car low beam lights went off, only place I knew would carry & be open was Walmart, as I get there they are locked away behind glass cabinet. As I come to this store often & aware of the fact electronic Dept closes by 8pm. But automotive was odd. I was running around to find someone, but no luck. I went to front of the store, was asking to see store manager, guess what that person was hiding, they kept sending me in circles. From this day onward i will absolutely do my best to avoid shopping at Walmart.

Unfortunately I visited if not the worst then 1 of the worst location in Baltimore.That Rte 40&Rollin Walmart with their consistent hideously filthy bathroom. I felt as if Covid grabbed me by my collar the moment I entered that cesspool of germs. Feces everywhere, toliets full of everything. Your 👞s stuck to the floor. How could they allow that; especially during this pandemic? I should have taken pics and sent them to the health department or the CDC. There were 2 little girls in there struggling to wash their hands. I wanted so much to assist them, but Covid😳. I was so focused on not touching as less as possible. We were literally standing in the middle of a cornucopia of pathogenic bacteria. As I washed my own hands gagging all the while; I encouraged them to do the best they could and then come out and use hand sanitizer. I summized those 2 rugrats immunity was stronger than mine. As I set out in search of the items on my list I met my sis in the womans intimate apparel. Surprisingly this section was neat and orderly with some very cute matching sets. Sis made her selection and we moved on. I was hoping to find cupid brand of which they nolonger carry. The are now using Maidenform.

Never liked this place. Ducked in for something quick, but it wasnt quick because the way the store is set up and the staff could not tell me where the product was. Parking here is always hard/crazy.

I love shopping at Walmart for food..home goods..and clothing..I rode to Walmart with a friend..to return an item..so I always do the clearance racks...I can always find some very good deals on the racks..I tried not to spend to much..but I was in my budget..I usually do the Super Walmart..but this one was on point for my budget on that day..I will go back 🤗

I can honestly say I ran into probably the nicest young man tonight... he helped me (being 9 months pregnant) put a car seat/stroller into my car. He went above and beyond to even take it out the box for me since the box was too big to fit. He was very patient and willing to help. Truly the best encounter I’ve had with a Walmart employee. He’s a keeper!

Didnt have nothing to do so I go to Walmart just to look around to see what they have on their clearance rack and this is what I had found these beautiful ice trays that I will use in my craft ideas only fifty cent each. What a deal.

Pretty crowded most of the time, and it has that Walmart-energy. That said, you can search for stuff on their site and itll tell you exactly where to find it and appox how many they have in-stock, which is helpful.

I disliked the store to a degree.1. my concern was the ignorant gutter Snipes who were not handicapped parked in the handicap spots. I approach them and ask why did they do that they told me they were only gonna be in there for a few seconds. Obviously couldnt tell time it was more like a 1/2 an hour! TOO MANY PEOPLE AND KIDS 2 AS MUCH AS 3 PERSONS ON AT 1 TIME RIDING IN/ON THE HANDICAP CARTS. The store did not do anything to correct this problem. Whats really sad is true handicap people are at a disadvantage be at a disadvantage because of the recklessness and the store not being Conscientious To correct this infraction.

This location has greatly improved. It used to be a total dump and I avoided the place at all cost. It now appears a bit more organized, cleaner, neater or more thoughtfully laid out. Its actually a bit on more with a normal Walmart now, unlike what it was like before.

The lady who was in the Money Services said that it was already closed, which says it closes at 6:00 pm, the manager was notified and the lady still said it was closed, the manager had to come so that the lady was put to work and only stayed talking with clients instead of doing his job and with an attitude...This was in Walmart of Baltimore National Pike

One of the lesser liked Walmarts that Ive visited as I love Walmarts in general. I didnt care for the lighting or the product selection for what I was looking for but I guess its cool for a quick stop in depending on what you need.

The store was cleaned and well stocked. The problem is that at 11am they only had one main register and one self service open with lines of 15 to 20 customers. We didnt have the time to wait so had to leave.

I am giving a 3 because the manager James was very proactive in resolving this issue, i wanted to preface my account of what transpired.I went to this Walmart intending on buying a can jack, but a hammer drill caught my eye 👁 because it was red tagged for $29.64, so hey why not buy it as well. I bought the jack, hammer drill and a few other items and was doing a running total in my head as roughly $90.00 but the cashier said $115. Plus I added extended warranty to the drill. So the $120. And change didnt get my attention until I got home.I know this is a long review but I need to establish the magnitude of the situation.Once home I checked my receipt, and see the hammer drill rang up for $49.99. I was not to alatmed as these things can happen from time to time. I took the hammer drill out of the box for charging and take the box and my receipt back to the Walmart.I got to the Customer Service desk and give the young lady my receipt and tells her it was marked red tagged for $29.64. She says there wasnt a mistake if it rang up higher, i disagree and looks the hammer drill up with my cell phone via Walmarts android app and it is $29.64, she still denies there was a mistake so i asked for a manager.The manager arrives and takes the same position, so i asked is she would walk to the hardware dept with me so I could show her where I got the hammer drill and she could see for herself. Please note there were not any other hammer drills like this one, even from another manufacturer, so there was no misidentified items on the shelf. Yet, the manager (not James) still refuses to walk to the department to see, and i am starting to feel as if they think I changed items around or did something to cause this.So I walk back there alone to check if there was a misplaced item, there wasnt so I take a picture with my cell phone and goes back to the service desk. Upon my return I attempt to show the manager the picture I had taken, she doesnt look at it. And just says she called someone to walk back and check.I wait at the service desk and the 0ereon she calls arrives and immediately takes the same obtuse position. Now I am feeling very subjugated and frustrated at the lack of concern for doing the right thing and refunding me the difference. The younglady who was supposed to go to the hardware dept never did, she was inclined to argue and stand her ground on not refunding the difference, so i ask for the manager to return and she says she is the manager, and I am livid that I had not brought the hammer drill with me because I would have gotten a full refund right then and there.I leave and call Walmarts customer Service who opens a ticket with the store manger James to investigate the situation. James was off that Sunday therefore I could not speak with him. James dies call me Monday morning but buy this time i wanted a full refund and nothing else.Is it me or could the employees on staff Sunday could have resolved this issue with ease. If not for James attempt at resolving the issue, and apologizing for the mishap I would rate this store a 1 star 🌟, yet some may feel a 3 is too generous.

This is the most ghettoes Walmart I’ve been to. And on today I saw a CSM Customer Service Manager arguing and ready to fight a Customers she took off her jacket like she was in the street ready to fight using Profanity and all. Another I guess manager came over and she blamed the Customers for disturbance and said nothing to the young lady that was ready to fight Customers that came there to shop. This place need to really look at who they hire to Represent them this not a good look at all.

Absolute nightmare. I made a quick stop for paper towels & Id never do that again. 1st, parking lot is awkwardly designed creating traffic jams. 2nd, store seemed run down & dirty. 3rd, checkout was unnecessarily long. 4th, cashier rang up items more than once. I had, paper towels, dishwasher detergent & charcoal. The total was $84!! After questioning the total, she realized her mistake. Overall, I wouldnt recommend it.

Id been looking for simple folding tables to place my laptop on in a basement office. Couldnt find them on Amazon, Overstock, Wayfair, etc., but they were right here at Walmart the whole time for under 10 bucks. Not available for delivery, but was able to pick them up right off the floor easy-breezy. Online only had this darker color, but in person, a cuter, lighter wood shade was available, so I got two.

It is getting harder to find the products that I trust. Walmarts store brand is not always less expensive than national Brand. At certain times of the day, it takes a long time to go through the checkout lines.
