Lay was absolutely AWESOME!! Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Her customer service is just top notch, she quickly analyzed my phone problems and just as quickly helped get them resolved, and also very thorough. She greeted everyone as soon as they came in, and made all of us feel welcomed. Thanks Lay!!

I took my phone in for a battery replacement. When I came back a couple of hours later, the tech said that the phone would not charge up. He said it was a problem with the mother board. I told him that it charged up just fine yesterday. Clearly, he did something bad to the phone. He put the old battery back in and now the phone will not charge above 16% and just restarts all the time. It is really broken and now I need to get a new phone--an expense I do not want.

Leah was fantastic! It was near closing and customers kept coming in. She made sure she acknowledged everyone promptly and did and amazing job helping everyone at the same time to make sure we didnt have to wait too long. She was extremely knowledgeable and personable and you can tell she takes her job seriously! My mom loves her new phone☺. Leah deserves a raise and I hope Im spelling her name right lol. The date of my visit was 6/5/21

I went to cricket today to get a new phone. Jennifer was there and helped me get a fantastic new phone and transfer everything to my new one. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!

The service is great and worked all the way at T Mobile when I went to change it after a month.

The young lady behind counter was very knowledgeable and friendly.

So far, this location has always provided great helpful service. My one gripe is that they do not have the full range of phones for sale on display. They display really inexpensive phones and the really expensive ones. So look online for the full range of phones. They tend to keep the mid-range ones in the back but will get them if you ask for them.

I met Alex today, and she was very helpful. With a couple of questions she was able to give me a great deal on the Moto E Cruise. Got a case, & screen protector for only $5 extra. Thanks Alex !

Dont try this place. There is a Lady in there named Alex that is so nice that i always go back there because every other store people are so rude and take so long. I live in Annapolis, and drive all the way to Catonsville just to pay a bill because of how nice she is. Ruined my life, now i waste $10 of gas just to pay my bill every month.
